AMAZON +9-10 days delivery is a punishment!

Sales have stopped because Amazon have increased our delivery times from 3-4 days to 9-10 days.

What did our company do to deserve this you ask?

We are FBM and use 'Buy Shipping' purchased through Amazon, in our case Royal Mail 2nd Class and 2nd Class 'Signed For' letters, always dispatched on time. Account health good. On checking it appears three 'Signed For' were delivered late by Royal Mail. Failure to deliver on time can happen to any business regardless of delivery service and is beyond the control of the seller.

So we now have two-tier delivery system, as an example –

Seller A pays for Royal Mail 2nd class letter through Amazon (buyer quoted delivery 2-4 days)

Seller B pays for Royal Mail 2nd class letter through Amazon (buyer quoted delivery 9-10 days)

There is clear disparity here.

Why has Amazon implemented a policy that punishes a seller for something beyond their control?

There is nothing I can do to stop an item being delivered late in the future, so no doubt I and other sellers will be punished over and over again. From a small business perspective if this policy remains I will be unable to rely on the Amazon platform to sell through, you cannot plan or run a business with the constant threat of little or no orders due to bizarre Amazon rules and zealotry. Business is hard enough as it is.

This Amazon policy is egregious, ill thought through and ultimately unfair for small businesses.

Hello,

I wanted to raise this here in case Amazon staff could kindly look into it.

My recent FBA shipment shows as delivered to the warehouse almost 10 days ago, but the units are still not checked in and available for sale.

Is there any reason for such a long delay at the warehouse? Normally it takes only a few days. This is affecting our sales and inventory planning, so I’d really appreciate if someone from Amazon could confirm what’s happening.

A customer ordered 10 units at £42 each.

Put a-z claim against 1 of the units not turning up. Tracking info provided with all parcels showing including photo and order accepted in order name. On appeal Denied and refund issued for all 10 units at £422.

I am just about to appeal the amount but as we all know, Amazon do not care 1 bit. Can I get some advice/template to approach SS about this.

I recently updated my information on my Canada Seller Account, and I understand that the verification process typically takes 24 hours to 10 business days. However, it has now been over 10 working days, and my account status still shows as "pending verification."

I’m concerned this may lead to account deactivation, even though I’ve submitted all required information.

Has anyone experienced similar delays?

Is there anything I can do to escalate this case or provide additional documentation to speed things up?

I appreciate any advice or help from the community or Amazon support.

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help or at least give some advice.

My Amazon UK seller account was deactivated over 10 months ago due to claims that two of my products were counterfeit.

I run a white-label business, selling products under my registered brand. I buy from legit UK suppliers, no shady sourcing.

Amazon asked for documentation, and I provided everything:

White-label agreements,Trademark certificates, Invoices from verified UK supplier

FDA, GMP, and ISO certificates

Later they said they only needed documents for one product , so I focused on that and resubmitted. Amazon even contacted my supplier directly to verify the invoice and my supplier confirmed the transaction, but replied a few days after Amazon had already rejected my appeal.

Since then, I’ve submitted 11 appeals with all the required documents and confirmations. Every time I get the same generic email:

“We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.”

No details, no feedback. At one point they even asked again for docs on both products, which contradicts their earlier message.On top of that, Amazon deducted £2,947.49 from my withheld balance due to a “violation” but never explained what violation. My total withheld funds is £6,245.75, and my business has basically collapsed. I had to close my office and lost my income.I’ve called Seller Support multiple times, and all they say is “resubmit what was asked,” but the responses seem completely automated. It feels like no one is actually reviewing my case.I’m asking if anyone knows how I can escalate this or get an actual human to look into it. I have all the evidence, documents, emails, and even the supplier’s confirmation ready to share.

Writing on behalf of a friend

Section 3 seems to be a copy and paste job from Amazon - a golden ticket to withhold sellers money!

22nd November 2024 my UK store first got suspended, December my Account got deactivated

Supplied all requirements such as invoices, bank reports, over 750 proofs of delivery

Even my EU stores! Since they deactivated my stores my products was still getting sold however could not access any of my stores! Fast forward to July 2025 they are stating I failed my interview virtual with no write up at all stating fraudulent activity(Golden Ticket been Waved again)

To make things worst not holding by 20k plus was bad enough they even charged be 2.8k A-Z chargebacks from my balance that I can’t even see!

I am now in financial turmoil working 3 jobs to provide for my 3 children and partner. I’m going to have to sell our family my home

This is out so much strain on me mentally and this needs to be resolved

Any help or direction (I have tried everything) would be appreciated

I submitted an infringement claim which has now been stuck in the status under review since the 21st of October. Since I submitted the complaint, I have received no additional communication from Amazon. I have already tried to use the escalate an infringement related complaint button, however I received a standard scripted message from amazon :

Hello, We will investigate the issue that you brought to our attention regarding ASIN and take appropriate action.

Since this message on the 28th of October, I still have not received any updates. Normally with infringement claims, I receive an email within 2 days either taking action or stating that the review can take up to another 72 hours, however this time I have received nothing for over 10 days now. All of my claims have been legitimate complaints, and my account is very healthy, with a health of over 340, and I have been selling on amazon for about 3 years now.

If this issue cannot be resolved, than chinese sellers will continue to be able to offer counterfeit versions of my products.

The reason I am posting on the forums is to try to get some help from amazon employees @Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3, or anyone else that can help.

2 complaints have been submitted, one on the 21 October complaint id 11630580952 , and one on the 29 October case id 11658912982 , and a test order was also submitted to support these infringement complaints. I am aware that duplicate infringement complaints are not meant to be filed using the report a violation tool, however I tried to escalate the original complaint and still received no resolution, hence the second complaint.
