£200 went for a wander

I was alarmed to see that approximately £200 had disappeared from my balance. My advertising is paid on the 2nd of the month and I could find no other transaction for that amount. After about 10 minutes it reappeared. Where on Earth did it go?

Also, I have noticed that my balance on the Amazon Seller app on my phone is always about £5 less than the balance on the Seller Central website on my laptop. It's the same account so why should the balance be different?

I’m hoping someone (or an Amazon mod) can help because I’m stuck in a loop.

My Amazon UK seller account is deactivated, but my Account Health Rating is 200 and I’m showing 0 issues across policy compliance. In Performance Notifications, Amazon states my account remains deactivated due to unresolved policy violations dated 2020-01-08 (Seller Fulfilled Performance).

I’ve already:

  • Completed identity verification (documents accepted)
  • Submitted an appeal through the Account Health deactivation banner
  • Prepared a Plan of Action addressing the 2020 seller-fulfilled performance issue

Here’s the issue: Amazon is also replying that I’m submitting appeals in the incorrect place and telling me to appeal through “Next steps” next to the violation.

But I cannot see any active violation or any “Next steps” link for 2020 anywhere in Account Health — the only thing available to submit is the general deactivation appeal banner at the top. So Amazon is directing me to a pathway that doesn’t exist on my account, which makes it impossible to do what they’re asking.

Questions:

Where exactly can I view and resolve a historic enforcement from 2020-01-08 if Account Health shows 0 issues?

How do I access the specific “Next steps” appeal route Amazon keeps mentioning when the “violation” isn’t visible?

Can an Amazon mod help surface the original case ID / enforcement details / affected ASIN(s) tied to 2020-01-08 so I can submit the correct appeal in the correct place?

Thanks in advance — would really appreciate any guidance from sellers who’ve dealt with historic enforcement blocks

Hi there,

I have a shipment where 200 units are missing - the shipment is now closed, and I have submitted documentation to investigate it. However I get no responses on any of the cases regarding this. I have filed a separate discussion here regarding this issue and another one regarding reimbursement. The reimubursement issue is being looked into by the esclaation team on a new case, however the missing 200 packs seems to have been overlooked - so I"m starting a new discussion here.

Can someone help?

Hi all, one thing that I've never understood is are the unshipped orders payments taken into account in the payments tab or do they move over once shipped?

For instance say over the weekend I have £200 worth of orders to ship which I do Monday and before I ship these I look at the payments tab, the following figures are examples:

Standing orders: £1000

Deffered transactions: £500

Now is the £200 worth of orders I am yet to ship (in the unshipped section, not pending) part of any of them figures or have I got another £200 worth of revenue on top of them figures (minus fees ofcourse) that will be sent over once I ship the items?

Following up on this, the escalation team has created a case to look into the reimbursement issue (12199504272)

However, despite the shipment being marked as closed for the missing 200 units, there has been no update on this despite me providing proof of ownership documentation. The cases remain unanswered. And I have confirmation that the case above (for reimbursement) is not in fact related to these missing units. What can be done?

I've got the same shiiiiit, and lost 200 pounds, even with proof of delivery from UPS. Amazon just believe buyer's words so much.
