Organic certificate appeal stuck since 02/08/2026
by Seller_eFm70C3GnbHXT
Amazon replied

As requsted by @Seller_lmwzklfLOK2Ob

Amazon is requesting an organic certificate for our product. We submitted an appeal on 2 August 2026 at 13:25 BST, and the status still shows “Our evaluation is in progress.”

There is no case ID provided.

Could anyone advise on the best way to follow up on this appeal or contact the appropriate Amazon team regarding the organic certification request? Is there a way to reference the submission using the submission date/time when no case ID is available?

Effective 30 July 2026, the New Selection Programme (2026) launches with increased benefits to help you launch new branded products with reduced costs and complexity while boosting early sales.

If you’re currently enrolled in our existing New Selection Programme, you’ll automatically receive New Selection Programme (2026) benefits for new branded FBA ASINs that launch starting 30 July to 31 October 2026, as an introductory offer.

To continue to receive New Selection Programme (2026) benefits after 31 October, you must confirm your enrolment on Enrol in New Selection Programme (2026). From 30 July, the existing New Selection Programme will end.

New benefits for an eligible new-to-FBA product include (applicable from first inventory received date):

  • Instant fee credits equivalent to capping referral fees to 10% (or your existing rate, whichever is lower) on your first 100 units and 5% (or your existing rate, whichever is lower) on the next 100 units. Credits apply to major fees, like referral and fulfilment fees.
  • £40 in voucher variable fee credits and £60 in Vine enrolment fee credits (applied to middle tier), usable within the first 60 days.
  • Free storage, free customer returns, free liquidations on your first 200 units for the first 120 days.
  • No low-inventory-level fee and storage utilization surcharge on your first 200 units for the first 120 days.
  • 45-day extension on the above benefits when using the Vine Pre-launch service.

The UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain stores are treated as separate regions. You can independently qualify for New Selection Programme (2026) benefits in each region.

Note: New Selection Programme (2026) benefits don’t stack with New Seller Incentives. If eligible for both, New Seller Incentives benefits will be applied first.

For more information, go to New Selection Programme (2026).

Identity Verification Deactivated since 13/02/2026
by Seller_UBwdVJTNGPQ6k

Has anyone successfully resolved an Amazon Identity Verification issue recently? We have been stuck in a repeating verification loop since 13/02/2026 with no clear resolution path. I have had my account since November 2022, with no prior issues.

Our account was requested to complete identity verification. We submitted all required documents, including a current valid Address Proof, both within the required 180-day window.

To eliminate technical issues, we have already:

Cleared cache and cookies

Used incognito mode

Tried multiple browsers (including Firefox)

Re-uploaded documents multiple times

Submitted through multiple support cases and escalations

Despite this, we repeatedly receive the same generic message: “you cannot open a seller account”

The issue is that no specific feedback is provided, including:

Which document is insufficient or rejected

What exact information is missing

Why the submitted documents are not being accepted

We have contacted Seller Support and Account Health Support multiple times. In each case, the matter is transferred to the Verification Team, but the case is later closed without explanation. Shortly after, a new request for information is generated and the cycle repeats.

Since 13/02/2026, we have been unable to obtain a direct review or actionable guidance from the Verification Team.

This situation is now materially impacting the business:

Account is deactivated

Sales have stopped completely

Inventory is stranded

Significant financial losses are occurring

We are fully willing to provide any required documentation. The issue is the lack of clear direction on what specifically needs to be corrected or resubmitted.

Has anyone experienced a similar loop recently, and if so, were you able to reach a verification specialist or escalate to a team that provided a definitive resolution?

Any practical guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dear Amazon Seller Verification Team,

We are requesting an urgent escalation regarding the appeal submitted for our selling account on **12 June 2026**.

It has now been more than two months, and despite repeatedly contacting Amazon Seller Support through multiple cases and phone calls, we have still not received any response or update regarding our appeal.

We have made every effort to follow up on this matter. We have:

* Submitted our appeal on **12 June 2026**.

* Opened multiple Seller Support cases to request an update.

* Contacted Amazon Support by phone on several occasions.

* Followed the guidance provided by Amazon representatives and requested that the matter be escalated to the appropriate team.

However, despite all these efforts, we have received **no decision, update, or response from the team responsible for reviewing our appeal**.

We are attaching a screenshot confirming the appeal submission on **12 June 2026**, along with the relevant information from our previous communications.

We respectfully request that this matter now be **urgently escalated to the appropriate team** for review. We would greatly appreciate confirmation that our appeal has been received and is under review, or alternatively, clear guidance on whether any additional information or documentation is required from our side.

We have been waiting for a response for an unreasonable amount of time and would sincerely appreciate a proper update on the status of our case.

Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to receiving a response as soon as possible.

HI to all

If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated. 3 x FBA shipments were delivered to the Doncaster warehouse facility of which one was successfully checked in

The other two FBA shipments were delivered on the 4th August 2026 but unfortunately I have not since had any update regarding this..

I understand there are delays every so often but this is the first time this has happened to me.. I have sent many shipments after these but unfortunately I am not getting any luck with this.

It says that the FBA shipments can be eligible for investigation on the 29th August.

Has anyone had this happen to them before and if it does not get checked in what would happen

Thanks in advance

by Seller_UBwdVJTNGPQ6k
Amazon replied

@Spencer_Amazon

Dear Amazon,

CASE ID: 12888515332

I have been selling on amazon with no issues since November 2022,and since February 2026, my account was deactivated due to verification issues. I have submitted correct government ID, Bank Statement, Bank Letter, HMRC VAT Certificate, Companies House Documents which are all original documentation, and the response i get says i do not comply with Amazons Business Solutions Agreement?

Could a moderator please review my account and inform me how i get my account reactivated.

I have been unable to pay my bills the last two months because of the disbursements being locked in my account for several months, i have to lay off two members of staff because my disbursements have been locked.

Thanks Naveen Rees

This year, Prime Big Deal Days returns at the same time as last year to kick off the season, followed by Black Friday Week. To help you plan for your busiest season, key details on deals, fees and inventory are provided below, along with additional resources and best practices available in the Q4 peak readiness playbook.

Deal Submissions

The deal submission window is open from now until:

  • September 23 for Prime Big Deal Days
  • November 18 for Black Friday Week

We’re also bringing back the early submission discount. Submit your Prime Big Deal Days deals by August 5 and Black Friday Week deals by September 5 to save 30% on the upfront promotion fee.

Promotions Fees and Eligibility

Eligibility requirements for promotions are the same as Prime Day, with one update: Prime Exclusive Discounts now require a minimum product rating of 3.5. Fees for Best Deals, Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts will be the same as Prime Day.

United Kingdom:

  • Upfront fee: £12 per promotion, plus
  • Variable fee: 0.75% of promotional sales (capped at £600)

Germany:

  • Upfront fee: €16 per promotion, plus
  • Variable fee: 0.75% of promotional sales (capped at €1,000)

France, Italy and Spain:

  • Upfront fee: €10 per promotion, plus
  • Variable fee: 0.5% of promotional sales (capped at €300)

For more information, go to Deals for events and Price Discounts and events.

Festive Peak Fulfilment Fees

The festive peak fulfilment fee will apply again for selected Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) orders in the UK and Germany from October 15, 2026, to January 14, 2027.

The festive peak fee applies to the following:

  • UK: Small and standard parcels, large and extra-large envelopes fulfilled via local FBA and Remote Fulfilment from the EU to the UK. The fee will be an average of £0.12 per parcel item and £0.07 per large and extra-large envelope item.
  • Germany: Small and standard parcels fulfilled via local and Pan-EU FBA, the European Fulfilment Network and Remote Fulfilment from the UK to the EU, at an average of €0.27 per unit.

The festive peak fulfilment fee won’t apply to oversize, low-price FBA or items delivered to buyers in other EU countries. The 1.5% fuel and logistics-related surcharge will apply on top of festive peak fulfilment fees.

To help you prepare, you can preview the festive peak fulfilment fee now with real-time cost comparisons across fulfilment types in the Revenue Calculator and the FBA Fee Preview report.

To review the detailed fee rates, go to 2026 festive peak fulfilment fee.

Inbound Inventory Dates

To ensure Prime-badge eligibility for your products during this year’s events, make sure that your inventory arrives at our European facilities by the following dates:

  • September 9, 2026 (September 16 for UK): Prime Big Deal Days
  • October 21, 2026 (October 28 for UK): Black Friday Week

Capacity Planning

As we enter the year-end shopping season, our fulfilment centre teams will focus on receiving shipments in September and October, then shift to processing customer orders in November and December. This temporary shift ensures faster delivery speeds for customers and maximises your sales potential. During this time, inbound delivery window slots will be limited.

If you’re expecting higher year-end volume, you can also use Capacity Manager to bid for extra space in our fulfilment centres.

**Invalid Charge Method in FR & ES since January 2026 – multiple cases, still unresolved**

We have been experiencing an **Invalid Charge Method / Credit Card issue in Amazon France and Spain since 28 January 2026**.

The situation is very specific:

* We have used the **same valid business credit card since 2020**.

* The card is still accepted and working in our other Amazon marketplaces.

* The problem only affects **Amazon France and Amazon Spain**.

* The card details, expiry date, CVV, billing address and other information have been checked repeatedly.

* We have re-entered and reassigned the charge method multiple times.

* We have followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by Seller Support.

* Our bank has not identified any issue with the card.

* We only have **one company credit card**, so repeatedly being advised to use another card is not a practical solution.

We have now been trying to resolve this for more than six months.

Unfortunately, despite opening multiple cases, we continue to receive standard troubleshooting responses and the underlying issue remains unresolved.

The problem is now also **negatively affecting our listings and our ability to operate normally in Seller Central France and Spain**.

### Request to an Amazon moderator

Could an Amazon moderator please review our case history and help escalate this to the appropriate **internal technical/payment team**?

In particular, could Amazon please check:

1. Whether there is a **PVCC (Pending Valid Credit Card) status** on our account that needs to be cleared.

2. Whether there are any **downstream payment system issues** specifically affecting the FR and ES marketplaces.

3. Why the same credit card continues to work in our other Amazon marketplaces but has been rejected in FR and ES since January 2026.

We are **not looking for another round of standard credit-card troubleshooting**. We have already performed these steps repeatedly over the past six months.

### Previous Seller Support cases

* **Case 13197446142**

* **Case 13174775302**

* **Case 13175518122**

* **Case 12140155782**

* **Case 10790830392**

* **Case 10749214522**

We would greatly appreciate it if an Amazon moderator could review these cases and help get this longstanding issue in front of the team that can investigate the underlying payment-system problem.

Thank you.

We have an account review since 10/03/2026. We uploaded every document that we were requested in the process, however Amazon is still reviewing our account and paused our disbursments since 10/03/2026 (2 months).

The review process is very slow and now we are in the stage to have from the review team about a clarification every week.

We reply on the request and then wait for the review process to complete the review and then another clarification comes after a week and so on.

We are selling on Amazon for the last 15 years and this is the first time that we are facing this

Amazon help support can not help us even though we called many times.

We do not know what we can do other than temporarily close down our stores for the first time since our begining.
