I am at a loss why I cannot seem to purchase Royal Mail 24 or 48 labels through Amazon Shipping.

Any help to solve this muchly appreciated :-)

Good news keep on coming, today I got a letter from RM that they are going to increase the price of my Tracked 48, 24 prices that were negotiated based on 20 parcels a week with a weigh of 1kg each. I have never been able to improve on this even if I send more than 250 parcel a week now. I don't have an account manager and they keep promising to call me but no one ever does. The average weight of a parcel is 324 g, therefore paying nearly £1 than on Click and Drop for a tracked 48 I think it's daylight robbery. I have contacted DPD sales team and now waiting for them to get in touch. If FBA were any good...

Anyone who has had the same problem?

I'm having no success in linking my Royal Mail OBA to Amazon so that I can use my Tracked 24/48 services. In my little mind I am following all the instructions available in that I go into Buy Shipping Preferences then I link to my RM account, wait until it looks like it has linked successfully, but when I then try to use Buy Shipping none of my Tracked 24/48 services are available to use

Anyone got any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

Hi all,

I always send my FBM using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and always enter tracking codes correctly.

The parcels are scanned on time and delivered on time.

Yet in the last 4 days I have had 4 orders show up on VTR report which amazon flagged as not having correct tracking entered - when I enter the exact tracking from that report into Royal Mail tracking system is shows as delivered on time.

There are scans on dispatch and on delivery and in between, everything looks fine on Royal Mail website.

So, what am I meant to do? Clearly the tracking is fine, so it is Amazon who does not detect them for some reason...

Could it be the spaces in the tracking numbers? If so, all my tracking numbers have spaces, yet only these few (four) seem to be not recognised?

Hi there,

I need urgent help as am really concerned about by VTR that has suddenly dropped to 42% I've have uploaded the tracking just a few hours after marking the order as dispatched and have been doing that for a while now but haven't really faced anything like this before The VTR report is showing the tracking invalid of many order with date mostly ranging from 23 Feb and onwards

I hope anyone from the forum or Amazon can help me out

I'm just a small time seller.

As such I dont have a Royal Mail OBA, i don't believe I do enough to qualify. I'm also currently just on the individual selling plan, but would consider upgrading to professional.

I do have a standard click and drop account but can't see any way to add that to my amazon account as it doesn't have the necessary reference numbers.

Or for the few orders I need to use a tracked service can I just buy shipping without using the amazon service and add the tracking details without if affecting my metrics?

I’m seeking guidance regarding loss of Featured Offer (Buy Box) eligibility across multiple ASINs, which started on 24 December and has not recovered since.

Account & performance overview:

Account Health Status: Healthy (532)

Order Defect Rate: 0.01%

Negative Feedback: 0%

Chargebacks: 0%

Late Dispatch Rate: 0.1%

Pre-Fulfilment Cancellation Rate: 0%

Valid Tracking Rate: 99.87%

On-Time Delivery Rate: 99.7%

We strictly follow Amazon policies, ensure product authenticity and quality, and maintain excellent customer service. There are no active policy violations or enforcement actions on the account.

Despite this, several ASINs lost Featured Offer eligibility simultaneously on 24 December. I contacted Seller Support and requested a review and guidance; however, the responses received were generic and did not identify any ASIN-level issues or corrective actions.

Looking for advice on:

Possible reasons for a sudden Buy Box loss across multiple ASINs while the account remains healthy

Whether there are hidden ASIN-level eligibility checks or flags that sellers cannot see

How to successfully request a manual Featured Offer / Buy Box specialist review, especially when Seller Support is unable to provide further assistance

Any insights from fellow sellers or Amazon moderators would be greatly appreciated.

What is the position on A-to-Z claims when shipping is purchased through Amazon using a connected Royal Mail account, and the item shows as scanned as delivered but with no signature, while the buyer says it was not received?

Why is the coverage on SSA/shipping template is only 23.3%. for Buy Shipping, Royal Mail coverage is 95+% for the UK? Then some how when Amazon, EVRI or DPD are selected it goes to 85+%?
