i have 2 products both of them are on the 1st search page, one of them is amazon's choice. however i did not have any sales at all in the last 11 days and the buybox now says 50% drop down (i am an FBA and my listings are my own - private label).

Please could you advise where else should I look to udnerstand the problem? It has never been so quite for me in the past 2 years that i've started.

We have a very important advert campaign that spends around £50 a day which usually has 3k-4k impressions per day.

We are now past 2pm and that same advert has 0 impressions.

What could cause this? It can't be that our bids are no longer high enough?

it is only £50 now, even less.

Sorry, I know this isn't your point, but if you dropped 50% from last year, then the two year drop isn't 90%, it's 70%.

100 orders 2 years ago. 60 orders 1 year ago. A 50% drop from 60 makes 30, which is 70 less than the 100 from 2 years ago.

I have today just had my Merchant VAT Invoice uploaded to my Tax Document Library, but strangely the Selling on Amazon Fees are more than 50% less than what they should be - therefore the VAT amount (which I reclaim) is also over 50% less.

Has anyone else had this issue where the amounts on the Merchant VAT Invoice are wrong by a LOT? Just wondering how to get it sorted..?
