Help my LSR is 50%

sold 4 items on FBM Last week… 2 was classed as late… so my LSR is 50% ..

2 orders that was classed as late was dispatched on the ship buy date and was delivered on the due delivery date

will they be classed as late if i drop them at the post office on the ship buy date but dont get collected until following day?

Hi All

Know it is only a small period of 7 days but we are experiencing a huge sales drop of approx. 50%, we are pretty much all FBA.

This is what we would say is our peak time but the last 7 days have been the worst of the year and totally out of character with the previous weeks.

The whole year has tracked pretty much as it should do but the last 7 days has just dropped completely.

Can see sessions have dropped by 45% over that period from the data on reports but no idea why as nothing has changed.

Any ideas or help would really be appreciated

Hello Sellers,

I need urgent guidance regarding a shipment discrepancy.

I created a shipment plan and sent 50 boxes to Amazon’s fulfillment center. I have proof of delivery from the carrier confirming that all 50 boxes were delivered. However, in my shipment summary, Amazon is only showing 23 boxes received.

I already opened a case with Amazon support, but they only advised me to work with my carrier. The carrier has confirmed full delivery of all 50 boxes, and I have the POD as evidence. Later, Amazon initiated a reimbursement, but the amount is very low and does not cover the actual value of my missing inventory.

This is a serious concern since a large portion of my inventory is unaccounted for, and the reimbursement offered does not match the loss.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? What is the best way to escalate this so Amazon reconciles the shipment properly and provides a fair reimbursement?

Any guidance or advice would be highly appreciated.

A customer claimed a small damage to the headboard and asked for refund fair enough we asked for the pictures and offered collection for full refund or 10% to keep the item as he also mentioned he can get it repaired but Customer asked for 50% when denied and asked for pictures of the item showing it's ready for collection customer left negative feedback saying (Headboard was lovely but damaged - shocking bad customer service avoid at all costs)

My question is when asking for pictures to proceed with return request is consider bed customer service, this customer clearly want full refund and trying to keep the item as well.

But this time I decided to stood up and will not be abused by scammers.

We're applying to be approved to sell 2 brands for new items via FBA.

In the window where we submit evidence to sell these brands, we're asked for an invoice of 10 units which we then provide. No issues.

However after submitting, seller support rejects our request, and claims we actually we need **50** units total.

Has anyone had this? I can already tell that seller support won't move from this, nor explain why it's x5 the unit requirement. What's the way forward?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been selling on Amazon for over 5 years as a side business. While things were stable in the past, I’ve seen a sharp decline in performance recently — with my overall sales dropping by 50% over the past two months.

I’ve invested in Sponsored Ads, keyword optimisation, A+ Content, and even consulted Amazon Seller Support, who confirmed my account is healthy with no violations or issues. Despite these efforts, my advertising spend is leading to consistent losses with very little return.

Two ASINs in particular — B08QH58SK8 and B08QH2KGL4 — used to be my best-performing, high-profit products. Now, I’ve had to reduce prices to near breakeven just to try and maintain some sales volume.

I’m urgently looking for actionable feedback or expert insights:

Could you kindly review these ASINs and suggest areas for improvement?

Are there realistic and cost-effective strategies that could help turn this around?

Any proven tactics for external traffic or listing enhancements?

Yesterday I listed a 1980 paperback with a cover price of £1.85. I thought it was quite an interesting book and was well worth ££6 (+ £2.80 postage) There were 5 other sellers. 1 "Collectable" at about £25. There were 3 at about £2.(all GOOD or VERY GOOD But the buy box holder with a NEW book at £1.85 with free postage was .................... Amazon!!

Within 2 hours of listing my book was suspended for "high pricing"

I currently have 9 books suspended for high pricing most of them with this same scenario . ie Amazon claiming to have a NEW copy of a 45 year old book -- listing it at a 45 year old price -- and then saying the average delivery time is 5-6 months.

The reality is ,of course, Amazon do not have a NEW copy of the book and have no prospect of getting one.

When I try to "rectify my error" one of the solutions is to match the lowest price ie £1.85 with free postage. What normal sellers can sell books at this price?

What is really puzzling is that although they are preventing other sellers from selling they themselves cannot sell as they dont actually possess the book.

I am assuming that many other sellers must have noticed this problem. This combined with the "you need permission to sell" problem means there must be many hundreds of thousands of books lying in seller's store rooms with no prospect of ever selling.

Amazon must be persuaded to stop this iniquitous practice

They are currently working on allowing more than 50 ASIN. It is currently designed like that. I have had a couple of instances where more than 50 have been allowed. They said I would still get the savings in these instances.
