Has anybody else had an issues with the new introduction of the DD+7 policy?

Our last disbursement was on 27/04 and the introduction of DD+7 on our account was 04/05.

The transactions between these date show as 'released' but the money hasn't been released.

Then the DD+7 kicked in on 04/05 and the deferred transactions were due to start on 12/05. These transactions change to released but they don't get added to our disbursement total.

Seller Support is usual. So I emailed the Managing Directors office due to the seriousness of it. I attached the transation report which had it all explained.

I received an email back saying they have looked at the information, can see the funds she released but not released and have opened up an investigation to find out what's happening.

Since my email on the 11/05 and the reply I now see Amazon are now deferring on transactions going forward and they are all going straight to 'released' - as though Amazon have turned a switch off on the DD+7.

However, these are still not going into our available disbursment section.

From what I can understand at the moment, there is £1,100 that has 'disappeared' from the total funds. There is £1,000 'released' but not available and £1,800 in deferred transactions.

At this point I'm trying to understand if this is an accountants job to unravel the mess this has caused or a police report with possible theft of our funds?

Would be interested to hear if there are any other sellers with similar issues.

As many we had a dd+7 policy kicked in on 3rd May, so 1st trasaction funds supposed to be realesed yesterday 12th but instead of all went straight to reserve, whats going on, I did contact seller support but they are as always helpful saying there's an error and they are working on it.....really, seriously......

So we got an email at 1.33am today advising that our transfer to DD+7 has now been put back to 19th March 2026. Anyone else get this?

Are they just messing with us now? All the finance and funding we put in place to cover the next two weeks is now no longer required, I can't help but feel there are people sitting at Amazon just having a good giggle. I find it hard to believe that decision was made at 1.30 this morning, but they literally leave it until the last moment to advise.

Unbelievably amateurish. Can't say I'm surprised.

Is there anyone that could possibly help me.

I have been in a verification cycle for over 7 months. The customer care team have been pushing me onto the verification team, they verify and then nothing happens.

I cannot remove money from my account and I cannot advertise - 7 months.

It has crippled my business, and once I have the money out of my account, I aim to shut it down ASAP.

I wondered if anyone could give me some info if they've been on this for a while

We got put in on the weekend. Invoices and payments are going into deferred but it says that we've got about £2,500 ready to disperse at settlement end but if we go to disperse, it says zero What is this money and where does it come from?

Also we always have quite a lot of money in deferred due to business orders. Technically these have all been through DD plus seven already so we should have some money to release every day. Does it not work like this?
