Lost Buybox for all our ASINS - 1000+

Hello @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP could you help us with this, we're not able to post on the MEGATHREAD but since yesterday - we lost the buybox for all our ASINS without any prior notice - Amazon Seller Support was useless at this point to help us.

Based on previous post there is definitively something going wrong with the Amazon automated system that give or remove the featured offer eligibility to a seller/ASIN or category of product - we already send a mail to managingdirector @ amazon co.uk, our Account health metric are perfect 1000/1000 + 0% ODR

This type of issue are dramatic for FBA Amazon seller and Amazon doesn't take his responsibilities on this matter.

I have read before, but a long time ago, that Amazon doesn't like having 2 businesses at the same address.

Is this still the case? My wife would like to start selling and does something entirely different to me.

After a quiet few days on our FBM orders, I decided to go onto Amazon.com as a customer, and see if there were any issues. To my immense surprise, I checked all our FBM listings and they are ALL showing as delivery estimated for May 2027… 2 years away?!

I know we had a day last week where we couldn’t ship any orders due to our courier adjusting for the new tariffs to come into effect on August 29th, but that is absurd. 2 weeks, maybe, but 2 years?! That is utterly ridiculous.

If any Amazon support members could help, that would be greatly appreciated. We have been heavily affected by this and have lost thousands in sales over the last few days because of it.

Anybody else had the same issue?

Account Suspended for Selling Bundled Items - No Warning, Funds Withheld, and 1000+ Units Stranded

Hi everyone,

Last week our seller account was suspended with no prior warning. The stated reason was that we were selling bundled items under one of our ASINs.

Amazon immediately withheld our funds and now we have over 1,000 units stranded across multiple SKUs, not just the one in question.

We have already submitted all relevant invoices for the affected item, purchased from a well-known UK wholesaler, along with proof of payment (bank transaction). Despite this, we continue to receive generic responses such as "We don't have enough information to reinstate your account."

This has caused significant distress and disruption to our business.Has anyone else experienced a similar suspension related to bundling policy violations? What steps did you take to get your account reinstated, or to at least retrieve your funds and inventory?

Any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

FBA - Stock is available, but 2 week delivery time

Hi all

I have been back and forth with Amazon support on this, but cannot seem to get a clear answer. We FBA all our stock, everything is Prime and has next day delivery.

For ASIN B0FLF7SBYW - we have 9 showing under "available" in FBA (I have checked - they are not on transfer to another FC or reserved).

The issue is, the delivery time on the website to customers is showing as 2 weeks (I have tried many UK postcodes but its still 2 weeks). This product has been Prime before with the Prime badge.

Customer support cannot fix it, so they escalate it but I am having no joy. They keep asking if its a Prime account, and it is, I send them a screenshot with other products that show as prime...

Can someone explain why this product has a 2 week delivery, despite 9 being available in the FC please?

Delivery speed - NDD showing 2 days..

My next day delivery offering is showing 2 day delivery on my listings.

This has occured for 3 weeks. Prior to this, my next day delivery option worked perfectly find on my listings. My template has not changed and I use Evri for collections, their performance was/is fine my ODTR is above 95% and has been for a while.

Has anyone else experienced this? Notably it impacts my sales as customers/Buy Box is less appealing.

Any suggestions?

What is the first step to list a book set (Vol. 1 & 2)?

Hello everyone,

I would like to sell a 2-volume book set (an upper volume and a lower volume, or Vol. 1 and Vol. 2).

Each volume is already listed and sold individually on Amazon, and each has its own existing ASIN.

However, the 2-volume set is not currently sold, and there is no ASIN for the set itself.

What is the first step I should take to create a listing for this set?

Do I need to create a new product listing as a "bundle"? If so, will I need to provide my own UPC/EAN for this set?

Any guidance on the correct procedure would be greatly appreciated.

Can anybody assist my listings are all showing 2 days delivery for prime instead of next day delivery. I’m hitting all the amazon metrics and yet it hasn’t showed next day delivery since last Friday. Can anyone provide any assistance .

Account Deactivated – Reverification Pending 2+ Weeks

Hi @AmazonSellerSupport

My seller account was deactivated for re-verification. I submitted all requested documents immediately and have now sent over 15 documents as proof. However, I keep receiving bounce-back messages saying it has been “over 30 days” or that my case has been transferred — yet I still have no resolution or clear update.

It has now been more than 2 weeks since deactivation, and every time I contact support I only get the same “under review” response. My business is completely on hold, and this lack of communication is making it impossible to move forward.

Can you please escalate this and provide a clear update on the status of my verification? This situation is becoming very urgent.

My account was deactivated 2 days after my first sale.

My first sale was after 3 weeks of opening my account. I have provided everything Amazon have asked for, but they will not accept the documents. So no option but to close my shop down
