3 of 20 Vine reviews just inexplicably disappeared
by Seller_iiHSdsVeiRryj
Amazon replied

Hello Amazon community support. I’m writing as 3 of my 20 Vine reviews just inexplicably disappeared. This is frustrating as they had gone through the moderation process and had been showing on my listing for some

time. Is this a glitch that will correct? Will I be refunded the fulfilment fees I paid to Amazon to send out these free units as part of your programme? Very disappointing and undermines trust in the Amazon system.

Our Amazon UK seller account has been deactivated following an Intellectual Property issue.

Since the deactivation, we have submitted more than 20 revised Plans of Action, making changes each time based on guidance received from Account Health Support.

However, the appeals continue to be rejected with essentially the same response:

“Insufficient detail on the root causes” and “insufficient details on the steps taken to prevent infringement going forward.”

We have already taken significant corrective and preventive action and have submitted supporting documentation, including supplier invoices and evidence of the changes implemented.

Our main difficulty is that we are not being told specifically what remains insufficient. We have also spoken with Account Health on numerous occasions and have received different guidance on what is required.

We do not want to continue submitting different versions of the POA without understanding what is actually missing.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation and managed to get a case-specific review rather than another standard rejection?

If an Amazon Forum moderator sees this discussion, we would really appreciate assistance in having the case reviewed or escalated to an appropriate senior team. We are happy to provide the full case history and supporting information privately if required.

Hi,

Does anyone has the same problem, my VTR was always 100 %, I sent to Germany from UK, all orders below 20 euros and use Royal Mail , normal letter. From the drop down menu I choose Royal Mail and the other drop down menu royal mail 2nd class stamp. Up to now al was fine , but for the last 2 weeks all the orders sent like this was counted like non exempted and counted against my VTR , anyone can shed some light on it? Maybe you had a problem and managed to solve it ? or you choose something else from drop down menu?

Dear Amazon Tax Exemption Team,

We are contacting you regarding tax charges applied to eligible business purchases made before our tax exemption approval was fully completed on Amazon.

I have VAT exempt status and previously applied for a refund on orders that were charged VAT before my exemption was granted. The system indicated a wait time of 20 business days, but that period has now passed and I still have not received my refund. Please help me resolve this and process my VAT refund.

Our tax exemption has now been approved and activated on the account. However, during the review / appeal period, several eligible orders were charged tax even though the purchases were made for our exempt business/resale activity.

We respectfully request a review and refund of the tax amounts charged on the eligible orders

I am only receiving bot responses to my SAFE-T appeals, that fire back generic responses within a couple of minutes each time.

In short - customer returned item as "no longer needed" 51 days after purchase. Amazon gave full refund at first scan.

Item had been torn apart and used. 20% of product (a glue) used/missing and returns shipping label stuck to product so all the packaging is trashed too. Pretty clear cut case.

Images and the most concise of explanations were submitted in claim. Amazon granted only 20% of the claim value. They listed reason as "Amazon damaged", which is incorrect as the order was fulfilled by merchant and returned directly to us.

Spoke to Amazon on the phone but they say SAFE-T can only be discussed via the claim messaging box (where I'm getting the bot responses).

How do I challenge the reimbursement amount?

I will add - I have asked them specifically, "why was I only granted 20% of the claim value?" and "why was the reason listed as Amazon damaged when order was FBM?", but all they will say is:

We have reviewed the information that you provided and have denied your reimbursement request for the order X. We understand that you may not agree. However, we stand by our decision.

Hello,

I need help with a UK VAT Establishment verification that has been open since 20 August 2026.

Our company is UK-established. Our business information and UK director have already been successfully verified, and there are no VAT/GST registration numbers on our Seller Central account because we are not VAT registered.

However, Amazon still treats our account as Non-Established and has been collecting VAT from every UK order since 21 August.

The specialist case remains under review with no clear explanation of what is still outstanding.

Could an Amazon moderator please review this case or escalate it to the UK VAT Establishment / Tax verification team?

Thank you.

FBA Fee for stock units under £20
by Seller_22OoXWKuckv6R
Amazon replied

Any sellers that have stock units under £20. After payment settlement my fee's are over 50% of all sales this amount just appears outragous?

If any sellers can help with this or if there is something that can be done to reduce these fees. I have seen there is an enrolment fee of £25 to lower costs yet whenever i try to enrol i get a error page, secondly trying to talk to Amazon support is almost impossible or generic replys.

And, after over 20 years, it's time to go.
by Seller_VSGPEORb4yGqN

When I started on here, you could pretty much list anything you wanted (within reason). The biggest problem back then was the lazy seller who did the minimum amount of work to put up the listings.

Then Scamazon started asking for information about where we were getting the products, and you could not get a listing done without giving them a supplier. They were just stealing information from sellers for their own ends (something Amazon are brilliant at).

Christmases were incredibly busy (and profitable). Until they weren't. The year they introduced PPC was a disaster. I spent everything on stock for the busy period, only it didn't come. I was left with thousands of pounds of stock, rent, business rates... bla bla bla.

Next was the cut-out the middle man stage where the suppliers stopped supplying us because they were selling directly on Amazon. All these companies who we had bought from and made successful just screwed us over.

Anyway, the changes keep coming, none of them good for sellers, always good for Amazon.

I'm utterly sick of it. Sick of all the Amazon supported scammers, sick of waiting 3 weeks to get paid, sick of all the stress.

I wish all you good, honest, hardworking seller all the best, but I'm not giving this dishonest, morally bankrupt company another penny, or a second of my time.

Goodbye!

:-)

Since 20 September my seller-fulfilled UK account has received 579 orders that are all stuck in Pending – Awaiting payment verification. My normal volume is 11–20 orders a day; I received 194 pending orders on the 20th and 369 on the 21st, and it is still going.

The pattern is not human: almost all quantity 1, one ASIN alone has 86 orders, the median gap between orders is about 2 minutes, two orders came in 2 seconds apart, and the same postcodes are receiving multiple separate orders for different products (one postcode has 10 orders, including the same item six times). The orders target the higher-priced part of my catalogue, not the products I actually sell day to day. Nothing has been shipped; nothing has moved to Unshipped.

I have opened a case with Seller Support: Case ID 13297668992. I have asked Amazon to confirm these are held in payment verification, to cancel the ones that fail verification without waiting 21 days (they are tying up inventory), and to confirm no account-health impact.

I understand from other threads and seller groups that several UK sellers are seeing the same thing in the same window. If you are affected, please reply with your case ID and the date it started so the community team can see this is a platform-wide event rather than individual seller issues. If a community manager can escalate, I'd be grateful.

Hi all,

Since July 2026 I have been blocked from sending one of our products, ASIN B084D59LJC, to German fulfilment centres. Every new Send to Amazon workflow gives the same error:

"This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centres in the destination country capable of receiving the product."

All our other SKUs ship to Germany without problems. Capacity, packing template, dangerous goods and storage settings have all been checked and ruled out.

The cause is already known. On 7 September, Seller Support confirmed it is an internal configuration block on the German fulfilment centre group. It was set when our amazon.co.uk account was deactivated in January 2026 and was never removed, even though our UK VAT deregistration was accepted on 11 August. Support confirmed that no action is needed on our side. This is Amazon's own error, and only Amazon can fix it.

Since then I have spoken with more than 20 different Support agents by chat and phone. Every one of them tells me the same thing: the case has been passed to the "dedicated specialist team" and I should wait. On 10 September I was told it was resolved. It was not. I tested again today, 24 September, in a brand new workflow, and the error is unchanged. The case (13155097262) keeps going in a loop, and nobody takes ownership of it.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking for one named person or team at Amazon to own this case, remove the block and verify the fix against my ASIN before closing the case. That should not be this hard. Amazon's whole FBA model is built on sellers sending inventory to Amazon to sell. Right now Amazon's own system is stopping me from doing exactly that, and has been for more than two months.

Moderators: please escalate this to someone who can take responsibility for it. And if any other seller who deactivated amazon.co.uk has hit the same block, I would really like to hear how you got it removed.
