I am requesting assistance regarding an ongoing issue, where a customer has been granted an A to Z claim for £241.99, for a return they made outside of the 30 day return window. I disputed the claim, stating the following;

The customer opened a return on the 11th May. This was 5 days after the order was delivered. I left this return request open for 27 days. Then, on the 6th June, I closed the return request, as it had then been 32 days since the order was delivered, and so the return was no longer valid, as per your own terms and policies that state orders must be returned within 30 days. Then, after I had closed the return request, the customer suddenly decided they were going to now return the order, and did so on the 12th June, a full 38 days after the order was delivered. On the tracking, you can clearly see that this was not delivered to me. It was left outside of my house when I was on holiday. Therefore, I don't even have the return, as it was no longer there when I got home. So, I do not have the return, and the customer returned it well outside of the 30 day return window, despite having weeks to return it and me leaving the return window open for them the entire time. Only once the return request was closed did they suddenly decide to return it. Therefore, as previously confirmed by you, I have no obligation to refund the customer and so this claim must be overturned. You cannot completely ignore your own terms and policies that state customers must return orders within 30 days. This customer failed to do so, and so is not obligated to a refund.

Today, I have received a response stating the claim has been upheld. I have responded to the claim, again disputing it, and contacted the Managing Director, but I am also posting here to try and get this resolved. If this continues to not be resolved and the claim overturned, I will be escalating this further to ensure my funds are recouped.

I hope to get a response soon.

Effective 30 July 2026, the New Selection Programme (2026) launches with increased benefits to help you launch new branded products with reduced costs and complexity while boosting early sales.

If you’re currently enrolled in our existing New Selection Programme, you’ll automatically receive New Selection Programme (2026) benefits for new branded FBA ASINs that launch starting 30 July to 31 October 2026, as an introductory offer.

To continue to receive New Selection Programme (2026) benefits after 31 October, you must confirm your enrolment on Enrol in New Selection Programme (2026). From 30 July, the existing New Selection Programme will end.

New benefits for an eligible new-to-FBA product include (applicable from first inventory received date):

  • Instant fee credits equivalent to capping referral fees to 10% (or your existing rate, whichever is lower) on your first 100 units and 5% (or your existing rate, whichever is lower) on the next 100 units. Credits apply to major fees, like referral and fulfilment fees.
  • £40 in voucher variable fee credits and £60 in Vine enrolment fee credits (applied to middle tier), usable within the first 60 days.
  • Free storage, free customer returns, free liquidations on your first 200 units for the first 120 days.
  • No low-inventory-level fee and storage utilization surcharge on your first 200 units for the first 120 days.
  • 45-day extension on the above benefits when using the Vine Pre-launch service.

The UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain stores are treated as separate regions. You can independently qualify for New Selection Programme (2026) benefits in each region.

Note: New Selection Programme (2026) benefits don’t stack with New Seller Incentives. If eligible for both, New Seller Incentives benefits will be applied first.

For more information, go to New Selection Programme (2026).

Had an email this morning stating our account has a 30 day hold put on it so we cant disburse whilst they check delivery of seller fulfilled orders! We buy all our post using amazon buy shipping. Spoke to amazon rep and he said its nothing to do with an account health or violation we have just been selected randomly!! I said we buy all our post using buy shipping as we are meant to be protected from this sort of thing. He said send a picture of the amazon buy shipping labels and invoice. I said the buy shipping is automatically taken from the order cost! He seemed to not heave a clue. All our stats are on 0% with all order dispatched on time and we send 1000s per week and no account issues. And now this is our peak season our funds will be put on hold which will definitely make us go bust. 30 days without funds!! can anyone give me any advice as to what to do. He said I can appeal and send pics of the buy shipping labels? Does that sound right?

Just spoke to amazon support who confirmed our account would be deactivated in 30 days if we cannot provide buyer confirmation of receipt of their orders. I explained all our post is sent 2nd class small letter using buy shipping and that we cannot provide tracking or delivery confirmation. We send over 1300 orders per month and have a 0% defect rate with an account health of 272. This seems absolutely devastating to us after all these years selling on here. This has been caused by us introducing a new product 3 months ago and sales surging. Amazon WILL NOT accept the fact we buy all 2nd class labels through them as they want to see actual buyer confirmation that its been which is obviously impossible. They are expecting by the sounds of it most buyers leaving feedback for their items. We are lucky if we get a few feedbacks within a year as hardly anyone seems to leave feedback these days whereas on our ebay store they do. Has anyone else gone through anything similar. We are a business been trading for over 26 years and this seems so unfair.

Hello,

I am looking for assistance escalating an ongoing FBA issue that is significantly damaging our brand and customer experience.

Case ID: 12625049072

We sell a box set containing 5 box files per unit.

The products were sent to Amazon correctly:

Each FBA unit contains 5 box files.

The outer packaging clearly states "Box of 5".

The product weight matches a 5-pack.

The dimensions match a 5-pack.

The listing clearly describes a set of 5.

Despite this, over the last two weeks approximately 30 customers have reported receiving only 1 box file instead of the full set of 5.

The issue was initially dismissed, however customer complaints continue and we have therefore reopened the case.

This is creating:

Negative customer experiences

Refunds and replacements

Damage to our brand reputation

Loss of confidence in our listings

We believe there may be an issue within the FBA fulfilment process or inventory handling, as the products were supplied to Amazon correctly.

Can a moderator please escalate this to the appropriate FBA investigation team and advise what additional information is required?

Thank you,

Nathan

Hello Everyone,

We have been selling on amazon for last three years.

We received below notification on 8th of July.

Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days but we will inform you if additional time is required for your temporary review.

I am sure this is due our sales has doubled. Our sales is doubled purely starting two day prime and next day prime.

Our on time delivery rate is 95%.

There is around £290000 to be disbursed.

If this review goes on till 30 days, there will be over £500000 waiting to be disbursed.

Has anybody else gone through this process ? And does it take 30 days to review seller fulfilled orders?

We are in situation where we can increase sales but can not withdraw money for next 30 days due to increase sales.

Please share your experience and Can I request amazons staff to speed up process please?

We are in big cashflow issue now.

Many thanks

Hey everyone, I'd appreciate in some help from some mods or help tagging them as i have had a lot of issues with this

I have one listing that has been deactivated three times in the past 30 days for pricing health. Every single time, I submitted proof that my pricing is compliant, Amazon agreed and reinstated it — and then the exact same automated flag triggered again. Same listing, same reason, three times.

Each reinstatement takes 5 days. That's 5 days of zero sales, tanked ranking, and collapsed search visibility — three times over. 15+ days of damage in a single month caused entirely by what is clearly a bug in Amazon's own pricing algorithm, not anything I've done wrong.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm at my wit's end. I've raised a formal escalation but would really appreciate if a mod could look into this and get a senior case manager assigned. Happy to share case IDs privately.

This can't be right.

30 Day temporary account review

Hi all,

Seller Support confirmed our 30-day review is complete, but payments are still on hold.

On top of this, our account shows DD+7 active, even though Amazon officially extended our migration to 19 March 2026.

We have no violations, use 100% Buy Shipping, and have sold on Amazon for over 10 years. The Review Team isn’t responding.

Has anyone faced this or knows how to escalate?

Thanks,

Hello everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can shed light on this because Amazon Seller Support has not resolved it despite multiple attempts.

The Issue

Amazon is trying to charge me £30 for a Professional Seller account, even though:

- I do not have a Professional account

- I downgraded to an Individual account

- I submitted proof showing the downgrade was completed

Despite this, the system still shows a £30 charge that should not exist.

What I’ve Already Done

- I changed my plan to Individual before the billing date.

- I provided screenshots and confirmation showing the downgrade was successful.

- I opened support cases explaining that the charge is incorrect.

- I clearly stated that I am not using the Professional plan and should not be billed for it.

What Amazon Support Has Done

So far:

- They acknowledge the downgrade.

- They confirm I’m on an Individual plan.

- But they still haven’t removed the £30 charge.

- I keep getting generic responses instead of an actual fix from the Billing Team.

Why This Is a Problem

I’m being charged for a service I’m not using.

I’ve followed every step correctly, and the downgrade was completed on time.

All Amazon needs to do is remove the incorrect £30 charge, but the case keeps going in circles.

What I Need

I’m looking for:

- Advice from anyone who has dealt with this exact issue

- Confirmation on whether this needs to be escalated to a specific team

- Any insight into how to get Amazon to actually remove the incorrect charge

This should be a simple fix, but it’s dragging on and blocking my ability to move forward with my account.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or share their experience.

I am absolutely at my wits' end with Amazon's broken "Fair Pricing" automated bot. For the FOURTH time in the last 30 days, my Featured Offer (Buy Box) for ASIN B0CBHP875F (Amazon UK) has been completely stripped away.

The reason? "Price higher than typical."

Amazon’s "suggested competitive price" is £6.98. This is completely ridiculous and economically impossible. I have been selling this variation at £9.99 for a very long time with consistent sales history. Suddenly, the system expects me to slash my price by a massive £3 out of nowhere. I even tanked my own margins and reduced the price by £1 just to see if the bot would budge—nothing. It won't accept anything.

I’ve opened multiple cases and got on the phone with Seller Support, only to receive the same useless, copy-pasted script:

"Comparison of your price against current market rates from other reputable retailers. The system is working as intended, and this is not an error."

When I ask which "reputable retailers" or what external links they are comparing me to, they refuse to provide a single shred of data. Just a blanket "the system is working as intended." It is clearly NOT working as intended.

My recent Case ID for this issue is 12595345872, which is moving incredibly slow and getting absolutely nowhere.

Look at the exact same products, same functionality, and same pack sizes currently thriving in the category with active Buy Boxes right now:

ASIN B0FRYZGD22 (5 Pack) – Selling at £9.99 (Buy Box Active)

ASIN B07J5MP6WB (5 Pack) – Selling at £9.10 (Buy Box Active)

ASIN B07PH9PBQ7 (3 Pack) – Selling at £9.99 (Buy Box Active - fewer items for the same price)

ASIN B0G2MBLN7P (3 Pack) – Selling at £9.99 (Buy Box Active - fewer items for the same price)

Why am I being aggressively targeted and suppressed while my direct competitors are allowed to sell the exact same pack sizes (or smaller) at £9.99 without a single issue? If it's a "market rate" issue, why does it only apply to my ASIN?

Has anyone successfully beaten this specific algorithmic glitch recently? How do you get a human with actual authority to look at competitor benchmarking instead of hiding behind a broken bot? Any advice or mod escalation would be heavily appreciated. I am losing massive sales daily for a problem I didn't create.
