    We have this issue with Italien VAT Number.

    Adress correct

    VAT correct

    VAT department confirmed adresse, Name and VAT number

    Still issue is there 44 days to go.

    Account health try to help in many calls but still no solution to see.

    If anybody knows where the issue comes from or how to solve please share!

    My Amazon Seller account is locked (not clear why) and I can't do anything about it. I can't even click on the Help button in the top right corner. I've received an order, and I can't access it. I've emailed, tried the chat help and even called Amazon on +44-2070-8479-11 and am not getting anywhere with this. Please adviseMany thanksJan

    So we are in year 9 of selling on Amazon. This year, with over 500 SKUs our sales are appalling. Our prices are competitive, our products are on trend and all metrics are ok. What's lacking is buyers. At present we are 44% down on the same period last year and this October was our worst in 9 years. @amazon reading these forums we are not alone. Yes, the economy is pants but as you increase the charges on us year on year what are you doing in return to give us buyers? Is this turning into a tired old oil tanker business that can't steer itself out of the storms?

    HI there,

    we are just looking to expand into Germany, we have the VAT applied for.

    In the interim we want to see which products we can sell in Germany from the UK, as when we look currently it shows 44 products, which are mostly UK FBA products, but is missing quite a few FBA items that we do want to sell.

    on some searches it says that you shouldn't Build Listings unless you are live and approved .

    so, how can we check or update the German store in advance to see which products would be approved?

    Could somebody please explain to me what i am doing wrong?

    my OTDR is 44% and shows 4 of 9 units over 14 days, why is the total only over 9 units when i send out many items per week? what triggers it to be of 9 items only? i am not sure what i am doing wrong as i am sending out the same day and via RM 1st class service

    Hi Taylor,

    Thank you for your help.

    We have multiple products in our UK store, and currently Amazon Germany (which is in holiday mode until we get our VAT registration come through) is showing just 44 products, when we have 717 sku's .

    So wanted to check how we sync the 2 stores in readiness for the Germany store going live and stocks sent to FBA.

    we really just want to see what products we will be able to list and send , so we can make decisions, as have a number of liquid items for example.

    is there a way to sync the stores and then we could see what would be available ?

    We managed it for 44 SKU's totalling around 1500 units. Now just the fact that they still can't be sent because of errors with net weights and gross weights!!
