Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I have been dealing with a product authenticity complaint for over 20 days and need help.
My Situation
I sell genuine products through an authorized distributor who buys directly from the brand manufacturer. I have complete supply chain documentation including manufacturer invoice, distributor invoice, sales agreement, and authorization letter covering USA and UK.
Supplier Already Verified
Amazon’s verification team contacted my distributor directly. They responded and confirmed everything one week ago. This is on file. Account Health Support confirmed this today.
The Problem — 5 Rejections, 5 Different Reasons
Every rejection had a different reason. No official emails received. Only found out through health support calls. Each team appears to be working independently without reading previous findings.
What I Fixed
Previous submissions had highlighted documents. Resubmitted completely clean unaltered original documents individually today.
Current Status
Agent raised a 2nd review to internal team today after confirming supplier verification on file.

My Question
Why does supplier verification confirmed by Amazon’s own team not trigger reinstatement automatically? Has any moderator seen this pattern?
I am a legitimate seller with authentic products and a verified supply chain. I need one human reviewer to look at the complete picture.
The Most Frustrating Part
My Account Health page shows:
“We have completed our evaluation of your submission”
But no email. No rejection. No acceptance. No explanation. For more than 10 days. Complete silence from Seller Performance.
The only information I receive is through Account Health Support phone calls. No official communication whatsoever.
