We are due to be moved onto this during the September transition, so wondered if anyone who is currently on the DD+7 can help with a question. The policy states that it will be either Delivery Date+7 or Estimated DD+7, which I get.

So if a tracked item was scanned as delivered then it would be 7 days from then, not the Estimated. All good.

How are sellers currently seeing Large Letters that are scanned as delivered being processed with this regard? Are they being treated as Estimated DD+7 or Delivery Date +7 if scanned?

We know that Large Letters are not officially tracked and Amazon ignore the delivery scan when sending out "Your Order May Be Lost" emails, but I was wondering how it works on DD+7 out in the field?

DD+7 Deferred Again

So we got an email at 1.33am today advising that our transfer to DD+7 has now been put back to 19th March 2026. Anyone else get this?

Are they just messing with us now? All the finance and funding we put in place to cover the next two weeks is now no longer required, I can't help but feel there are people sitting at Amazon just having a good giggle. I find it hard to believe that decision was made at 1.30 this morning, but they literally leave it until the last moment to advise.

Unbelievably amateurish. Can't say I'm surprised.

Hi there, I’ve been selling on Amazon for over 7 years now and had a great relationship with them. Amazon has asked for KYC documents which I provided 30 minutes after they requested them. My account is selling as normal but I’m not able to take any payments out. I’m owed 20k+ currently which I’m not able to withdraw and I’m needing to pay my staff.

Can anyone help me in this situation with speeding up the KYC process as it’s been over 7 days now.

I am writing regarding the Delivery Date-Based Reserve Policy (DD+7) scheduled to take effect on my seller account after 30 September 2025.

I previously received an extension delaying implementation until this date. I am now requesting a further extension of 12 months, allowing continued exemption until 30 September 2026.

We are an established Amazon seller with over 12 years of successful trading history, and we have maintained excellent seller metrics and a strong reputation for customer service and delivery performance.

To support our continued growth, we have recently made significant investments in new machinery and infrastructure. While these investments are essential for our long-term success, they have created a temporary sensitivity in cash flow. The introduction of the DD+7 reserve model at this stage would make it extremely difficult to manage our operations, and could potentially place the business at risk of entering administration, despite our strong performance and long-standing relationship with Amazon.

I have reached out to Amazon at eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk a few times but haven't received a response to extend the reserve policy date. can anyone help with this?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I am being stifled in search after receiving a return request 7 days ago.

I'm in Handmade and I last received an order 8 days ago.

The customer wishing to return bought 2 different items on 2 seperate days and has kept one of them, then requested a return on the other without giving a reason. I authorised it, but have yet to receive the return from her.

Yesterday I noticed that this item has come up as Very Poor on the Voice of the Customer Page, as a negative customer experience, but I have never received any complaint or correspondence about this.

Why has this come up as a negative experience if no feedback was given or complaint made, perhaps she just compared the two items and liked the other better? Also, is this affecting me getting new orders? I would have thought I'd have some orders over the weekend as it's the end of the month :/

As everyone knows, from the 30th of September, every UK seller will be migrated over to the DD+7 deferred payment system. I'm not here to complain but rather to create a post to help small or large businesses on how they can manage and help cash flow issues, which are going to affect small and large businesses from the 30th of September 2025.

Please, could you share what you are doing to help other businesses in need of guidance and solutions?

Are you using your personal cash reserves? credit cards? overdrafts? or anything else you would like to share to help?

I've been in the DD+7 for over 9 months now. We have thousands in deferred payments, and it's rising weekly. I feel anyone's pain at this stressful time.

Well my FBA item is at £760 and I submitted the evidence to prove the actual value of it, which Amazon refused to accept. Amazon decided to ignore the evidence I provided and issued a reimbursement for a £760 product with only £4.39. What a joke!

So why don`t you guys tell me this: do your £1,699.99 Amazon eero Max 7 only worth £4.39 if lost?

KYC issues (been selling on here for 7 years)

Hello all, so today out of the blue I got hit with KYC request so had to go into it and submit documents ect (AGAIN).

Now I come accross a problem of Amazon saying my personal details don't match the document, I have submitted my drivers licence which shows my first, middle and surname, I have also submitted a utility bill which shows my first and surname but not my middle, in fact none of my bills show my middle name and why should they?

How do I get past this please as I have no secondary documents that show my middle name.
