It's enough. All third-party sellers need to act together to sue Amazon or take Amazon to court; otherwise, this robbery will never stop.

Here is my story: A customer sent me a message through Amazon chat support saying they wanted to cancel an order. However, the order was already on the way and scheduled to arrive in two days. We informed the customer that the order was on its way and could not be cancelled, but assured them they could open a return request and send it back once they received it.

The customer never responded to us after that. They received the order—Evri took a picture of the parcel being handed to a person, with the door open. Our packaging is clearly visible in the picture, and the GPS location matches the customer's address. However, the customer claimed they never received the order.

We provided Amazon with all the evidence, including photos and proof of delivery, but Amazon still refunded the customer.

The same thing happened with another order. In this case, the customer didn’t ask to cancel it but still claimed they didn’t receive the order. Again, Evri handed the parcel to a person with the door open, and the GPS matched the address, but Amazon refunded the customer despite all the evidence we supplied.

My question is: should I take this matter to court against Amazon or the dishonest customers?

This case getting more interesting and Amazon still closing every case on buyer favour.

Feedback :

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Not only does the item arrive late. The sellers are super rude and threatening. I did. It receive my parcel and they kept on threatening me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

A to Z Claim comment:

Customer comments: I got a email saying that the package has arrived, but when I got home I could not see any packages

Yes , we have the same +3 days , even though we have the SFP Prime Badge , and Standard ones 0 Handling time , instead of showing delivery on Friday, it is showing Monday , and in reality, the customer will receive the product on Friday.

To put things into perspective about how Amazon doesn’t care and does nothing to support honest sellers, we once had an Amazon Vine reviewer, who turned out to be a director of a competitor company selling on Amazon, buy our product and post the most horrific review.

Another director from the same company also purchased from our Amazon store and did exactly the same. The Amazon Vine reviewer then went on to purchase products from his own company and gave them all 5-star reviews. And what did Amazon do about this? Absolutely nothing.

They never even said sorry when it all came out...

Dear All

are Amazon customers allowed to blackmail us? This particular amazon customer try to do a return first saying he had not received watch, then said the watch was defective, then blackmail us for £200 gift card, then do negative feedback, then do A-Z Claim

We had asked for the amazon feedback to be removed and amazon said they cannot remove the feedback. We even chat to amazon seller support and ask again for the amazon customer feedback to be looked at and amazon said the feedback is correct which means that the feedback is correct to ask £200 gift card and blackmailing by customer is being tolerated by amazon

What do you all think?

"can i get a £200 gift card refund please as this watch does not work with ipad and i bought it i dont want another watch and dont have the means to pay you post."

Hello

I have multiple SKUs uploaded to GPSR that have been under review for more than 7 days but are still in review status. It's coming up to the 13 December deadline, so will these SKUs under review be removed as well?

There are also some SKUs that have been reviewed but are still showing in the ‘Open’ panel with a message that they need to be submitted, will these be removed as well?

I think I see where you are coming from.

So if a manufacturer supplied a wholesaler with an item before the 13th, then the wholesaler supplied a shop after the 13th, the items would not come under GPSR because the manufacturer to wholesaler transaction was the item being 'placed on the market', and this transaction happened before the 13th.

Is this correct?

This was left for an order which was just being collected by Amazon Shipping, so obviously they had left feedback for the wrong order as it is not being delivered for 2 days.

Amazon reply even though we have shown on messages the order is still with amazon shipping -

In this case, we regret to inform you that we are unable to remove this feedback, as the feedback you received was not in violation of our guidelines.

This is an absolute disgrace that we can be dubbed scammers when it's nothing to do with our order and the time stamps of amazon scans and the time of order etc proves it without any thought needed.

WHAT IS THE POINT!!!!

I'm not one to moan on here, especially since Amazon generally do not care, you're just a whisper in the wind, and one of MANY, who go through hell with them. I've sold on Amazon for almost 2 years, i've paid them almost £1million pound in their fees. I've now been asked for my suppliers supplier information for 3 brand approval requests, yes i've seen it all before, - but I've had various invoices approved from this supplier in the past, next thing my supplier contacted me to advise Amazon have contacted them to purchase directly, and also to gain their supplier information.

The whole process is backwards, they require an invoice to request approval - so you have to physically buy and own the stock and get invoiced. Yet they point and laugh when they reject you once you physically hold it, and most of the time can't return it.

It's a complete abuse of Power, and they've already been taken to court over this! Yet they are STILL here doing the same thing. Requesting our Suppliers, Supplier information - for their own gain!!

We work with a distributor that has been established for 30 years, beyond when Amazon was formed, one of the most authentic, genuine businesses in existence. RARELY ANYBODY, is ever going to be able to gain their suppliers supplier information. WHO WOULD DO THAT?

That's some of the most safeguarded information in the industry, it's a businesses most sensitive information surely! Yet big bully Amazon throw their weight around, trying to gain all the information constantly for their own advantage. Masking it with -" we want to make sure goods are authentic" - Yeah yeah we've heard it all before Amazon, we get it.

One day, some how some where, it's going to come crashing down on them. No company can bully the entire market, their sellers, and abuse their power for this long and get away with it forever.

One good thing? -> It sure ignites that fire in your belly to start looking elsewhere from this increasingly dreadful place. Once loved this and all it offered, i've never felt more deflated and stressed.
