We are contacting you with serious concern regarding the ongoing rejection of our trademark infringement complaints submitted through the Report a Violation tool. Over the last 6 months, we have filed 92 complaints, of which 61 have been rejected, with an overall acceptance rate of only 22%. As a result, we have now received multiple internal warnings that our brand protection tools are at risk of being revoked — a consequence that would be severely damaging to our legitimate brand enforcement operations on Amazon.

we have followed the route of escalating the complaints through Contact Us > Escalate previously submitted issue. , multiple times , however we get the same automated response when we try escalate it .

The core issue is that our valid complaints regarding unauthorized parallel imports are being automatically rejected with identical template responses, which mischaracterize the nature of our reports as “distribution agreement disputes.” This is factually and legally incorrect. We are not raising issues related to distribution. These complaints relate to trademark misuse via unauthorized regional imports, which under UK trademark law (Trade Marks Act 1994, Section 10) constitutes direct infringement.

Hi,

To be honest for the past 2 months ive been buying 'DELVERY SCAN REQUIRED' stickers and applying them to each of my parcels in the space on the royal mail label, since then i must of had 1 person claim item not recieved and the tracking doesnt show it's been scanned, but way way less than i was before i was probably getting 4 a week until ive started using these stickers, takes a little extra time when packing but well worth it to reduce the messages and false refund claims as it reminds postman to scan it, my valid tracking rate is also at 92% now. I'd recommend getting some and giving that a try :)

Can anyone tell me please why my items are all being rebranded as 'Brand: Erkic'? Yesterday I had 92 items that had been rebranded as Brand: Erkic, today it is 95 items rebranded as 'Brand: Erkic'. It is clearly a problem with the bots, because many of the other items sold under Brand Erkic are only sold by Amazon (many are what appear to be Amazon AI designed T-shirts). The Brand: Erkic is growing at a very fast rate swallowing up listings by hundreds maybe thousands of different sellers. I am the manufacturer and the only seller of the items I have listed, but once they have been rebranded by the bots as Brand: Erkic, I can no longer edit them. This is one asin example B0CJLJ6XLM (a pair of Steam engine earrings) but if you click on Brand Erkic you will find another 95 of my listings (plus thousands of other seller's listings). Many of my listings that have been rebranded are years old, but some are recent listings. This has only started happening in the last 3 weeks or so. I cannot make anyone at Amazon understand this very simple problem. No other seller is attempting to sell on these listings, so why are they all being rebranded as Brand Erkic? Many thanks in advance for any help you can give.
