Variable voucher fees will be capped at £200 per voucher for vouchers created on or after November 5, 2025. While the £2 upfront fee per voucher will stay the same, we’re also lowering the variable rate from 1.5% to 0.75% . We’re making these changes before Black Friday and Cyber Monday to help you plan your holiday campaigns with confidence.

In March 2025, we announced new promotion structures to help you test different promotional strategies. We heard that the updated voucher structures made it difficult to predict costs, so we made this change to provide you with greater predictability and transparency.

Vouchers created before November 5, 2025, won’t be eligible for the new voucher variable fee cap. For your current vouchers to receive the new cap voucher variable fee, we recommend that you deactivate them and create new vouchers on or after November 5, 2025.

To learn how to deactivate your vouchers or create new ones, go to Create a voucher.

For more information, go to Voucher fees.

5 One Star Reviews from EGYPT broke my listing!
by Seller_n14TaUw4i3BdW
Amazon replied

Hello!

I have received 5 one star reviews from EGYPT where I have never sold anything to. Our main marketplace is UK and USA but for this particular product - UK only. I received 5 identical reviews saying my product is PLASTIC which is NOT and Amazon doesn`t take any action about that. This is a nightmare for me, because the listing has now dropped its overal review score... The support has been absolutely useless and only replied to tell me that I need to report the reviews, something that I clearly did many times :((

Hello,

Amazon announced a reduction of referral fees to 5% for Clothing & Accessories priced at £15 and below. However, I am still being charged over 6% on multiple UK orders below this price point.

Could someone please confirm:

Whether the 5% referral fee is already live in the UK, and

If so, why fees above 5% are still being applied to items under £15?

If the change is not yet live, please confirm the effective date.

Thank you for the clarification.

All of my stock is within Active FBA inventory, however the prime delivery feature seems to come on for a few day then disappear showing minimum delivery times of 3-5 days?

Its massively effecting my sales and is costing a fortune in lost ad spend due to decreased conversion. Is anyone else having this issue?

On January 5, 2026, we will reduce referral fees for certain categories, extend Low-price Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) rates and lower caps on deal fees. We’ve brought forward these changes, previously planned for February 1, to further support your business growth in 2026.

On December 2, we announced one of our largest-ever fee reductions, lowering fees by an average of £0.15/€0.17 per unit sold in our European stores. This included further reductions to Fulfilment by Amazon fulfilment fees for parcels, and reduced referral fees for Clothing and Accessories items below £20/€20, in effect since December 15.

The following changes will go into effect on January 5, 2026, in all European stores:

  • We will reduce referral fees for Home Products (new category) from 15% to 8% for items priced at and up to £20/€20, Pet Clothing and Food from 15% to 5% for items up to £10/€10 and Grocery and Gourmet and Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (new category) from 8% to 5% for items up to £10/€10.
  • We will extend our reduced Low-price Fulfilment by Amazon rates in most categories to products priced at or below £20/€20, lowering Fulfilment by Amazon fees for these newly eligible products by an average of £0.40/€0.45 per unit.
  • To help you promote your top selection, we will lower caps on variable fees for Best Deals and Lightning Deals to £200 in the United Kingdom, €300 in Germany and €100 in France, Italy and Spain. This change builds on our November update to reduce the variable rate and add a cap for vouchers.

To understand how these changes will affect your business, you can use the Revenue Calculator, Fee and Economics Preview report and the new Profit Analytics.

All remaining fee updates announced on December 2 will take effect on February 1, 2026. For an overview of all 2026 fee change details by category and store, go to 2026 EU referral and Fulfilment by Amazon fees.

Thank you for selling in Amazon’s store.

FBA / Prime showing 5 day delivery
by Seller_t3ptdH2j8IT6N
Amazon replied

Seriously slow sales for day, in fact down completely. Product page showing THURSDAY for FBA / Prime, its now SAT 11am!

Seasonal stock, usually this time of year we've sold 50% of inventory, at 30% right now - seriously stressed!!

On top of that just been billed £4000 for storage fees as we sent the stock early end of Sep to avoid FC issues & we are into 600-800 a day on ads!!!

@Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr @Seller_DNQGSsdC7DccM please help !

We've had a number of customers tell us they've had to pay £5 to collect their item from Royal Mail due to insufficient postage. They were shipped as 1st Class Letter and only weigh 30g, so no reason at all for this.

Anyone else seen this issue this week? It's all situated around the date 10-12th August.

Account been Deactivated Sinces 5 yeas almost
by Seller_KAV0hJlkI8w1c

Hi, my Amazon account has been deactivated for almost five years. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue. The reason for deactivation is 'Section C,' and I’ve explained many times that other accounts were created by mistake and were never used for selling. Even my original account has never been used. I’ve provided all the necessary company documents and even tried to delete other seller accounts, but the issue remains unresolved. Now, I’m facing a problem with invalid or outdated bank details, and I’m stuck at this point. Can anyone help me out

Our primary ASIN with 5 years sales history, where we have sold 100,000 units with 5000+ 4.4 star ratings has been incorrectly identified by the Amazon Bots as a restricted product. The ASIN has been taken down as a result.

ASIN is approved by Amazon internal team to be sold in the UK previously. During previous take down in October 2023 we submitted the evidence of compliance, along with user manuals and manufacturer declarations to the Amazon internal team (Case ID 9212484072), which was accepted and ASIN was cleared and approved for sale.

Now again in August 2025 Amazon bots have incorrectly marked the ASIN as a restricted product and removed from the site. We have submitted all the requested documents including product images, user manuals, manufacturer declaration, but the the ASIN is not being reinstated by the Amazon seller support. This case needs to be forwarded to the specialist internal team so that they can assess the product documentation and reinstate the ASIN without any further delays.

Kindly forward the CASE ID 11469449522 to the Amazon internal team for the ASIN reinstatement.

Hi,

My UK account was deactivated on 5 Nov due to “Additional KYC / Business Verification”. Since then, nearly three weeks have passed and we never received any request for extra documents.

Today the system suddenly showed “Verification Failed”, right after updating my residential address. Seller Support told me I cannot continue selling, but they also said that Amazon requested documents on 5 Nov — which there's not a request in this message.

To fix this, I have now uploaded all documents again inside the case (business proof, bank statement, VAT/UTR docs, proof of business address, proof of residence, passport, right-to-work share code, etc.).

This is a fully registered UK company and everything is valid, complete and up to date.

Could someone from the moderation team please escalate this to the Verification Team for a proper review?

We really need clarification, as the current situation seems to be a blocking error in the verification workflow.

Thanks in advance.
