    Had a good few years on amazon but sales have now completely collapsed. Nothing changed and simply dont know why the sudden loss in sales. So we are closing the shop and solely replying on our own website. Has anyone else closed their amazon store and gone solo with their own website? We are sick of the continuous jumping through hoops, customers fraudulently making claims, bad service by royal mail, and the DD+7 payment disbursements. Its simply not worth selling on here. Cost of advertising is through the roof as are the fees. Anyone else gone through similar?

    Can a mod please help:

    I have been wrongfully penalised for allegedly listing ASIN B005CI2PFS (Energy Egg - Solo) which Amazon have deemed cannot be put on sale on Amazon.

    However, I have not listed on this item for many, many years nor was I the creator of the listing. Why should I now be penalised for once listing against an already existing item, at a time when the listing was NOT restricted on Amazon?! I have lost points in my Account Health through no fault of my own.

    Could I please get a mod to look into this with a view to removing the violation from my Health page?

    Did you understand anything about the situation?

    Why they keep asking the documents that we alreadh share?

    We are the owner and solo seller of our own product but still having issues while providing all possible documents that has been asked for?

    Our company owns our brand, GS1 certificates and everything.

    The problem couldn't be solved more than a week which is so strange.

    It’s a shame. We have no idea how can even solve this issue anymore as we keep getting same automated messages asking for documents that has been already provided.

    We are trying to catch our own tail.

    Hope that you can at least guide us about what to do except waiting another automated answer.
