Hello Everyone,

I’m opening this discussion because we are currently facing a very serious issue with our seller account.

Amazon has withheld £21,536.53, and we have not received any payout since October 2025. The funds appear to be held due to an ongoing KYC verification process that has still not been completed after several months.

The main problem is that we are not receiving any real updates or requests for additional information. We only keep receiving automatically generated emails stating that the verification process is continuing.

Meanwhile, our business is under significant pressure. We have pending VAT obligations and other payments, but since our funds are being held, we do not currently have enough liquidity to cover these obligations.

We completely understand the importance of compliance checks and KYC verification. However, holding such a significant amount of funds for months without a clear explanation, timeline, or communication is extremely difficult for sellers.

We would greatly appreciate it if Amazon moderators could review this situation, check the status of the KYC verification, and advise what steps we can take to resolve this or when we can expect the funds to be released.

At the moment, it really feels like we are trying to operate under Amazon’s “jungle rules.” 🙂

If other sellers have experienced a similar situation or know how to escalate this type of issue, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello Amazon Community Managers,

I am hoping an Amazon moderator can assist with a Summer Fridays selling application that appears to be stuck between conflicting guidance from Seller Support and the Selling Applications team.

I have now submitted my application multiple times using a genuine commercial invoice from my UK wholesale supplier for 126 units of Summer Fridays products.

The invoice contains my registered business details, the supplier's full business/contact details and clearly identifies the Summer Fridays products purchased.

The Selling Applications team has repeatedly rejected the application stating:

“We were not able to verify the supplier information listed on the invoice provided.”

They are now requesting documentation from my supplier's supplier to establish the upstream supply chain.

I contacted my supplier regarding this. Their Head of International Sales has confirmed in writing that they possess the relevant upstream supply-chain documentation and are willing to provide it directly to Amazon, but they cannot disclose commercially confidential upstream supplier documentation directly to customers.

I then contacted Seller Support for clarification.

Seller Support advised me in writing that, for this application, I only needed my purchase invoice from my supplier showing at least 100 Summer Fridays units and specifically stated that I did not need documentation from my supplier's supplier.

My invoice shows 126 units.

After explaining that this contradicted the Selling Applications team's request, Seller Support subsequently confirmed that they are unable to contact the approval team because selling applications are handled by another team.

I followed Seller Support's guidance and submitted the invoice once more. Unfortunately, the Selling Applications team has again rejected it for the same reason and is again requesting my supplier's upstream documentation.

I therefore appear to have exhausted the normal support/application routes.

I am not asking for Amazon's verification requirements to be waived. I would simply like assistance getting this case reviewed by the appropriate team so that the conflicting requirements can be clarified and, if possible, my supplier can cooperate with Amazon's verification process.

Could an Amazon Community Manager please review the case history and assist with escalating this to the appropriate Selling Applications team?

Brand: Summer Fridays

ASIN: B0C42HJRBF

Selling Application Case: 13301095722

Seller Support Case: 13328984342

I can provide the original invoice, the supplier's written confirmation and all supporting documentation privately through the appropriate Amazon channel if required.

Thank you.

I previously created a forum discussion regarding this issue, but unfortunately selected the wrong category. As the original discussion has already received a reply, the forum no longer provides an option for me to delete it, so I have reposted here in the appropriate category.

Thank you for any assistance.

Approved reinstatement never actioned
by Seller_pcQiHOvzfsDtT

The ASIN was approved for reinstatement in writing on 24 July (case 12940708092), but has never actually been reinstated. Account Health Support confirmed on 31 July that a technical issue is preventing the approved reinstatement from taking effect and escalated it internally. The listing is still inactive and the violation still shows. I'm not seeking a new review — just for the approved decision to be carried out. Can a Community Manager help get this actioned?

Hello Amazon Community Managers,

I need help escalating inbound shipment FBA15M42266W beyond standard Selling Partner Support.

The pallet was physically delivered to Amazon and we have POD, but it has never properly progressed through Checked In/Receiving.

The underlying issue has repeatedly been raised with Seller Support, including the destination/PO mapping problems associated with this inbound. However, the issue has repeatedly been treated as a reimbursement/reconciliation matter rather than an investigation into what happened to the delivered pallet.

Relevant cases include:

13256530802, 13257726962, 13274777192, 13307174062, 13247040862 and 13328677002.

New contacts are now being merged into closed case 13247040862, meaning we no longer have an open support route for the actual issue.

We are not asking the forum to process a reimbursement claim. We are asking an Amazon Community Manager to review the case history and escalate this to the appropriate FBA Operations / Fulfilment Centre Research team to determine:

1. What happened to the pallet after confirmed delivery.

2. Whether it was associated with the correct shipment/PO.

3. Why it never entered the normal receiving process.

4. What resolution is available now that Seller Support continually merges new contacts into a closed case.

We have POD and the full documentation available privately if required.

Could an Amazon Community Manager please review the above cases and arrange an internal escalation?

Never use YouLend—this company will stress you out. They never clearly explain the terms and conditions of the money you are borrowing from them. They start calling you the very next month to begin repayment. I have never had this issue with Amazon. Also, the interest rate is extremely high. For a £30,000 loan, I had to pay £7,000 in interest in one year.

Even if your business is a limited company, you still have to give a personal guarantee as a director.

If your sales go down even a little, YouLend’s customer service will call you three times a day, every day, to make sure you keep up with the instalments. They send threatening emails, and no matter what you do, you have to pay—there is no leniency like there is with Amazon loans.

Please never make the mistake of using this company, or you will regret it.

I’m hoping an Amazon moderator can help with an FBA shipment that has now been unresolved for over two months.

The shipment was delivered to Amazon on 24 July and contained 108 units. However, the shipment was never properly checked in, which means I have never been given the option to reconcile the missing inventory.

I opened a case with Seller Support and have repeatedly been told to reconcile the shipment, but I cannot do this because the shipment has not been checked in and therefore the reconciliation option is not available.

Amazon has so far reimbursed me for only 9 of the 108 units, at £5.99 per unit. This does not resolve the issue, as the remaining units are still unaccounted for.

My support case is now showing as “Work in Progress”, but I am not receiving a resolution and seem to be going around in circles with Seller Support.

Could an Amazon moderator please look into this and help get the shipment properly investigated?

Shipment ID:FBA15M1VXHKN

Case ID: 13272228182

Thank you.

Or basically forcing you into FBA instead, not a chance, never again with their ever changing policies and ending up with stranded inventory.
