The recognised supplier would be the brand themselves or a wholesaler Amazon recognises as being associated with the brand.

Invoices do not contain tracking numbers so that is a complete nonsense but from that statement I suspect what Amazon is looking for is some proof of a delivery from the supplier to your company.

Amazon is actually throwing you a lifeline now that the product is no longer available. They'll probably want to see the invoice, proof that the invoice was paid (bank statement) and proof the goods were delivered via tracking of the courier concerned along with proof of delivery to you. They may have proof of delivery to the customer, if not they'll need that too.

This is (a complete phaff but also) Amazon's way of confirming via paper trail what you have told them.

My account was deactivated two months ago due to Section 3, related to a product I sold in May. I haven't sold this product since then. I’ve provided all the requested documents and submitted five appeals, all of which were declined. Do you have any advice? Is there anyone here who can help me?

Today, Amazon informed me that they can’t verify the invoice because it doesn’t include a tracking number. However, invoices are usually generated after a sale, and the tracking number is added only when the product is shipped. So, it doesn’t make sense to require it on the invoice itself.

Additionally, the product that caused my account deactivation is no longer available on my supplier's website, so Amazon can't verify it there either.

I doubt very little actually goes missing with Royal Mail although I do think some gets delayed for a lot longer than it should.

The biggest problem is Amazon telling customers items are lost when there is no tracking or delivery scan.

If you challenge customers only a small percentage actually come back to confirm they haven't had the item or raise an A-Z.

I bought something from an FBM seller last week. It arrived within 48 hours (via DPD) but on the order page it states:

We’re very sorry your delivery is late. If you have not received your package by today, you can come back here the next day for a refund.

The tracking number is not recogniosed on the DPD website and yet I have the item in my hands (quite an expensive item, as it happens).

I guess many an unscrupulous buyer tries to take advantage of these Amazon messages.

I will try sending again in English as i used google translate to Spanish so maybe that was the issue. who knows. T

My U.S and Canada markets have been de-activated because of my Spanish market being de-activated - even though i don't sell or use ANY of the EU markets. Ive been selling in the U.S for 6 years now and all of a sudden this just happened.

Its been weeks now I'm losing sales and so scared as we are getting close to our peak selling period and my business is suffering.

I'm waiting on the SPAIN market to re-activate my account so i can then re-activate my U.S and CA accounts.

Does anyone know how to speed this up? I'm desperate.

Yes, they normally refused it within 24 hours. I then edited the submission and tried again.

Hi Everyone,

I've been going back and forth with support after a customer left a 1-star review meant for a product as a seller review. I'm really frustrated because I keep receiving the same template responses. To whoever monitors these forums, my case ID is 10504781712. I usually don’t come here to vent, but getting repeated, automated replies is incredibly infuriating.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with a human being who can address this issue and ensure that Amazon adheres to its own policies. "Frustrated" doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now!

Thanks, everyone hoping for some support, but so far, I'm not holding my breath!
