Hey,

I had a look at your listing and I can see that the competition is really giving you a tough time.

I had a few of your ASINs open, and this is just my observation — maybe you're aware of it, maybe not. But as an example, take your ASIN A (25 A4 Envelopes – 600 sales in the last 30 days, price £6.99) compared to ASIN B Amazon Choice (25 A4 Envelopes – 2,000 sales in the last 30 days, price £3.15).

As you can see, they’re offering the same product at half the price — and for Amazon, that’s the number one factor when it comes to pushing listings forward. I don’t know what your margins or options are, but price plays a huge role.

Also, notice that your competitor has a main image that looks like the product packaging, but with text overlaid. It clearly shows what the product is and how many are included. You might already know this, but Amazon's RUFUS AI now reads image content — not just titles and bullet points — and uses that to serve products to customers.

Image overlay SEO isn’t exactly brand new, but around 80% of sellers on Amazon US are already doing it. I’m not sure how established it is in the UK, but I believe it’s already having a big impact on visibility and search rankings.

From my point of view, you’ve done a good job with your listing overall. But try to reflect on what I mentioned — maybe some of it could be affecting your performance.

Also, I noticed it looks like you don’t have a registered brand. That means anyone can potentially hijack your listing, lower the price, and start selling under your ASIN. That happened to me before I registered my brand — some Chinese sellers hijacked my listing and started selling a different product under it. It took a long time to get the listing back, and by then, it was already damaged because customers were unhappy with the wrong product.

After that, I registered my brand. In the UK, it costs a minimum of £170 for one class of goods and covers you for 10 years.

creating listing pain in the butt

is there an easy way to create a product on here without wanting to die i have a product that comes in a box of 20 and we sell them separately

i add the Barcode and i click on the item when i try to edit the title to be seo friendly and other stuff it says to create an offer and bangs on about gt1 i just want to create my own listing as i do on other platforms but on here seem like a massives pain

Either allowed or not you shouldnt advertise your competitors product. Very bad for SEO also. Your competitors product will be more visible on search engines.
