this is the same case, first person from the ceo office said they have investigated and their lost after two week.. then doesnt reply, then i get this response, its crazy

AMAZON LOOSE SHIPMENTAnyone any advise? Amazon have confirmed they have lost 360 units of a product of one of my shipments, around £5000, been told i would get reimbursed just waiting on 'credit team'. Never heard of a credit team, they have admitted they are at fault but now not replying to me and this is the CEO office.. never had this issue before. They have all documents and like i said, addmited they have misplaced/lost. Been over two weeks now and at my wits end loosing out because of cash flow

I’m really struggling as after Amazon confirming they are at fault, I’m now getting ignored but I’m loosing out on sales, I can’t feed my family and Christmas is round the corner, my life is falling apart but no one seems bothered. I’m sure they will be if they end up in court after one of the sellers ends up in a ditch one day, David v Goliath if you owe Amazon money they take it straight from you.

To be fair, everything had been going well enough for me to go full time, then they loose my biggest shipment yet early October, admitted it, now just ignoring me! I was hoping to of turned it around a few times cause it’s a good seller but it’s just completely through me off and they couldn’t care less.. usually messaging the ceo email got it sorted pretty quickly; but this is the guy who confirmed and then just doesn’t reply at all now.

People keep mentioning small court, never done it before but if that does happen (cause I don’t know what else to do), are you able to claim for time spent, loss of sales, and time against them! Cause I’m pretty sure that’s what happens to us, don’t pay a bill you get a fee! Jokers

I don’t know any mods names, I just don’t understand how they can confirm they have been lost by themselves then just ignore you! Usually it’s an instant reimbursement but it’s been weeks the whole process. This is the CEO email as well so I feel like I have nowhere else to go, and I’ve told them now past few days how it’s affecting me mentally and they just ignore you, I think they forget this is peoples lives and have bills to pay and family’s to feed.

I was waiting two weeks for them to finishing receiving, then another week investigating, then another week sending docs over, pics make me look impatient though so just saying

I am having the exact same problem as you. I believe it is a flaw in the Amazon system. I have received 3 emails now dismissing my concerns. I read elsewhere someone having this issue downloaded the FLAT file for their product and noticed the category has been changed. My product is not refurbished, collectable or an "other" product as per the error message. Something has changed. If anyone from amazon sees this my case ID is CASE ID 10500260612

I have emailed CEO office just now as seller support are not helping me any way.

Please keep me updated on how you get on.

More Prime members shopped this year’s Prime Big Deal Days compared to last year’s event, with higher sales and more items sold during the two-day event than any previous October shopping event.
