It happened with me last year for organic products. It took me a few days to figure out the reason. I mean the main reason: Organic product.

But your category you're trying to list a bit wild. It could be anything so maybe that's why they are strict. Supplements is a highly regulated field so be very carful. Good luck 👍

Requirements to Sell Food Supplements in the UK

Hi

I was planning to sell supplements on Amazon UK, but when I click 'request approval' I am met with the following message

'We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other product(s)

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)'

I thought it was a technical issue so contacted Amazon, who have replied stating

'To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, certain products cannot be listed or sold on Amazon or may be subject to additional requirements because of supply chain authenticity risks.

Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors.

we are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time.'

I would be ok with the refusal, if they could provide me with actual reason why they won't allow me to sell them? If they wanted certificates or 3rd party testing ect I would do this, but they have no interest in providing any sort of criteria for me to apply to sell them. My question is to anyone with experience in this area, How do I become Eligible to sell Supplements on Amazon UK?

Lost All buy box/ featured offer on 29th November on all listings. It's not a PL, other people are selling on the listings but i do not get to share the buy box even if keeping the lowest price by £10, all stock FBA. Everything was fine until Friday afternoon when charge back card needed to be changed and it seems that after this change I have lost all buy boxes.

If there is only me left on the listing the featured offer/ buy box disappears on the listing, if somebody else comes back with stock on the listing the buy box appears, but i do not get to share it. Our feature offer % went to 0 since 29 December. Please help!!!!!! so it looks like it's an account issue rather that featured offer problem on the listing.

Account is in good health, no performance notifications, all stock FBA. Opened sever cases, talked on the phone, chat and email with different seller supports but no help!

I’m a new UK FBA seller facing an urgent Buy Box issue.

I lost the Buy Box on several listings despite having competitive prices.

ASINs affected: asin B0DN13DJRT / B0DMZCRZFY / B0DKTVWSHC/ B0DDK9FD9B

I understand the Buy Box isn’t guaranteed for FBM, but for FBA, this seems unusual. Could you pls help to solve the problem soon?

If the order hasn't been shipped, then it may be the customer contacted SS who suggested they contact you for a chargeback?

However, if the customer wants to cancel an order, as others have said you haven't been paid but if YOU cancel it you get penalised. I always send the customer this if they want to cancel their order:

To cancel an order on Amazon, you can:

Go to amazon.co.uk and log in to your account

Click Returns & Orders

Click Track package to the right of your order

Select Cancel order under Order info

Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel selected items in this order

Account inactive - no way to activate

Account was made inactive due to a lack of activity - Amazon has been painful to use and deal with, more so than Etsy. I removed the majority of my listings - I then made a sale but my account has been deactivated.

I've entered new card details, ID and everything else the system asks for.. still inactive.

Want help? No, your account is inactive. Help section isn't available. Phone number? Nope. What a stupid system.

Does anyone from Amazon actually want to help?
