I have reported this racist review several times on the methods you have suggested and its not been removed

I do not see what the point is I have basically Identified hundreds of reviews thats against amazon policy and they not not actually get looked at

Im assuming amazon doesnt have anybody and they are using AI software

I can provide u with a list of 100 reviews that all go against amazon policy Ive already suppled these to the email in the OP but again no reply and nothing done

Why is it that there are so many errors in the Amazon catalogue that it is a joke, well, it would be a joke if it wasn't so serious, images in green the product is pink, 12 pack of an item when it is only one, so many different issues with incorrect listings and nobody will listen, seller support are powerless, the catalogue team don't talk to seller support and there is nobody else to appeal to, so the only option is to remove the listing or get a customer complaint for incorrect items and the listing remains for the World to see with serious errors.

Sellers could resolve this issue if only someone would listen, if a seller supplies images and 100% proof that a listing is incorrect, then why can it not be changed?

This issue with the catalogue is now at a level where it is making Amazon look completely incompetent and causing huge issues with returns and bad customer service.

When Amazon expect such high standards from sellers, why are there such poor standards in Amazon itself?

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to pop in and ask others who sell in the Handmade section what size of business are you and what do you handmake, also how business has been going for you lately since the changes were made to the catalogue?

I am a sole trader and create handmade costume jewellery, I don't have anyone helping me with this. I sell on another platform, have my own website and also sell my jewellery on social media and at craft fairs. I dispatch my own items .

Since the changes to the catalogue my sales have gone from regular and steady to occasional.

The loss of the separate categories within handmade has really negatively impacted my sales, I used to regularly be in the top 100 lists by category and if I make a sale now, within hours I have dropped to position 3500+ because my items are now just lumped in the main catalogue with all the large sellers and mass produced jewellery meaning I basically get no exposure at all.

I do use promotions, but don't use ads because I don't have the budget plus I handmake my items in small batches so it seems pointless if I only have a few of something.

Please share your experiences below if you don't mind. If any long time sellers have any words of wisdom, it would be much appreciated!

Are Buy Shipping Labels saved anywhere?

Appreciate the replies. We are aware that we can print labels individually should the zip file fail to download and this is what we do 99% of the time.

As we have around 1500 labels to print on Monday it is priority to get them done asap so orders can go out in time. This has meant that on 2 occasions, I haven't noticed that the zip file hasn't downloaded before buying the next batch of labels. At this point, I have no idea what labels haven't been printed as unable to see the what orders they were. Thankfully I generally only buy 25 at a time as the zip file seems to fail less when do 25 and means only need to do 25 individually instead of 50-100.

I feel that we need a label repository or at least a report of labels with print times, which would negate this issue.

You need to change your entity from professioanl until you are set up on amazom. Amazon take £30 a month for this and when your selling 35+ items a month its worth it but until you are fully set up and ready to sell suggest you change this back.

As for getting your charge method approved would start by puitting £100 into that account

My account has been suspended for nearly 3 weeks while Amazon verify my establishment for VAT. At this stage they are telling me that my account requires further verification and that I should send them the following documents to vatsubmit@amazon.com:

"The last 3 VAT filings submitted to UK HMRC as downloaded from HMRC Online. These 3 VAT filings also must include the submission receipt reference."

I already have sent them my last 3 VAT returns which I downloaded from HMRC government gateway, plus the 3 VAT receipts which my accountant (Avask) sent me and which include the receipt reference ID. However the Amazon robot has replied requesting the same documents again, so it seems these are not being accepted.

I do not know what to do, as I am sending them exactly what they asked for and they just ask for it again. I am 100% VAT compliant, been paying it for years, am established in the UK, etc etc. There should be no problem here at all.

Currently all my inventory - 60,000 units - has been put in stranded, and after 90 days it will be disposed of, since I have no way of receiving that much inventory myself and I cannot send it to a 3rd party warehouse as the costs of doing this would be prohibitive. So that would mean bankruptcy and the last 8 years of hard work completely wasted.

It seems that there is a glitch here which is preventing verification. I believe this because of the amount of nonsensical and conflicting information I have received from the VAT team over the past month, which I will not bore you with here. If I am to lose my whole business because of an Amazon glitch that would be absolutely devastating.

I have managed to reach the "Amazon Escalations team" by sending a complaint email to Jeff Bezos, but so far they seem to have been of no help. I see from this forum that sometimes an admin is able to offer assistance, so I do hope that someone can read this and help me solve this problem.

FBA potential return swap - What can I do?

I've just realised you can't claim SAFE-T for an FBA order.

I had an FBA item returned to me today (the order was made in March). The item has either been swapped for a dirty, filthy one or has been just treated badly. Either way, it's in no way the same condition we sent it out in.

I can understand a little wear & tear but it's utterly disgusting.

What can be done in this situation if I can't make a SAFE-T Claim?

I assume nothing but thought I'd ask anyway. Not massively expensive but about £100 cost to me which is a pain.

What a fob off ! Most of those carriers do provide real-time tracking - as an example, I use Yodel for some of mine and my VTR is 100% and has been for years now, and most of those mentioned have GPS and take photos on delivery (which we know Amazon will not accept !) - so we are still fighting a losing battle. The emails they send out are incitement to fraud.

We have learnt that the tracking we provided at dispatch has not shown up in the Amazon system, which has negatively affected us. However, our metrics for VTR are 100%, which is somewhat confusing.

DHL tracking (express)

I use DHL / DHL EXPRESS

100% VTR all year until the other day.

Now all are late (unconfirmed) only on certain days? Strange as its not every day.

All verified to have scans and delivered on time when i track.

Amazon support replied:

Because I use DHL, and I am sending DHL express this is the issue.

They claim there is no DHL EXPRESS SERVICE

However its right there in plain view as a drop down selection?

They recommend using Other, and putting DHL express and tell may "that may work"

Can we not just have a clear answer on this?
