I recently receive a few refunds that is delivered months ago, even 2 of them about a year ago. Amazon claims refunds can be issued even after a month return window period for electronic products. This seems not fair as many customers can manipulate this, use the product and when they want to return, return it. Is there any appeal or solution to this refund decisions made by Amazon?

How can we block customers from using Evri returns on Prime? What is the process please for Royal Mail only? is this possible?

Our products are expensive and they dont offer insurance only £20, and high losses. Please advise.

"A critical event has occurred that has caused your account to be at risk of deactivation"

Oh no! Has someone died I think? On further investigation...no.

What has actually happened? Well the 6 out of 59 orders I dispatched in the last 14 days : 1. ON TIME , 2. BUYING SHIPPING LABELS THROUGH AMAZON'S BUY SHIPPING and 3. WITH FULL TRACKING did not meet Amazon's "promised delivery date".

What exactly am I supposed to do here? Drive up and down the country and overseas to ensure the parcels get delivered on time? Another prime example of Amazon setting sellers up to fail/ punishing them for not choosing FBA and paying the higher fees.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Is there somewhere I can change the promised delivery date to around 3 weeks to allow the crappy couriers that Amazon make us get labels from (for what benefit I do not know) to make the delivery?

A "critical event" fml, enter the real world where actual critical events are happening that are disastrous.

Of the thousands of sellers on Amazon UK only a handful end up on the forums exasperated or looking for help so maybe there is some truth in what you say.

Of those who do complain there are sometimes very big elephants in the room when you read between the lines of what they're not saying in their posts, so maybe sometimes they have brought upon themselves.

Over my time on Amazon I've only ever had 2 A to Z claims, one showed as delivered but customer said never arrived, blurry image. Customer was refunded at my expence, I was lived, 2 weeks later Royal Mail returned the item to me as undeliverable address! Second one showed delivered to and signed for by the customer, closed in my favour and heard no more. I put the low A to Z claim rate down to selling alcohol so has to be both age restricted and signed for.

3.如果某一个装箱组有几个数量存在差异,是不是会导致整票货件都失去了包装折扣?必须要每个装箱组的数量都必须完全正确才能发放奖励?错误的一个两个数量都不行,还是就这错误的数量不会享受折扣,其它的能享受到?

Do you have to use buy shipping for prime delivery or can I use my Royal Mail shipping platform even is connected to AmazonSeller

the reason is that for the 24 hour track service under 2 kg is cheaper because “buy shipping “is set for 5 kg and have mixed items sometimes 2 kg or 5 kg. Amazon only allows one setting

Would that affect my prime? Please help

As of October 1, 2023, Amazon removed the requirement to use Amazon Buy Shipping services for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. This means you now have more autonomy to use your own shipping services and carriers, including your Royal Mail platform.

Key Requirements:

While you're no longer required to use Buy Shipping, you must still meet these SFP performance requirements:

  • On-time delivery rate: 93.5% or higher
