10. GFSI-Benchmarked Food Safety Standards that address the requirements of 21 CFR 111 or 21 CFR 117 including:

Global Retailer & Manufacturer Alliance, Inc. (GRMA) Certification Program Version 1.2. NSF/ANSI 455-2 for Dietary Supplements.

SQF Food Safety Codes Edition 9 or 10.

BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9.

FSSC 22000 Version 6.

SSCI.

IFS Food v8."

Hello

I keep getting this error when I create a shipment for FBA. I have been getting it for approx 2 months.

All of my packages are well within the max size and weight that DPD allow.

I have tried and tried contacting amazon seller support for no help forthcoming.

There was a previous thread but not sure if it got resolved and it is locked

hello im a new seller on amazon...its over a month and i am unable to ungate grocery category which has already cost me hundreds of pounds...i have bought stuff from uks 2 largest wholesalers and my invoices are still not getting accepted and the worse is no one responds where im wrong or whats missing in these invoices...some people suggest that i should keep trying but when i apply again the new application gets rejected within a minute which shows no one is even going through my application...my question is if amazon does not accept one of uks largest wholesalers invoices then what is left to provide them...extremely frustrated

Does anyone know for sure if 2 account is legally allowed to operate on Amazon UK market? Same director different business entity, different email, different phone number different address.

It is tricky as I see loads of people getting section 3 deactivations due to multiply account regulation yet I was told by amazon itself on chat it is fine as long as gets approved through KYC. Well we know that they like sending weather reports for logical questions so I am really hesitating to go ahead or not with 2nd account on new business.

I dont want to end up having both account deactivated without any reason...

Any replies or ideas or comments Wellcome :)

I hav raised this many times over and told the same answer. The rpoduct doe not comply with the FSA report. The product sold allthough Jolly Rancher is not on the FSA product recall notice, yet i am told many times it is on the list "Jolly Rancher all Blue Rasberry" is not on the recall notice the four products below are.

Jolly Rancher products:

Just noticed on a recent disbursement 16/06/2025 - 30/06/2025 that it was massively incorrect. The "sales" figure was 2/3 less than it should have been, upon further investigation by downloading the transaction report that Amazon have missed out our sales between 18/06/2025 - 24/06/2025 which would explain the massive discrepancy. Customer service is being useless as usual, has anyone else experienced this or know how to get amazon to do something about? We are talking about £10,000's!

Thanks for the info. What can we do this is with regard to Amazon?

Not sure if anyone else has had any luck resolving? I'm told to 'just wait' until the product compliance team look into it, and of course it's been 7 days, and I'm still waiting. Amazon will try to collect the 6 figure refund on Monday which they won't be able to, so then what?

2 ASIN's are affected. One we haven't sold for over 12 months (!) and the other doesn't even have these Jolly Rancher products in, but happens to have the keyword somewhere in the listing it seems.

They said 'remove all 700 of your units so we can complete the investigation' How can you do an investigation to prove there are none of these products in the ASIN if there are no units in stock!

ANYONE ELSE HAVING SOME LUCK SOMEHOW?

Other than sending letter sized packages due to them not being "tracked" if your doing FBM you should be sourcing all your own postage be it Rm or another courier if they are providing a cheaper service (get the right numbers with rm and your tracked 48 comes down to app £2 LL and £3 parcel plus vat for anything upto 20kg with a £150 insurance included).

The only advantage of buying through amazon is if you cash flow is that bad and your paying your postage from your amazon account.

We are having the exact same issue with multiple channels. We are being charged monthly despite not having sold internationally for almost 2 years now and have no listings on any of the international channels. When speaking with live chat they claimed it was because we did sell internationally sometime last year which isnt true and said to prevent further charges we had to remove all listings on those channels are set them to Holiday mode. Both of we had already done ages ago. When I asked if they could confirm we would not be charged again in future, they said no they couldnt confirm anything...

Use holiday mode to protect your Account Health

What it doesn't do is protect you from late shipments/cancellations for orders pending prior to enabling holiday mode.

Whilst on holiday I had to cancel 2 orders which were pending prior to the holiday. One of them was pending for 2 weeks.

Every year this is mentioned, it can cause sellers metrics to be compromised and is not good for customers who end up with cancelled or late orders.
