9. CODEX ALIMENTARIUS GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF FOOD HYGIENE (CXC 1-1969).

10. GFSI-Benchmarked Food Safety Standards that address the requirements of 21 CFR 111 or 21 CFR 117 including:

Global Retailer & Manufacturer Alliance, Inc. (GRMA) Certification Program Version 1.2. NSF/ANSI 455-2 for Dietary Supplements.

SQF Food Safety Codes Edition 9 or 10.

BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9.

FSSC 22000 Version 6.

SSCI.

IFS Food v8."

Hi. We are a UK brand-registered supplement business. We sell own-brand products that are manufactured to our spec in the UK. We are looking to expand to the US and want to get our compliance ducks in a row before we do.

Our UK-based manufacturer is FDA-registered and has Eurofins GMP. Does anyone definitively know whether Amazon US will accept this for supplement compliance. The GMP certificate does not mention 21 CFR 111/117 (as this is a US standard) so looking for confirmation whether a Eurofins GMP certificate that states conformity with ‘Codex Alimentarius GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF FOOD HYGIENE CXC 1-1969, revision 2022” would count as an "equivalent".

Amazon recommended packing method error

I can see there is a locked thread 3 months ago with the same error I am getting, it seems there has been no resolution to the software issue.

I tried splitting my shipment into 4 groups to get a packing discount a couple of weeks ago - kept getting "1 Error- this item must be removed". Seller support were obviously no help - the usual, try a different browser etc. I gave up and packed it into one box as usual which worked fine, clearly no problem with my packed items. Annoying though, for the extra time I had spent separating the contents.

Last week I gave splitting the shipment another go and no problem at all.

Today I'm back to the same error - this item must be removed. Which item??? There is no clue. Again I have wasted time splitting the contents.

@Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgPI can see you were looking into other cases a couple of months ago - any ideas?

Anybody else managed to solve this issue?

To get an annual summary of all fees for your Amazon seller account, you can follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Seller Central account.
  • Go to the "Payments" menu.
  • Select "Date Range Reports."
  • Choose "Reports Repository"
  • Set the date range for the entire year you need (e.g., Jan 1 to Dec 31).
  • Select "Summary" as the report type.
  • Click "Request Report."

This report will provide a comprehensive overview of all fees charged to your account within the specified time frame, including referral fees, fulfillment fees, storage fees, and any other applicable charges.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Transaction View" in the Payments section of Seller Central to see a detailed breakdown of all transactions, including fees, for any given time period.

I hav raised this many times over and told the same answer. The rpoduct doe not comply with the FSA report. The product sold allthough Jolly Rancher is not on the FSA product recall notice, yet i am told many times it is on the list "Jolly Rancher all Blue Rasberry" is not on the recall notice the four products below are.

New update notified today regarding a major change in the safe-t reimbursement policy,

we often have customers return software products with broken seals or compromised serial activation code numbers - it would seem these are no longer covered when a customer says change-of-mind yet returns a obviously used product.

additionally a number of customers have recently just affixed a returns label directly to a product box (even video games!) - and put it into the post. these would now not be covered as "damaged packaging" is now being excluded - yet these products often returned as "bought in error" "no longer wanted" cannot be resold.

Account Deactivated.

My Account was deactivated due to having Two accounts. 1 account was Personal and recently opened a business account. Since then both account have been deactivated. Amazon is saying that I'll have to get my personal account activated in order to have my business account activated. Then transfer my personal account to business.

I have submitted documents requested by Amazon to change legal entity. It's been over a week now. I try contacting Amazon for update but get no response.

Anyone who had this issue and resolved can you please guide me on what I should do?

HI

We have had one customer bought 6 jigsaws and returned 4 (All jigsaws puzzles) , this is most unusual for us, we have 10 jigsaws, hardly any bad reviews or returns, a small store, Im trying to email the customer but he has blocked receiving any messages, he has not left feedback. I have a feeling he is doing the jigsaws and then returning or getting a refund from Amazon, can anyone help telling me how to report this to amazon or contact the customer ? Thanks
