    Again today I have £37 of additional shipping charges paid out of my account to Evri for their fraudulent adjustments of parcel weight and dimensions. This needs to stop as it only happens on Amazon - Packlink never do this? So how is it that it keeps happening to thousands on Amazon?

    Contacted seller support via chat which was a waste of time as always is and was told to contact Evri myself?????

    Absolutely furious as its neverending .... All my dimensions are correct and carrier states the same? WHY DOES NO-ONE AT AMAZON CHECK THIS BEFORE PAYING AS CLEARLY THEY KNOW THERES A BIG PROBLEM WITH SELLERS BEING INCORRECTLY OVERCHARGED? EXAMPLE BELOW OF WHICH I HAVE 6 THE SAME AND THEN A FURTHER CHARGE OF £12.00 FOR ANOTHER PARCEL THEY CLAIM IS 5KG WHEN THE ITEM IS 1.2KG AND GOES OUT BUBBLEWRAPPED? SOUL DESTROYING

    what if i told you that you can skip flat files but still bulk edit bullets from a spreadsheet (e.g., google sheet)

    there are so called writebacks available in g sheet, allowing you push changes to seller central directly from g sheet workbook.

    how it works, u get a up to date list of your SKUs pulled from your seller central. along the skus needed attributes are pulled as well (adult flag, bullets, price etc).

    you edit what's need; it could be 1-2 SKUs it could be 1000 skus.next before pushing edits to seller central you look at the before and after view to verify that everything looks okay (screenshot attached).

    then click submit and your amz listings are updated.

    I’ve been saying this on lots of posts recently and a mod has politely corrected me saying tagging g makes no difference and they deal with queries on a “first come,first served” basis 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

    What’s the Long-Term Plan for Small Online Sellers?

    We survive because we have niche products and do not share the product with any other sellers. We own the brand .

    We spend our effort on commissioning direct from small producers and have a few repeat ranges that we manufacture ourselves. Other ranges have limited numbers and change to a different product when the stock has gone.

    This way we have products that are incredibly difficult to source and not profitable to copy.

    We have recently moved our website hosting to a google supported platform and our website direct sales are considerably outperforming Amazon. We have slimmed down international sales on Amazon because of the cost of INR, free refunds , free returns and pre paid customs tax. We generally use F r u u g o for Europe.

    Yes I keep getting these and £37 has fraudulently been taken from my seller account today for about 7 labels bought through amazon shipping which are all correctly weighted and in correct size stated.

    Amazon doesnt even check these details - they just pay out with our funds willy nilly and soul destroying contacting amazon about it.

    Example below of one charge today. Been on seller support chat and what a waste of time - was told to contact Evri direct.

    actually you were always legally required to be Vat registered as any beneficial owner named on the account who is not a uk resident are ALWAYS required to be vat registered in uk.

    This seems to be a common misunderstanding - check out what a NEPT is. Amazon are only really now enforcing this legal requirement because uk government are now forci g them to make their sellers vat compliant (or they have to pay their vat bills themselves)
