I discussed this with seller support, apparently I asked the decision is unfair however, they said that I cannot file SAFE-T claim due to the orders were FBA. No idea what they mean here however, this was what the support team told me. We are the reseller of the items, and customers are using it over more than 5-6 months and claim it was defective. Amazon issues returns specially for electronics category (smart watches, headsets etc). We check the items and they are all used & damaged. Customers are manipulating here but still figuring out how Amazon issues refunds for these items that claims 100% false as defective item will be noticed within a month. What can I do now for these orders?

Hello my application to get a brand ungated keeps getting rejected despite clear documentation of my invoice, supllier’s supplier invoice and supply chain documentation. There is no other way for me to get ungated and I’ve spent a lot of money to match the 100 units purchase. Can anybody help with this please? I have the case ID ready if necessary.

On Time Delivery Rate Warning

I am SFP. My on-time delivery rate has dropped to 89% when the target is 90%

I am only allowed to use RM or EVRi, which I do. My on-time shipment rate is 100%.

What on earth and I supposed to do about on-time delivery? It's obviously out of my control. I am gettig warnings about account deactivation.

I used to get 400 ordera a day on this listing and amazon has runied my listing.

It has gone down to 100 orders a day. It has 4 variations, 2 top selling variations almost never get buybox.

Kindly help us as we product everything here in the UK and a lot of staff members are at risk of losing their jobs as production is done on a daily basis.

I have had a long conversation with seller support and they have confirmed that there is nothing that can be done unless the entity creating the listing changes it, I asked him that if a distasteful image appeared in the listing would he be able to do anything about it and he confirmed that he would not.

So this is why I have removed over 300 listings in the past months as there is nothing anyone can do about amending incorrect listings.

I have been writing about this for over 5 years and nobody ever listens, the criteria for amending a listing should be as follows, REGARDLESS of any other criteria:

1) EAN Barcode for the product to confirm description

2) Actual images of the product to confirm match to the barcode

3) Identifying what is incorrect in the listing and what needs to be changed

4) In the case of a wrong description, the correct description to be checked against online descriptions matching the barcode or other evidence that can be corroborated.

If they are then satisfied that 100% proof has been given the listing should be amended, responsible sellers know when these listings are incorrect and approximately 30% of the Amazon catalogue has errors that are never fixed and this causes issues with buyers and complaints that only the seller gets punished for by Amazon.

If Amazon corrected the catalogue or gave means to correct it, turnover would increase by millions and that is a fact, not withstanding that it makes Amazon look very unprofessional to have these incorrect listings and never do anything about it.

Buyer return of a used item, not new as was sent

Buyer is wrongly claiming they received a used/missing pieces Lego set which I know 100% was sent brand new and sealed (I don't even sell the item in used condition).

Can someone please urgently advise how to deal with this upon it's return? I realise I'm supposed to refund within 48 hours, however I obviously don't want to offer him ANY level of reduced refund since what he's sending back is not the new item I sent and he shouldn't be entitled to anything. Some urgent advice how to proceed would be much appreciated.

Hi all,

I’m 100% FBM (no FBA). In the last 365 days I’ve processed just under 3,000 orders and I’ve collected only 6 seller feedback.

I did try sending feedback requests via Buyer-Seller Messaging for a period and got zero improvement, so I stopped.

Questions for other FBM sellers:

Is this kind of feedback rate normal now (buyers just not leaving seller feedback anymore)?

Does anything actually move the needle for FBM without risking policy issues?

Are sellers with thousands of feedback mainly older accounts with years of accumulation, or are they doing something specific?

Is the “Request a Review” button meaningful for FBM (and does it affect seller feedback vs product reviews)?

Not trying to game anything — just want to understand what’s realistic in 2026 for FBM and what’s worth focusing on.

Newbie here - so just after some assistance. I have done reasonably well using FBA for the past year or so. I sold a product through FBA (new building bricks set, pristine box etc.). This was returned to Amazon and was then sent back to me.

It's very obvious why. The set was fully opened and used - missing pieces (lots of them), no instructions and the remaining blocks were put into two bags - one a ziplock and one a bag for something completely different. It's clearly useless for anything other than spare parts.

I should also state that the return box (the brown amazon box) was in good condition so whoever sent it back to me could see how messed up everything was - ie. no damage from posting.

I've obviously lost out here, but how do I go about raising a claim - product is about £100.
