Do you buying the postage through the Royal mail app/website or through Amazon buy shipping?

I use C&D and it sends tracking through without issues. The VTR shows as being low but it is ignored. I get the email monthly but nothing happens. Have you linked C&D with Amazon with the RM app?

We are always below 95%. Our is currently 70.25% We only send LL or Small Parcel. Those that are letter are high margins for us, so we send them LL anyway.

Still waiting to see how todays changes may affect us.

Premium A+ Content Access Lost

Hello,

We had access to Premium A+ Content for over a year. We submitted numerous successfully approved Premium A+ designs.

As of last week, we lost access to Premium A+ modules. We can still view our designs in the A+ Content Manager and attempt to edit them. However, when submitting, we receive an error:

Requested from: [/aplus/api/SaveContent]. Recieved status: [400] with message: [APLUS_VALOO_ERROR_INVALID_MODULE_ACCESS_ERROR]. The A+ content contains modules to which you do not have access: [Premium Full Image, Premium Background Image with Text, Premium Comparison Table 1, Premium Full Video].

We are also unable to create new Premium A+ designs, as the option is simply no longer available.

Have any of you encountered Premium A+ access being revoked? If so, how can we obtain it back, as we have already met all the requirements?

Support is ineffective and provides outdated requirements (which we comply with anyway).

Hi all

We will be trialling SFP. We have an account with DPD and want to continue using DPD via Amazon's Buy Shipping. However, this is "greyed" out when we come to purchase a label.. We have connected our Amazon account do DPD and will be using the "Buy Shipping" Shipstation API.

Not really - I'm finding it quite difficult to find succinct advice on how to onboard with DPD. I was under the impression that just having the Shipstation Buy Shipping API would be enough.

We currently have a DPD account and really want seamless integration between Amazon Buy Shipping & our account

Is there a 'step-by-step' guide at all?

Our orders are all sent via a Warehouse Management System which passes the tracking details back to Amazon.

We use our own Royal Mail account for Tracked 48 parcels but we use the Buy Shipping via API for Large Letters. A massive chunk of these have been thrown as not tracked.

Are we doing something wrong, the report looks like the attached image and we have been using this method for years.

Why have most of my child listings seperated from the parent listings AGAIN!!!!!!!! this stupid A.I system!!! doing this at the busiest period of the year, now costing me a fortune in ads that are not covnerting into sales. Honestly im done, i spend 3 weeks already this year sorting this out once, amazon your an absolute joke!!!!

Still can't believe there's not a solution here for this, wake up today to find virtually all my t-shirts are now missing the Large sizes from the listings yet my inventory looks fine, and im told the only way to fix these silly A.I issues is to brand register and re-list all my files. It's an absolute joke, ive never heard something so ridiculous in all my life.

If you use the app, auth dot parcel dot royalmail dot com, instead of directly on their website, for personal click and drop or OBA, you can see the tracking number and link to POD for quite some time.

Amazon are not removing feedback even though swearing in it. Ignoring their own policies!

One seller support agent said to me "yeah that should definitely be removed" but because of the ridiculous Amazon system they have no control over this and the removal team (robots) have refused it twice so I can't appeal.

Amazon staff please look at this and get it removed for me please! Ridiculous when it's in your very clear policies!
