Hi @Susi_Amazon

Thankyou for your response, sadly it is not a solution at all.

I am a long term seller and am very aware of the requirements of Amazon shipments, we pack all shipments ourselves. This shipment was correct and exact as were the box weights.

This particular shipment according to the BOL which has all weights on it, was delivered and signed for by an Amazon employee, all 9 boxes were signed for and delivered on the same day.

Now tell me please how this is not Amazon's issue?

Are you trying to tell me someone at Amazon signed for 8 empty unsealed boxes? I am sure they are not this stupid.

Amazon is liable for any stock missing in the warehouse or during warehouse transfers. Thus Amazon are liable for the contents of the 8 boxes they have not yet processed and which seem to have been mislaid when being transferred (by Amazon) from LBA4 to DSA6.

It is near impossible to even open a case about this issue, the whole system is set up so sellers find it too hard and just give up. However, I am not giving up. This is negligence on the part of Amazon and action needs to be taken.

FBA have lost 8 boxes and are denying claim
by Seller_zWpliaCE34XT0
Amazon replied

We sent 9 boxes to LBA4 last month, they were transferred to DSA6 and all signed as received however only one box has been processed and the shipment has been closed with 8 boxes unaccounted for.

Yet again the same cut and paste response has been given to our case:

——————————-

We're denying your reimbursement claim for the following units because we didn't receive all expected quantities when compared to your shipping plan:*** Removed ASINs and the quantities to maintain confidentiality****We must be able to confirm receipt of specific items and quantities against your shipping plan. Proof of delivery only confirms that the carrier made a delivery at our fulfillment center and isn't confirmation that Amazon received the exact items and quantities stated in your shipping plan.We recommend that you work with your carrier and/or third-party logistics (3PL) on these discrepancies and ensure that you have appropriate insurance for future shipments. Many carriers and 3PLs assume limited liability for damage or loss in transit. If you need more details for this shipment, view the Shipment summary, Contents tab in Seller Central.

Every time I reopen the case requesting an investigation it is closed with the above message. Can one of the mods please escalate this to a competent human?

Hi @Seller_YwyFCimfTsvaw

I just received an automated notification stating that the A-to-Z claim has been updated: the Order Defect Rate (ODR) impact has been removed, but the full order amount is still being debited from my account.

I am incredibly grateful that the team recognized the tracking validity to protect my account metrics. However, since the official tracking chain explicitly proves that the package was successfully delivered by OSM Worldwide to the buyer's exact address in Odessa, TX on June 9, the financial debit is still a mistake.

Could you please perform one final check or escalate this to have the funds reversed back to my account balance? The carrier proof shows 100% successful fulfillment.

Thank you again for your help in resolving the metric defect!

P.S - I have also opened an escalation which has again been 'transferred' - case ID 21199869691

Hi everyone and @Account-Health-Community-Managers, @Seller_GEZPMc4CeQfh6 @Seller_YwyFCimfTsvaw @Seller_CnfW62x6yxvJw @Seller_b2AIUT8dwcS0Z

I am requesting assistance from an Amazon Community Manager to escalate a technical tracking glitch that has resulted in an incorrectly granted A-to-Z claim, a denied appeal, and an unfair Order Defect Rate (ODR) defect on my account.

The automated system and first-line reviewers are failing to recognize a standard international cross-border tracking handover, despite definitive proof of delivery from both carriers.

Order ID: 111-4345830-6773024

Transferred Case ID: 21047560291

Ship Date: May 22, 2026 (Shipped on time)

Carrier Selected in Seller Central: Evri

Original Evri Tracking ID: H0595C0000841344

Destination: Odessa, TX, 79762, United States

Amazon’s system flag states: "the tracking ID does not correspond with the carrier." This is because the shipment was sent via Evri International (GlobalEco) to the United States. The automated bot is only checking domestic UK Evri formats, ignoring the international handover chain:

Evri International Portal: Tracking H0595C0000841344 shows the package successfully arrived in the US, passed customs, and explicitly lists the destination as ODESSA, TX, US with a status of "Delivered."

Cross-Border Handover: The Evri system officially handed the package to their designated US local courier partner, OSM Worldwide, under Partner Tracking ID: 9261290318444605376758.

Final Delivery Confirmation: When searching this partner tracking ID directly on the official OSM Worldwide portal, it explicitly confirms: "Package delivered" on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 12:32 PM to ODESSA, TX, 79762.

I reached out to Selling Partner Support to explain the cross-border tracking bridge. They agreed the tracking is valid and stated they forwarded the information to the claims team under Case ID 21047560291.

However, as experienced sellers know, once a case is marked "Transferred," it is locked, cannot be replied to, and rarely receives a follow-up. Meanwhile, my funds remain unjustly debited and my account health is penalized.

🙏 Request for Help. I have fulfilled all seller obligations, used an integrated carrier, shipped on time, and the package was successfully delivered to the buyer's exact address.

Could a Community Manager please review the tracking sequence above and internally escalate Case ID 21047560291 to the Executive Account Health / A-to-Z Appeals team for a manual human review? I need the unfair ODR defect removed and the funds reversed.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

I'm hoping Amazon can provide some clarification regarding the new €3 customs duty that is due to come into effect on low-value parcels imported into the EU from 1 July 2026.

We are a non-EU seller and currently fulfil orders directly to EU customers through Amazon marketplaces such as Amazon.fr and Amazon.de. Our shipments are always under €150, and Amazon acts as the deemed supplier, collecting and remitting VAT through IOSS.

What is currently unclear to us is how this new €3 customs duty will be handled in practice for Amazon marketplace orders.

Specifically:

Will Amazon collect the €3 duty through the existing deemed-supplier/IOSS process, similar to how VAT is currently collected and remitted?

Will Amazon remit the duty directly to the relevant authorities?

Will the charge be deducted from seller proceeds?

Will sellers need to take any action themselves?

Will customers be charged on delivery by carriers, or will Amazon ensure orders remain fully prepaid at checkout?

Another point that is particularly unclear is how the charge will be calculated for multi-item orders. My understanding is that the €3 duty applies per customs tariff line (HS code) declared on the import entry, rather than simply per parcel.

For example, if a customer orders a t-shirt, a toothbrush and a wallet in a single shipment, would the duty be €9 because there are three different tariff classifications? If so, how will Amazon calculate, collect and declare this at checkout, especially for orders containing products from multiple sellers?

As 1 July is approaching, it would be extremely helpful if Amazon could provide guidance on how these charges will be managed within the Amazon deemed-supplier/IOSS framework for non-EU sellers.

Any information or links to official Amazon guidance would be greatly appreciated

Issues with inbounds to LBA4
by Seller_zWpliaCE34XT0

hello @Seller_seuhA2HFFSUGv

Thankyou for your response, our latest shipment issue involves a 9 box shipment sent to LBA4, all 9 boxes were marked as delivered and signed for. They were transferred to DSA6 where only one box has been received and the shipment has been closed with the majority of units missing.

I have opened the case 3 times now requesting further investigation or an update as to possible delays and each time I have received the same cut and paste response.

Given the amount of similar complaints in the forum it seems there is a massive receiving issue in the UK. The inadequate replies by seller support are not only insulting to a long term seller but are actually negligent.

I only recently made the decision to return our UK fulfilment to Amazon but after this latest debacle will not be doing it again, I am a long term seller and my company uses FBA in several countries, we do not send empty boxes nor have the boxes been delivered empty to Amazon, I have the freight weights from DHL to prove it.

Issues with inbounds to LBA4
by Seller_seuhA2HFFSUGv

Hello @Seller_zWpliaCE34XT0,

Thank you for sharing your case ID and for your patience while this was looked into, I can see this has been reviewed by the relevant team.

The proof of delivery confirms that a consignment was delivered to the fulfilment centre, however, it doesn't serve as confirmation that the exact items and quantities listed in your shipping plan were received. This is why the team's response references the discrepancy between what was expected and what was physically scanned in.

That said, I understand your position, you've shipped 9 boxes, they were signed for, and you have freight weight confirmation from DHL to support that. Have you had a chance to check with your carrier team (DHL) regarding this discrepancy? Specifically, it would be helpful to obtain any documentation from them that confirms the weight and contents of each individual box at the point of collection, as this could strengthen your case.

I'd encourage you to share any additional supporting details directly on the case, things like itemised weight breakdowns per box, carrier manifests, or any other documentation that goes beyond the standard proof of delivery. This will give the team more to work with when re-evaluating your claim and could help move things forward.

Same happened to me, dropped to 58 from 3. And sales are also very down. Many products which were on 100 above, they are at 9-10 number. Strange. I hope it gets restored. But as far as i know, ranks cannot be restored manually, algorithm is going crazy.

dropped 140 places in sales rank for category
by Seller_2FzVhfGAewLeP

Is their a glitch in the sales rankings today?

Each morning I check my main product sales rank as it gives me an indication of how well my products are competing. Normally I rank between 8 and 16 in my category of baby products-nursing&feeding-food storage. Today I am at 146! Not through low sales though and yesterday I was at no. 9!

Does anyone else have the same issue?

PREMIUM SHIPPING AGAIN !!!!!
by Seller_8mrawJx3pdUiW

This made me actually laugh out loud seeing the message from 5 days ago and then 3 days ago. It's just the way, use the downtime in sales to plan hard for diversification or catalogue expansion. We usually combat the dip in sales by just expanding our catalogue, so even slower sales x more listings gets the average up.

The issue is when you keep on expanding catalogue to bring average up and then amazon turns on the tap, we had on the 9th and I don't think we even had a 5 min break in 9 hours of prepping.

Diversify diversify diversify
