Anyone else noticed this? A T24 parcel dispatched on Monday 20th July from England to most of urban mainland England/Wales/Scotland shows an estimated delivery date of Tuesday 21st, but England to Northern Ireland is showing an estimated delivery date of Saturday 25th.
Typically, it would only ever show 2 days (Wednesday 22nd), unless there were padding added.
Other areas which normally show 2 days (e.g. the Scottish Highlands) are still showing 2 days.
I checked on the stores of a few forum regulars I know to use the same settings/service, and it seems to be across the board rather than just my account. I don't know if it is affecting more than just Tracked 24 and SSA.
I'm not aware of any issues with RM in NI or anything else (e.g. weather) that should affect Northern Ireland as a whole. Monday 13th July was a bank holiday, but any disruption from that shouldn't have affected them so much and for so long.
Hi, @Seller_nEEe7zUuNBBx9,
After a month of repeated 'the internal team is investigating...' responses, I finally just received an update saying that the investigation is complete.
However, they have misunderstood the situation, as it has not changed, let alone been resolved.
Because this bug makes the SSA system promise Sunday deliveries to most UK postcodes for RM Tracked 24 orders dispatched on a Saturday, I was forced to turn off Saturday dispatch in my settings - likely losing a few sales in the process. I explicitly mentioned this in my cases, which led to Selling Partner Support saying in April:
"Once we resolve this issue, you should be able to re-enable Saturday dispatch with Monday being shown as the earliest delivery estimate, as it worked previously."
Now, however, the internal team is using the consequences of me disabling Saturday dispatch as evidence that the bug itself is fixed! They claim that because Tracked 24 orders received after my same-day dispatch cut-off on Friday, 10/07/2026, were given earliest delivery estimates of Tuesday, "the system correctly skips Sunday" as a delivery day. This is not true! It simply skips Saturday as a dispatch day due to a different, non-bugged setting I was forced to change 3 months ago to try to compensate for the actual bug!
I have replied to this latest response with a screenshot showing that the system is still showing Sunday as a delivery day, but I don't know if it being 'resolved' by the internal team requires it to again be escalated by a moderator. Is there any other place this can be escalated to where they are more likely to understand and fix this bug in Amazon's system? I would understand if it took a month after escalation to be resolved, but it is staggering that it has taken a month after escalation (3 months after it was first brought to Amazon's attention) just to be misunderstood like this.
Like with the introduction of FBM Ship+ last week, Amazon is increasingly enticing FBM sellers to use SSA, expedited/next-day delivery, and fast handling time, so I would think an issue which affects the combination of SSA & our largest postal service's fastest standard delivery deserves escalation to the highest technical level - especially since it requires us to effectively extend handling time to compensate. This would involve sending it to a team which can actually look into the logic of the SSA system, not just look at my orders to see if it magically resolved itself.
Many thanks for any assistance you can provide!

Customer messages us with a blackmail attempt to get a product for free...
"This item is fake.I want a refund or I will be contacting trading standards. Its not even got a box"
The item was a known branded product that is manufactured as a standalone product without a box, with the EAN and information directly on the container. (like a tin of lynx deodorant)
After standing our ground with the customer and inviting them to return for refund (we even supplied them a free return label) and that we would be more than happy for trading standards to look at it, they decided to keep the item and in over 5 weeks, have not said a word or returned the product.
Of course Amazon picked up on the message in the buyer/seller messaging and totally ignored the blackmail attempt, and then put this ASIN into a Product Authenticity Customer Complaint violation.
Next came the normal nightmare of appeal.
Supplied invoice... Rejected, cannot verify supplier
Supplied supplier supplier invoice... Rejected, cannot verify supplier.
Spoke to health team back and forth for 4 weeks..... Appeal ACCEPTED.
Then got a phone call from health team, they cannot re-instate listing as it has been deleted from your inventory. (was advised to delete from inventory in first health team phone call)
Was told to relist the ASIN... cannot relist as it is blocked
Was told to get seller support to relist for me.... cannot relist as it is blocked, appeal though health dashboard.
Health team.... DO NOT re-appeal through health dashboard, get seller support to put ASIN back in your inventory.
Seller support..... cannot relist as it is blocked, appeal though health dashboard.
Round and round in a loop of death as 1 internal team cannot talk to another internal team.
Health team.... this is 100% an Amazon issue and we will sort it, DO NOT re-appeal.
Your case has been shared with a specialised team who will resolve this technical issue on their end. Please note the following:
-- You do not need to reapply for brand approval.
-- You do not need to start the process over again.
-- Please do not attempt to relist the ASIN yourself or submit any new appeals while this is being resolved, as new submissions could delay the process.
-- You will receive an email notification once your listing has been reinstated. This typically takes a few days for the team to action.
-- I completely understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially after the conflicting information you received.
2 weeks, several cases and 5 phone calls later.... this is 100% an Amazon issue and we will sort it.
each time getting rejected by 1 internal team telling me to appeal through the dashboard while another team tells me not to as the appeal has already been accepted.
For over 5 weeks back and forth in this loop, all the while, my account suffering from the health point hit.

Received a Restricted Product violation for a banned ingredient.
Checked the ASIN and sure enough, through an obvious bad merge or ASIN creation, the banned ingredient was in the detail page.
Contacted seller support and supplied them with the evidence to show item was safe and it was a listing detail error.
Had confirmation from support that the ingredients had successfully been updated.
Then sent the same product photo's in my hand to appeal team showing it does not contain banned ingredient, along with a screenshot and reference to the earlier case with support that the violating ingredient had been removed from the ASIN.
After a few hours, the ASIN was re-instated and the health dashboard updated to remove the violation.
24 hours later, the same ASIN has been de-activated again for the same reason.
Sent same info in appeal.... rejected.
Spoke to heath team... cannot understand why it was re de-activated, another internal team vs internal team to review.
Exact same product, same EAN and its other size variants all being sold on Amazon
It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with Amazon, it AI and it's internal teams that just hit reject, go back to square 1, without even looking at what is presented to them.
I don't have many issues with tracked services. Occasionally one or two parcels end up in the wrong part of the country, but 99% of my Tracked 24 parcels arrive the next day. My mail centre is Greenford, as I only live a few miles away, so it generally works pretty well for me. The last major meltdown I remember was during the strikes in 2022.
RM48 and 2nd Class are a different story. The problem is that many customers seem to think Royal Mail is like Mary Poppins—practically perfect in every way. So if an untracked parcel is delayed or goes missing, they assume I've pocketed their money. On an untracked order we're only talking about £4 overall. It's hardly a great business model when I've already paid for the postage label and Amazon has taken its fees.
We shipped Tracked 48 around 12 months ago. We now only ship tracked 24 and magically that fixed 95% of our issues with royal mail
Hi,
I've seen a lot of posts about this recently, so I wanted to share where we are after opening multiple cases with Amazon and still receiving no meaningful response.
Our Standard Delivery shipping profile is set to 0-day handling, 7 days a week, with all orders shipped via a 24-hour courier. Despite this, customers are currently being shown an expected delivery of Friday. Today is Monday.
Based on our settings and our current account padding of 1.3 days, the latest estimated delivery should be Wednesday, not Friday. This is clearly incorrect and is costing us a significant number of sales. This issue only occurs when our courier is linked to our shipping profile using SSA.
We've also tested Amazon's new Delivery+ system, but the delivery estimate is exactly the same. My understanding was that Delivery+ was intended to improve delivery speeds, so this makes no sense.
With SFP, our Prime offers are finally showing next-day delivery again after weeks of incorrect estimates. However, non-Prime customers are being shown delivery dates of 21st-23rd, even though today is the 13th. That's up to a 10-day delivery estimate for orders that we actually dispatch using next-day delivery as standard.
Amazon, the delivery padding being applied here is clearly wrong. It's having a direct impact on sales. We've opened three cases and spent countless hours on the phone, yet we've still had no explanation or update.
Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We physically cannot dispatch orders any faster than we already do.
Can someone from Amazon please investigate and provide an update?
One final point: if our SFP offers are correctly showing next-day delivery, why aren't our standard offers?
As a comparison, if we switch to a shipping profile that doesn't use an SSA-linked courier, our estimated delivery immediately changes to 2 days. That strongly suggests this is now a technical issue rather than a configuration issue on our side. I have also spoken with many contact within DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail, DHL and they currently all assure us that they are not running with any SSA Delay.
I have lost all confidence in Amazon and their support processes.
A couple of weeks ago the reviews for our new product suddenly dropped overnight from 24 to 11, no notification or explanation as to why. I’ve contacted support several times and all I keep getting back is a standard response with reasons why the reviews might’ve disappeared, none of which seem to apply. No one has actually checked. We’ve also been told that another team deals with this and we should email them directly, we have with no response, how can this not be part of support?
I’m actually heartbroken that this is happening, we’ve put so much effort into our product and we have done nothing but follow amazons rules, so cannot understand why this is happening.
It seems that no one wants to help or cares. Does anyone know how to to actually speak to someone who can sort this out?
So, I got the "invitation" to enroll to FBM+ promising protection if dispatched on time and better fees. I use letter/large letter and RM 1st and RM tracked24 as optional premium shipping. What I expected? Access to tracked services (tracked24, tracked48) at a better price. What I got? Unrealistic delivery dates, promising next day delivery to everyone for free. Still not able to buy tracked service. I didn't want to let my customers down so had to purchase tracked24 on Click and drop out of my own pocket. When entering the tracking I always got the note: "Have to buy shipping through FBM+". That's crazy because there isn't a buyable delivery service to fulfil their promises. Maybe to some close places 1st class could potentially arrive next day, but realistically Royal Mail has been just terrible. Unfortunately due to my location/package size it's still pretty much the only viable option. So I "leave" FBM+ and now my premium shipping option doesn't show. It is checked and on the shipping setting. It's like I'm being punished for not doing the FBM+ thing that's overpromising. Even tracked 24...I normally put as second day, because I know the state of Royal Mail. Rader overdeliver and under promise than the other way around. Other than I also do FBA...but that's a whole other story how they take a week to check-in then put all the inventory to FC transfer, not part...all for a highly seasonal shipment. So just advising fellow sellers if you use Royal Mail letter size, don't bother...hope thye improve this, as the idea would be great.
Hello,
I need help obtaining written confirmation of a legal entity/business name change on my Amazon Seller account.
The account was transferred/updated to a limited company in January 2024. I have an email from Amazon dated 24 January 2024 confirming that the request to change the business name was verified and reflected in the account.
The issue is that HMRC appears to have received Amazon sales data covering the full history of the Seller account, including the period before the account was transferred to the limited company.
As a result, the VAT compliance officer is treating some pre-transfer Amazon sales as if they belonged to the limited company, even though those sales were made by a separate sole trader business before the transfer.
I have explained that the pre-transfer Amazon sales belonged to the previous sole trader business, and that the limited company only traded on Amazon from the date of the transfer. However, I need clearer written confirmation from Amazon showing the effective date when the limited company became the legal entity/business name for the Seller account.
Could an Amazon moderator please advise which team or case category can provide confirmation of:
the date the legal entity/business name was changed to the limited company;
whether the account had a different legal entity/business name before that date;
confirmation that the limited company was not the legal entity for the account before the change.
This is required so that the Amazon sales data can be reconciled against the correct trading entity.
Thank you.
I have a 'Product Safety' violation on my account because I once had this book for sale:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Shadow-Sun-Vintage-International/dp/0679779078
This is almost certainly due to an Amazon bot mistaking a book for sunscreen lotion or the like but there is no obvious means of informing Amazon that 'health and safety' does not apply to this book.
I deleted it long ago but there is no way to remove this 'violation' other than by agreeing to one of these two options:
How do I address this violation?
Please choose an option for how you want to proceed.
I understand the policy and acknowledge the violation.
Select this option if you have removed the listing and would like to proceed with next steps.
I understand the policy and have evidence or documentation to submit for review to confirm my compliance with the policy.
So the only possible actions are to
(1) accept guilt for a non-existent violation or
(2) spend ages looking for impossible documents to prove you comply with this imaginary H&S issue.
or just ignore the warning, accept your 'guilt' and allow the catalogue error to continue unabated...
