Hello @Seller_02iV3gvtPXgmf

Thanks for your question. I´m Oliver and I will be looking into your issue today.

I understand your account is blocked due to authenticity concerns.

Please check our full invoice requirements on https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GDQ9K277NYP6WNEW

Here a summary:

- Invoices issued in the last 365 days (invoice should be dated before the ship by date)

- Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days since the enforcement date. If you buy in sets but sell individual products, make sure the count is reached

- Check that the correct model of the product is shown on the invoice (color, model number, set size, ...)

- Include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites

- File formats must meet either .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files

- These documents must be authentic and unaltered,

If you have any further doubts, feel free to contact us through Seller Forum again.

Have a good day

Oliver

Brand name and seller support
by Seller_B63d9csafitJz

I thought I would have a go at selling on Amazon so once my seller account was activated I filled in the form for a brand name approval. However just minutes later I get a denied message telling me that the name was miss-using a brands intellectual property rights. I have been using this name for years and I own both .co.uk and .com domains. I have checked and found that the brand name is not a registered trademark in the UK nor have I found it in the U.S.A. After replying to seller support and asking for further help and an explanation, all I am getting is the first denied replay pasted in response to every message I send. If there is no trademark then what else could it be?

Returns for Heavy Items
by Seller_9YiwyAEaQHwIA

Hello,

I represent MuscleSquad, a seller of fitness equipment. We ship dumbbells over 32.5kg on micropallets to minimize damage by couriers during handling and to achieve slight cost efficiencies.

A customer has initiated a return request for a 37.5kg dumbbell, citing it as too heavy and requesting an exchange for a 32.5kg option. Amazon Customer Service has informed the customer that this return will be free. However, the cost of returning these items through a courier network could reach £40 per item, totalling £80.

Additionally, Amazon advised the customer to leave the dumbbells outside for collection. We promptly instructed the customer not to do so, as arranging a suitable collection for such heavy items will take time and we wish to prevent loss or damage.

From my perspective, this appears to be a change-of-mind request, which typically does not obligate us to cover return shipping costs. However, the customer insists no deductions should be made from their refund amount.

I am considering driving five hours round trip to personally handle the exchange, aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and potentially combine this with other deliveries from our .com store.

Could anyone advise on my position here? Are we liable for a free return in this scenario? Any insights on managing this through Amazon’s policies or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Chris - MuscleSquad

Hi Tone_Deaf_Music1,

Yes, as far as I know the policy changed and there is no longer any 'background checking'

If you're not sending through Amazon's Buy Shipping and R. M. fail to scan your parcel's bar-code on arrival Amazon view it as untracked (even if it was scanned on receipt at the Post Office)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings

Brian

Account deactivated due to Section 3
by Seller_NpMpf7WPoaL9g

Hi sellers,

*Raw product manufactures, please read*

I got an email today after years of selling that my account is going to be deactivated because "your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity" and I need to submit the relevant personal, business and supplier documents to avoid this deactivation.

I called account health straight away and we found out this wasn't for my main UK store... it was for a United States store, which has zero listings, has never taken payment and we have never sold through, as relieved as I was I'm still going to do the "verification call". (They only knew this because the email came from a .com email not .co.uk so if you get this, pay attention as that was literally the only way they knew on the call)

I want to go in prepared with knowledge from other sellers and one of the documents needed, and that I'm expected to produce on the call is supplier invoices. My issue is I have no single supplier, I manufacture my goods from scratch with raw materials from several different suppliers. Glass bottles, perfume oil, labels etc as we make fragrances and then brand the product with our own logo's, all brand registered and trademarked as we have been for years. I can produce all of these invoices in plentiful supply but they don't really prove anything, other than in my name and to my business address I get several things perfume related delivered, if "product authenticity" is what they want, I can't really do that because I create the finished good in house.

Have you ever had an account in another country banned? What action did you take? Should I expect the same for my UK store and lose part of my business soon? Also, does anyone else hand make their own products and were your raw materials supplier invoices sufficient to verification standards?

I really appreciate any feedback here - Thanks all

Variation by Gender and Model
by Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh

That's fair. It wasn't something I'd previously seen - but can now see that some listings (though not all) vary by the following...

Fit Type (Men / Women / Kids)

Colour

Size (S/M/L etc)

I think you need to hire a attorney and send a letter to that specific buyer or do what M O B S does, claim in person and explain why is better buy from someone else. Just a joke hire a attorney and good luck!

3 Weeks No Pallet Pickup
by Seller_9idPMYuN5lTTl

Once the dust has settled, QARGO will be the quickest and most efficient way to send stock in. Amazon will always prioritise their partnered carrier.

Palletways, Palletline... there are plenty out there.

upscsdept @ ups . com

Try this email, you should get a response from someone from QARGO. Always worked for me when I was having issues.
