Hi everyone,

I need some help understanding unexpected fees on my account. Every month Amazon is charging me an additional £400–£500 under the “Other” category. However, when I go to Payments → Transaction View → Transaction Type → Other, there are no transactions showing for the past 4 months.

So I’m confused about the following:

Why are these “Other” fees being charged every month?

If the Transaction View shows no “Other” transactions, where are these charges coming from?

How can I find a detailed breakdown of these fees to understand exactly what they are for?

If anyone has experienced this or knows where to look (e.g., a different report or hidden fee section), I’d really appreciate your advice.

Thanks in advance!

Good Afternoon @Seller_vW3l7M6oLYiHv

despite the above message nobody has continued to work on my file I am now months without a response and every time i go to re-open they close the file down.

I am clearly being ignored so that i will stop contacting. I actually can't believe how difficult this is, you have information showing you have received over 500 items that you claim to be labelled incorrectly (i have the emails) yet nothing is showing in my inventory, it was never added into stranded or stock at all and not showing as stock miss-labelled. It has disappeared and you keep closing my comms down.

This needs Escalating ASAP, nobody is helping, just telling me to go back and re-open cases etc.

You have my stock, you cant find my stock therefore i need a resolution.

I am a new seller to Amazon trying to grow my business, back in April/May I sent in over 500 items that apparently were labelled incorrectly, I was unable to see how but possible mistake being the first time sending in FBA stock.

However since this time I have no stranded stock, nothing on my inbound performance to suggest anything was labelled incorrectly, and about 15 messages from seller support over 3 months with the same stock answer of not suitable for reimbursement and your stock can't be located.

I keep re-opening the case for it to get the same answer and close, All i want is my stock located so i can select an option for sending it back or having it correctly labelled, its my fastest moving item and currently as the parent listing the other ASINs are suffering.

I'm over paying for advertising to support leaving me with little margin and a quite possibly the option of having to close the account. So frustrating, nobody can link to the warehouse and locate or reimburse me for my stock.

Can anyone help me!

Low stock warning but 500+ in reserve
by Seller_qR5nT1WAYjLNH
Amazon replied

Hi all,

I currently sell a cosmetic/beauty product, it's selling well and I currently have a low stock warning, but 500+ in reserve - I use FBA, will it sort itself? Am I panicking too early or do I need to action anything?

Just for reference it shows 67 available, customer order 11, FC processing 517

Any advice or help appreciated

Kind regards

Ah, the MD email. That's Amazon's version of writing your complaints on a helium balloon and releasing it in a hurricane.

Frankly, you'd have better luck taking your list of issues, encasing them in a time capsule, burying it under Stonehenge, and the future archaeologist who discovers it in 500 years will care way, way more about your 'few issues with Amazon' than seller support...

CHINESE COMPANY SELLERS
by Seller_4zO4ozDSAWUuy

It's becoming increasingly difficult, near on impossible, to compete on prices with the Chinese companies Amazon have allowed on the platform. Last year to date, we had sold over 500 pieces of one particular item to now only having sold 189, at the same price. The Amazon search used to bring us at the top where as now there are two Chinese companies selling the same item at half the price! Amazon is becoming a price comparison site, it might be time to go back to Ebay at this rate!

Hi, I began selling on mid August.

They owe me just over £500 after feeds and shipping have been dedicated, all my my account information is correct and verifed

My statementa keep giving me a payment date, but it keeps getting pushed back.

I'v never given a reason or even informed of the pushed back date, I only realize then I check my statement.

I have been waiting for my money for over 2 months now,

I keep contacting the online support team but of course am getting absolutely nowhere. They simply tell me I have to wait for the date on my statement and close the case without even giving me a chance to respond.

It's nearing the point I'm going to have to take legal action

We recently started selling selling on Amazon as FBM, we ship all of our items tracked with Royal Mail and get pictures and GPS coordinates for every delivery.

We shipped 5000+ parcels last year with Royal Mail through our other sales channels and have had 2 claims of parcels going missing once delivered.

In less than 500 parcels with Amazon we have had 7 claims already all of which Royal Mail has successfully delivered but the customer claims they have never received anything, are we getting extremely unlucky or is this a Amazon culture where buyers file false claims to try and get refunds? I've found that through my other sales channels customers are always understanding and helpful willing to file reports contact Royal Mail and genuinely are worried by their item going missing, however Amazon customer seem to jump straight to demanding a refund?

What protection does Amazon give us the sellers for dealing with these false and unsubstantiated claims? Are we protected financially?

Any other seller experiences and tips on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated as we are starting to get worried.

Hi Everyone,

I’m a UK-based seller and Amazon recently asked me to provide Energy Efficiency Label and Product Information Sheet (PIS) the string lights.

I’ve already created both documents in JPEG format following Amazon’s image requirements (72 ppi, >500 px, .jpg files), but I can’t find where to upload them in Seller Central.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

- Checked Manage Inventory → Edit Listing → Compliance tab → no “Energy Efficiency” or “Product Document” section visible.

- Upload both Energy Efficiency Label and Product Information Sheet (PIS) images in the images section of the listing but amazon doesn't seem to accept it

Could any fellow sellers confirm where they are currently uploading energy labels and PIS documents for lighting or similar energy-rated products in the UK marketplace ?

Do you upload them through a specific “Energy Efficiency” tab, through a case to Seller Support, or by replying to Amazon’s compliance email directly?

Any screenshots or recent experiences would be hugely appreciated — I’d like to make sure the documents attach correctly to the ASIN and avoid any future listing removals.

Thanks in advance
