Sales absolutely tanked. Anyone else?

I sell in the handmade section, which has been ravaged since Amazon dumped us into the same categories as everyone else i.e. beforehand we were in handmade/posters and prints and now we are in home and kitchen/posters and prints. This meant we went from number 1 in catergory to about number 900 overnight.

However we still managed to limp along because ranking doesn't really affect sales from PPC, but it did halve our turnover. But this month has been shocking, the ads are still spending but we are getting zero sales, NONE. For the last 3 days not one sale and only 3 sales this month. I am at a loss to understand it. I even had to deregister for VAT in January.

Has anyone else experienced this in 2026? I'm literally considering signing on! This time 2 years ago both myself and I were on a very comfortable income, it's getting a bit desperate now.

Thank you for taking the time to review our case and for your detailed response — we genuinely appreciate the guidance.

Unfortunately, the difficulty we are facing is that we are currently locked out of making any changes within the Identity Information / Business Information section of Seller Central. The page displays a persistent “Verification Failed – We have failed to verify the information that you have provided” message and does not allow us to upload or update any documents.

Because of this restriction, we have been unable to submit the requested documentation directly through the interface you mentioned.

To ensure Amazon still received the required evidence, we have repeatedly submitted the documents through every available channel, including:

• Seller Central case submissions

• Email to the VAT / verification teams

• Formal KYC evidence pack submissions

The documentation provided includes:

• Exclusive commercial lease for Unit 84 (valid until October 2026)

• Utility bills for the warehouse address

• Companies House AD01 confirming our registered office change

• Warehouse rent invoices and payment records

• VAT filings and HMRC submission receipts

• Bank confirmation letter and statements

• Photographic evidence of the warehouse premises

• Identity verification documents for all directors

All documents are recent and clearly display the company name (Fancy Labels Limited) and the operating address: Unit 84 Portmanmoor Road Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF24 5HB.

We fully understand the need to verify that our business genuinely operates from this address, particularly given historical companies previously registered there. As confirmed via Companies House, those entities are dissolved, and Fancy Labels Limited is the only active company operating from this unit.

At this stage, our primary difficulty is procedural rather than evidential:

we cannot upload documents through Seller Central because the system does not allow modifications to the Business Information page.

If possible, we would be extremely grateful if this case could be escalated to the relevant verification or KYC team, or if guidance could be provided on how to submit the documentation through Seller Central when the interface prevents updates.

We remain fully committed to cooperating with the verification process and are ready to provide any further documentation immediately if required.

After a very long wait and a difficult process, my account is finally active again. 🙏

My account was deactivated on 5 November 2025.

My Business Establishment KYC was verified on 27 November 2025, but the account was still deactivated.

I had to verify KYC again, and the third verification was completed on 9 March 2026. Finally, on 13 March 2026, my account was reactivated.

It took more than 4 months, and the process was very stressful, but in the end my account came back.

I just want to share this to give hope to others who are still waiting. Stay patient and keep following the process. I pray everyone gets their accounts active again soon.

Hello everyone,

I am an Amazon UK FBA seller and I’ve been dealing with an issue for about a month now that I haven’t been able to resolve. I would really appreciate any help or insight from those who may have experienced something similar.

On March 21, 2026, I received an email from Amazon requesting a video verification call. I attended the video interview on March 3, 2026, and everything went smoothly. I was informed that the review process would be completed within 3–5 business days.

However, it has now been almost a month and:

* My account is still under review

* My account is NOT suspended, but I cannot access my funds (my balance is being held)

* Despite contacting support multiple times, I keep receiving the same automated responses saying the review is ongoing

This situation is seriously affecting my business, as I am unable to access my funds and continue operations properly.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

How long did it take in your case?

I would really appreciate any advice or shared experiences regarding how these reviews are handled by Amazon.

Same trouble here. Mine expired in 2019 but the expiry dropdown year only goes back as far as 2026!

As far as I can see, the simplest option will be for me to get a new passport.
