Unfortunately, the difficulty we are facing is that we are currently locked out of making any changes within the Identity Information / Business Information section of Seller Central. The page displays a persistent “Verification Failed – We have failed to verify the information that you have provided” message and does not allow us to upload or update any documents.
Because of this restriction, we have been unable to submit the requested documentation directly through the interface you mentioned.
To ensure Amazon still received the required evidence, we have repeatedly submitted the documents through every available channel, including:
• Seller Central case submissions
• Email to the VAT / verification teams
• Formal KYC evidence pack submissions
The documentation provided includes:
• Exclusive commercial lease for Unit 84 (valid until October 2026)
• Utility bills for the warehouse address
• Companies House AD01 confirming our registered office change
• Warehouse rent invoices and payment records
• VAT filings and HMRC submission receipts
• Bank confirmation letter and statements
• Photographic evidence of the warehouse premises
• Identity verification documents for all directors
All documents are recent and clearly display the company name (Fancy Labels Limited) and the operating address: Unit 84 Portmanmoor Road Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF24 5HB.
We fully understand the need to verify that our business genuinely operates from this address, particularly given historical companies previously registered there. As confirmed via Companies House, those entities are dissolved, and Fancy Labels Limited is the only active company operating from this unit.
At this stage, our primary difficulty is procedural rather than evidential:
we cannot upload documents through Seller Central because the system does not allow modifications to the Business Information page.
If possible, we would be extremely grateful if this case could be escalated to the relevant verification or KYC team, or if guidance could be provided on how to submit the documentation through Seller Central when the interface prevents updates.
We remain fully committed to cooperating with the verification process and are ready to provide any further documentation immediately if required.
