Hello Amazon Seller Support / Moderator team,
I urgently need help reactivating my products before they are automatically destroyed due to stranded inventory.
Background
My account was temporarily restricted due to a missing VAT registration.
That issue is now fully resolved, my VAT has been approved, and my seller account is active and compliant again.
However, during the VAT issue, my offers were removed and are now marked inactive with the following message:
> “Offer was removed 40 days ago
> Review metrics to address fulfilment performance
> Reason: Current performance does not meet Amazon's Self Fulfilment standards.”
This message is misleading in my case.
The removal was not caused by fulfilment performance, but solely by the temporary VAT-related account restriction, which prevented my account from meeting FBA / fulfilment requirements at that time.
Now that the VAT issue is resolved:
- My account is approved and active
- There are no fulfilment or performance issues
- Inventory is already in Amazon fulfilment centers
- Products are at risk of auto-destruction due to stranded status
Unfortunately, I am being redirected between departments (VAT → Performance → FBA → Listings) without anyone taking ownership of reactivating the ASINs.

Request
I urgently ask for:
- Manual review and reactivation of the above ASINs
- Confirmation that the stranded inventory will not be destroyed
- Escalation to the correct internal team that can resolve this end-to-end
Time is critical, and I would greatly appreciate moderator escalation or direct assistance.
