Hi Amazon Community Managers,
I am asking for help with an incorrect Organic Certificate requirement for ASIN B0BWS9L77Y, which is currently preventing me from sending FBA inventory.
The product is not organic and is not marketed as organic. All organic wording has been removed from the listing and I have checked the title, bullet points, images and backend search terms.
I have now identified that Amazon is still displaying the following under Safety and product resources > Regulatory Information:
“The organic inspection body code number: LU-BIO-04.”
I did not add or authorise this code and cannot remove it through Edit Listing. It appears to be incorrect backend catalogue/regulatory information.
I originally submitted my Product Compliance dispute on 5 August 2026 and it remains under evaluation, well beyond 5 business days.
Product Compliance Case ID: 13140376532
I have now resubmitted the compliance appeal with:
• a signed Non-Organic Product Declaration
• current photographs of the physical packaging
I have also raised a separate catalogue correction request asking for the incorrect LU-BIO-04 value and any associated organic classification to be removed:
Catalogue Case ID: 13179371022
FBA inbound is still actively blocked with the compliance-documentation error in Send to Amazon.
Could @Michelle_Amazon or @Manny_Amazon please help escalate this to the appropriate Product Compliance / Catalogue specialist team so that the incorrect LU-BIO-04 regulatory data and resulting inbound restriction can be removed?
Thank you very much for your help.
I am posting this mainly to document what has happened
I am a UK sole trader. I was born in the UK, live in the UK and operate my business entirely from the UK. I do not sell internationally. I am not VAT registered as my turnover remains below the £90,000 VAT registration threshold.
My UK identity, UK address and UK bank account have all been verified by Amazon. My account has successfully passed Amazon's verification processes on numerous occasions over the years, typically around once per year. I had the account verified status as I always do. Verification is not new to me and comes with the territory of selling on Amazon
I have no issue whatsoever with Amazon carrying out verification checks. If Amazon requires evidence, I am happy to provide it and always do.
However this time things are a little bit difference, on 28 August 2026 Amazon informed me that it had determined that I was not UK established and immediately began applying Marketplace Facilitator VAT to my sales. These charges are not applicable to my circumstances and are not recoverable by me.
I immediately contacted Account Health and explained that I am a UK-established sole trader and that Amazon already holds verified information relating to my identity, address and bank account. My last verified checks were September 2025.
My concern is not that Amazon wishes to verify my status. My concern is that Amazon has chosen to apply the financial consequences of treating me as a non-UK seller before completing the verification process that is supposed to determine whether that conclusion is correct, which it will find is not.
The additional Marketplace Facilitator VAT immediately made many of my sales commercially unviable. As a temporary measure, I attempted to increase prices to offset the additional costs. However, Amazon subsequently deemed my pricing uncompetitive, resulting in loss of Featured Offer eligibility and a substantial reduction in visibility.
Prior to this issue I was averaging around 50 sales per week. Following the change, I ultimately had to deactivate listings because continuing to sell would have resulted in losses or none featured listings and I gained no sales with the uncompetitive pricing anyway.
I have repeatedly raised the matter with Amazon and was initially advised that the verification process would take approximately three days. Those three days have now passed and the issue remains unresolved.
I have since received a response indicating that managing director who will provide a further update, potentially within up to 35 business days.
For context, a substantially similar issue arose on my account in January 2024. On that occasion I provided evidence of my UK establishment and the matter was resolved within approximately two days without the same financial consequences being applied while checks were ongoing. Last time this happened to me it was featured in the press. Check Telegraph amazon-told-government-unfreeze-funds-hundreds-sellers/ you will see my name featured (Wyatt)
I have now submitted a formal Letter Before Claim to Amazon because I believe the losses suffered by my business arise from Amazon's decision to apply this treatment before completing its verification process. Their terms do not state they can apply charges pending verification, Amazon here is basically finding someone guilty before the jury decides they are not.
I am continuing to cooperate fully with Amazon's verification requirements and remain 1000% confident that the verification process will confirm that I am, and always have been, UK established.
At this stage I am simply seeking a prompt resolution and documenting the steps I have taken to raise and resolve the issue. This information is me putting it out there. (again)

I need urgent advice from Amazon moderators and other sellers regarding a very serious FBA inventory issue.
Amazon disposed of £8,000 worth of our FBA inventory, despite Automated Fulfillable Settings being DISABLED and stock nowhere near 365 days old
Posting this as a warning to other sellers and to get visibility, because Seller Support so far hasn't given us a satisfactory answer.
What happened:
Amazon disposed of our inventory (Removal Order ID: uQrJbWwms2) citing "inventory age for automated removal" under their aging inventory removal policy, which is supposed to apply only to stock that's been sitting in an FC for more than 365 days. Total units disposed: 857. Estimated value: £12,000.
Why this shouldn't have happened at all:
Automated Fulfillable Settings were already Disabled. Amazon's own notification says: "On the settings page, select Disable to opt out of automated removals at any time." We had this setting disabled. Screenshot proof available.
The stock was nowhere near 365 days old. Our most recent shipment of this inventory closed on 7 April 2026, nowhere close to the 365-day threshold their policy claims to enforce.
FBA15L8W695R — Closed 7 Apr 2026
All of these are well within the 365-day window. There is no reading of Amazon's own stated policy under which this stock qualified for automated removal.
We can't cancel or reverse the disposal ourselves. No self-service option exists in Seller Central to undo this once it's triggered, even when it's clearly triggered in error.
We've opened an urgent case with Seller Support laying all of this out, settings screenshot, shipment records, and the contradiction with their own stated policy, and are pushing for either reversal or full reimbursement.
Amazon has refused to cancel the disposal or reimburse for our inventory
I am asking @Spencer_Amazon and any other Amazon moderators:
Has anyone else had inventory disposed of despite having automated removals disabled? Curious if this is a wider bug on Amazon's end or isolated to our account. Will update this thread with how Seller Support responds.
Can this removal order be reviewed internally, and can we get confirmation on reimbursement for the disposed units given that both our Automated Fulfillable Settings were disabled and the stock was nowhere near the 365-day threshold?
I am not asking about how to prevent this going forward, I understand the settings involved. I am specifically asking for help either recovering this inventory or getting it reimbursed, since Seller Support has told us the disposal itself cannot be undone.
Has anyone had success getting Amazon to reimburse inventory disposed of in error like this? Any help from an Amazon moderator would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Amazon Community Managers,
I am requesting help with a persistent technical issue affecting our US INFORM Consumers Act Identity Verification.
The issue has been documented since July 14, 2026. Our US seller account remains active with no restrictions on sales, disbursements, or shipment creation, but the account is currently At Risk, with a deadline of September 9, 2026.
Each verification attempt follows the same pattern:
1. Seller Central accepts the identity information and documents.
2. The page changes to “We are validating your information.”
3. Later, the workflow returns to the original submission page.
4. No field is highlighted as incorrect, no document is identified as invalid, and no specific rejection reason is provided.
On some attempts, the system also displayed error RES minus 1.
On August 30, an Account Health Support specialist reproduced the issue during a live call. The specialist verified our information, cleared the browser cache and cookies, used Safari, and submitted the form with us. The page showed “validating” and then reset again.
AHS instructed us not to make any further submissions while the internal technical investigation is pending. We have followed that instruction.
Relevant cases:
- 21500379181 — screenshots, URLs, timestamps, RES minus 1, successful submission, and subsequent reset.
- 21650900551 — AHS documented that verification was retriggered without identifying any incorrect information or invalid document.
- 21804164811 — AHS reproduced the problem during the August 30 call and escalated it for technical investigation.
There may also be a backend data-synchronization issue. The INFORM panel still displays our former St. Petersburg, Florida business address, while Seller Account Information contains our current Hallandale Beach, Florida address.
Our Canadian Identity Verification is also pending, with a deadline of October 19, 2026. In an August 10 AHS follow-up, we were advised that the Canadian identity verification could not be completed until the unresolved US verification was resolved.
Could an Amazon Community Manager please review the cases above and the existing internal technical review, and escalate this to the team responsible for the INFORM Identity Verification workflow?
We specifically need help with:
- investigating why accepted submissions are not retained;
- checking for stale backend account data;
- resetting or resynchronizing the verification workflow;
- advising what we should do before September 9 while following AHS instructions not to resubmit.
Thank you.
@Seller_9Kb3jdNMszN2C, could you please review the case IDs above and, if appropriate, help route this recurring INFORM Identity Verification reset to the relevant technical team?
I have received an email entitled "Branded listings to be removed on 11 September 2026" and the only imapacted brands 'BRAUN' have nothing to do with us. We are a small family business that only sells our own unique items. I have just spent an hour trying to submit a case but cannot get past the AI gatekeeper who keeps insisting on a entering a relevant SKU. I can only assume it relates to a Braun for which I have no clue about. I tried submitting 2 cases with different wording plus using the 'contact us' link from a recent case but they all just loop back to the Get Help and Resources page.
Has anyone else had the same problem and is there a solution to resolving this issue that has been created by Amazon?
Hi Amazon Moderators,
I’m hoping a moderator can review and urgently escalate Case ID: 13151886352.
I believe there is substantial evidence that my ASIN has been targeted by a coordinated negative review attack.
Seller Support has responded by telling me to submit removal requests through Feedback Manager. This is incorrect, these are product reviews, not seller feedback, so Feedback Manager is not the appropriate reporting mechanism. More importantly, the evidence submitted in the case warrants a proper investigation into potential review manipulation.
The pattern I have identified
The suspicious orders were all placed on: 18/06/2026
The associated negative product reviews were then posted the very next day: 19/06/2026
In addition:
I am deliberately not publishing customer names, addresses or order numbers on the public forum. Amazon can see all of this information within the case.
The case evidence includes:
Review Name | Review Date | Review Link | Order Number | Order Date | Customer Order Name | Customer Address
It also contains the supporting screenshots and the Facebook group evidence.
The combination of:
same order date (18/06) → same review date (19/06) → addresses clustered within ~300 metres → names apparently not belonging to residents → actual residents independently reporting the unexpected packages on Facebook
appears highly unusual and, in my view, provides strong grounds for Amazon to investigate whether these orders and reviews are connected.
I want to stress that I am not asking Amazon to remove legitimate negative reviews simply because they are negative. I am asking Amazon to investigate what appears to be coordinated review manipulation and take appropriate action if the activity violates Amazon's policies.
Could one of the Amazon forum moderators please review Case ID 13151886352 and escalate the evidence to the appropriate Reviews / Community / Abuse investigation team, rather than directing me to Feedback Manager?
I am happy to provide any further evidence privately if required.
Thank you.
Hi,
I need advice from Amazon UK sellers or an Amazon moderator regarding a SAFE-T issue I am currently experiencing.
We sell products that sometimes have to be shipped as multiple parcels. In this particular case, the customer ordered a 2 x 10L twin pack.
Amazon Easy Ship only allowed us to generate one Amazon shipping label, so we had to send the order in two separate parcels:
Parcel 1 – Amazon Easy Ship
Tracking: T05PHA0031459968
This parcel was damaged beyond repair in transit and was not delivered.
Parcel 2 – Evri Next Day
Tracking: H061WA0000455054
This parcel was successfully delivered to the customer's neighbour on 06/08/2026 at 13:17. We have delivery confirmation, delivery photograph and GPS evidence.
Amazon then automatically refunded the full £25.99 order under “Unable To Deliver”.
We are not claiming reimbursement for the damaged parcel.
We are only asking Amazon to reimburse £12.99, representing the value of the one 10L unit that was successfully delivered.
We submitted a SAFE-T claim and clearly explained this. However, Amazon rejected the claim by repeatedly referring to tracking T05PHA0031459968 and stating that the 20-day lost-in-transit period had not passed.
We have explained several times that this is not the parcel we are claiming for. Despite this, the same rejection has been issued again.
This appears to be a fundamental misunderstanding of the claim.
Our claim is not for a lost Easy Ship shipment. Our claim is for the portion of an order that was successfully delivered but was included in Amazon's full refund.
Has anyone successfully dealt with this type of situation?
What is the correct SAFE-T process when:
2 items ordered → 2 parcels shipped → 1 delivered → 1 damaged → Amazon refunds 100% of the order?
We believe the customer should not receive both the delivered product and a full refund for that delivered portion.
We would appreciate advice from an Amazon moderator or another UK seller who has successfully recovered money in this situation.

Hi,
I'm hoping an Amazon moderator can help escalate an issue that Seller Support have been unable to resolve for several months.
We are trying to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 through Amazon Buy Shipping for Seller Fulfilled Prime.
Our Royal Mail business account is correctly linked to Seller Central and currently shows as ACTIVE under Buy Shipping Preferences. Royal Mail is also showing as our number 1 prioritised carrier.
However, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is still not available correctly within Buy Shipping.
After numerous contacts with Seller Support, Amazon eventually confirmed that the specific ship method:
ROYAL_MFN_TRACKED_24
is not allow-listed/safe-listed for our seller account.
Amazon advised us that Royal Mail needed to initiate the allow-listing. We contacted Royal Mail, but they have confirmed that the service is active on our account and they are not aware of anything further they can activate from their side.
We have also supplied Amazon with our Royal Mail contract confirming that Tracked 24 is included and active.
This issue originally began when we attempted the Seller Fulfilled Prime trial in March 2026. We had to purchase Tracked 24 labels directly through Royal Mail because the correct service wasn't available through Buy Shipping, which then affected the Prime trial metrics.
We've now been trying to resolve this for months and seem to be going around in circles between Amazon and Royal Mail.
Our current Amazon support case is 12221526882.
We would really like to get Seller Fulfilled Prime operational before the Christmas peak, but we're unable to progress while this remains unresolved.
Could an Amazon moderator please escalate this to the appropriate Buy Shipping / Seller Fulfilled Prime technical team and have them investigate why ROYAL_MFN_TRACKED_24 is not allow-listed for our seller account despite our Royal Mail account being linked and active?
I'm happy to provide screenshots, our Royal Mail contract or any other information required.
Thank you.
Hi Community Managers & Fellow Amazon Sellers,
I am requesting assistance from an Amazon Community Manager to escalate a false-positive compliance block that has left our best-selling product suppressed and blocked from FBA inbound shipments for over a month.
Case Details:
ASIN: B0C6MF7PZG
SKUs: SHCWF227 / SHCWF227+1
Product: Welsh Wildflower Honey 227g
Primary Case ID: 13123660972
Issue: Erroneous requirement for Organic Certification under the Organic Food Policy.
The Facts:
1. Conventional Product: This is conventional, raw Welsh wildflower honey. It does not carry organic certification, nor does the word "organic" appear anywhere on the physical product packaging, listing title, bullet points, or product description.
2. Root Cause Resolved: We identified that an erroneous regulatory code (LU-BIO-04) had populated in the catalog backend attributes. This has been completely cleared and saved.
Summary of Correspondence & Escalations to Date:
2 August 2026: Submitted an initial misclassification dispute and appeal via Case ID 13123660972 with attached physical label photos proving no organic claims exist. The ticket went into "Work in progress" and stalled.
Mid-August 2026: Contacted Account Health Support via phone callback; told to wait an additional 5 working days for a manual catalog review. The 5-day deadline lapsed with zero contact or status change.
18 August 2026: Account Health Support Specialist confirmed our "internal second review" was in progress and requested more patience. No subsequent update or resolution followed.
24 August 2026: Escalated via formal email 3 times to the Executive Seller Relations Team (managingdirector@amazon.co.uk) providing full label evidence, case history, and details of the catalog attribute correction.
Current Status: Over 30 days since initial appeal submission. No substantive replies from support or executive relations, the listing remains removed/suppressed, and FBA inbound shipments remain completely blocked.
Because standard Seller Support, Account Health phone queues, and executive correspondence have all stalled past their SLAs, could an Amazon Community Manager please look into Case ID 13123660972 and escalate this to the internal Catalog / Product Compliance leadership team to remove the organic certification requirement and reinstate our ASIN?
Thank you.
I need urgent help with a recent A-Z claim against us which resulted in a substantial and clearly incorrect seller funded refund.
Amazon approved a claim for a 16 parcel order of which 15 were delivered. The customer never claimed all 16 were missing, just 1. However they have been refunded for the entire order and our appeal with proof of this has been denied.
Order ID: 204-4729189-2318743
Seller Support Case ID: 13133252652 / 13154677422
Refund: £559.84 seller-funded
Correct disputed amount: £34.99
The order consisted of 16 separately tracked boxes of LVT flooring with a total value of £559.84.
The customer raised an A-to-z claim stating: “I ordered 16 pks but only received 15.”
They also messaged us on Amazon to say they got 15 parcels but one was missing in transit.
The customer therefore explicitly acknowledged receiving 15 of the 16 boxes.
Our courier admitted loss of the 1 parcel. However before we could offer a refund or a replacement the customer had filed an A-Z incorrectly for all 16 parcels (despite in their own claim comments admitting they got 15).
Fifteen separate tracking numbers show delivery on 29 July 2026 at 14:12 and signed receipt.
Only one parcel was not delivered and was subsequently confirmed lost by the courier.
We have never disputed the customer’s entitlement to a refund for that one missing box. Its value is £34.99.
However, the customer selected 16 of 16 units when submitting the claim and Amazon refunded the entire £559.84 order.
As a result, the customer has retained 15 delivered boxes worth £524.85 AND received a refund for those same 15 boxes.
We appealed and supplied:
• Customer acknowledgement that 15 of 16 boxes were received
• 15 separate tracking numbers confirming delivery
• Signed proof of delivery with GPS confirmation
• Delivery photograph
• Courier evidence showing only 1 parcel was missing
During the appeal, Amazon requested information from the customer. The customer did not respond. The appeal was subsequently CLOSED and the full £559.84 seller-funded refund remained in place.
Seller Support has now advised that the claim cannot be reopened or appealed and that Amazon cannot reverse the excess refund without the customer’s consent.
We have been instructed to contact the customer and ask them voluntarily to authorise reversal of £524.85.
This leaves us in an extremely unfair position. The buyer’s own statement and the carrier evidence both establish that 15 boxes were delivered.
Yet because the buyer has not responded, they are currently retaining both the £524.85 worth of delivered goods and the corresponding refund.
We respectfully request that an Amazon moderator review this case and, if possible, escalate it to the appropriate A-to-z or specialist team.
We are NOT requesting reversal of the £34.99 refund for the genuinely missing parcel. We are requesting reimbursement of the £524.85 that was refunded for 15 separately tracked parcels which were delivered, acknowledged as received and retained by the buyer. Can an Amazon moderator please assist with escalating this for manual review? Thank you.
