Hello Everyone,
We have been selling on amazon for last three years.
We received below notification on 8th of July.
Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days but we will inform you if additional time is required for your temporary review.
I am sure this is due our sales has doubled. Our sales is doubled purely starting two day prime and next day prime.
Our on time delivery rate is 95%.
There is around £290000 to be disbursed.
If this review goes on till 30 days, there will be over £500000 waiting to be disbursed.
Has anybody else gone through this process ? And does it take 30 days to review seller fulfilled orders?
We are in situation where we can increase sales but can not withdraw money for next 30 days due to increase sales.
Please share your experience and Can I request amazons staff to speed up process please?
We are in big cashflow issue now.
Many thanks
Hi @Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse
Thanks for this. I will refer to case ID: 12941384552 as requested from now on. Still no resolution. Will come back if still no outcome in 30 days.
Hi all, is there such a report that shows total sales of a particular or all SKU's in your inventory.
Scoured the reports and cant find anything remotely close.
I would have thought a report displaying total sales volumes for SKU's/asins over day/week/month/annual would have been invaluable to sellers....... the nearest I've found only shows individual sales.... and its such a pain to merge the data.
Something like SKU Blue Socks..... SALES 50..... last 30 days....
Any chance Amazon of a useful report?
I am in the same position and having had DD+7 apply to EU and Canada I already have a rolling total of €23,000 held by Amazon, the issue here is that the amount never decreases as it is rolling over all the time with small disbursements and the new sales adding to the total.
It is similar to the road toll charges, to maintain the account you need to have a minimum of €30 credit and then top up, so of course the €30 sits there and the only time you would get it back is if you closed the account, same with Amazon the only time that you would realise all your deferred amounts is if you stopped selling permanently.
This means that in Q4 if there is a huge increase in sales, the amount will increase incrementally and the larger disbursements will not come out until up to 4 weeks after the sale.
The other issue is that it is Amazon decide what the delivery time is and then add the 7 days, so 4 weeks is not unusual.
For a company the size of Amazon who must now be holding hundreds of millions of sellers funds, why can they not add an early disbursement with an interest payment, I would pay 5% for an early disbursement of funds to help cashflow and they could still hold an amount to cover refunds and A-Z and they could also put a reserve on a credit card of say €3000 to cover the same, they are already well protected with long term sellers who maintain a clean account and they know the history.
Many sellers can cope with this by borrowing and operating a kind of invoice discounting type of arrangement with a loan against the owed amount, I am also sure that there are sellers who cannot borrow and cannot afford to have Amazon keep a rolling amount of over €20k.
Hopefully my other accounts will delay until January and of course the other issue is once the DD+7 is introduced for the first time on an account, nothing at all is paid out for the first 3 - 4 weeks and this builds the rolling total that will eventually start to pay out day by day from the first sale but the original amount will never be realised until sales stop and the account is closed.
Have others found this difficult and how did they cope?
Hi @Seller_ZjZ4slOF0jHpk,
I am not sure who deleted your first comment. I am adding your post with the details below:
"1. The Handmade Reclassification exposed a bug that applies to Custom listings, probably only those created pre-2022. It took nearly 2 months of back and forth with SS (and a lot of investigation & testing by myself) to identify the issue. The issue stops Custom listings that are converted into Variation listings from being buyable. Essentially the system still thinks the customer needs to apply a custom selection, despite the listing having no customisation options. In the end, they essentially said they will probably never fix this issue as it only applies to a small proportion of sellers. In the end, I had/have (as I'm still working my way through hundreds of listings) to use a workaround (a workaround which I came up with) which extends the amount of time it takes to revamp my listings. Essentially, my issue is not important enough for the catalog team to spend time fixing. Not exactly a great look for Amazon.
2. I can bulk close listings If say, I wanted to stop selling my prints for a while but leave my greeting card listings open. But there is no way to bulk reopen listings. They all have to be done individually. With hundreds of listings, each with 22 variations - thus (so far) over 6000 listings - this is impractical and impossible to manage. So in the end, I just put everything on holiday mode.
3. Image uploads - Many of my listings share images. Size charts, generic back views of products, etc. Yet for every listing and every variation I have to upload the same images again and again. Highly repetitive and very very tedious.
4. Validation - The cumulative hours I have spent waiting for Amazon to validate all the fields in each listing before I can click submit is probably into the weeks by now. Again, very tedious.
5. I have lots of images (prints) of the same locations - just shot at different days, times, dusk, dawn, weather conditions, etc. Each is a valid product, just different choices for customers who may prefer one over the other. Yet, when it comes to landscape photography it is location, location, location. That's the number one thing people search and look for. Whether they like the image and size/frame options all come after that. So having the location in the title is very important. But to give an example, say Edinburgh Castle, as each title has to be unique (or it fails validation), and there is only so many ways I can rephrase "Edinburgh Castle", this leads to frustration and often titles that seem a little silly. Add on the fact that (again using Ed Castle as an example), I have many shots of it taken from Calton Hill, but I cannot use the word Calton anywhere as it is a registered brand. Seems daft that well known place names can't be used just because it applies to a brand that has nothing to do with the category you are in.
6. Moving goalposts. I have had to use AI to help me with the transition from Custom to Variations as the process is long, but the help files are often out-of-date. The feed files seem to constantly change (and why are some of the columns that have required fields hidden?) and I'm even having to update the AI on Amazon's changes. The latest one is the new Title character limits. The issue with that one (apart from the fact I now have to go back over hundreds of listings I thought I had finished updating to change them to the new rules), I still cannot figure out the logic that is being applied to the Title & Highlights fields. The UI and feed files seem to work differently, the 'help' page isn't exactly accurate or helpful and I'm mainly stuck having to keep my titles under 30-35 characters (or else they fail) despite the 75 character limit. Sometimes (on the same variations attached to a single parent), my brand name has been added to the front, on others, not). I can't figure out what the exact rules being applied actually are and there has been almost no feedback/update from Amazon about this on the forum posts.
7. Contacting seller support? Is that one meant to provoke? Absolutely everything is being done to stop us from being able to contact SS. Our issues are usually never listed and even if they are, you just go round in circles. Usually you have to pick an issue that has nothing to do with your actual issue just to get past it all and create a support case. And even then, you have to use email as the chat option is beyond useless. You get fobbed off with "it's not us, it's you" or chat's just shut down because they don't have an answer or they just send a generic help link and again, just shut you down. We're now having to use AI to phrase up our help requests as it seems that is now the only way SS can actually begin to understand what sometimes can be complex issues - I presume because they also are using AI to read and reply.
8. As I've become speedier at updating things just through muscle memory, being organised and doing this on a daily basis, I am constantly being forced mid-way through every few updates to 'prove I am a human' as Amazon seems to think I am going too fast so I must be a bot. I then have to refresh those pages and start all over again on them. Extremely frustrating.
It's late. I'm sure I could come up with plenty more. But since I've been updating my listings daily since Christmas (yes, Christmas), because of the bugs, workarounds (and pausing for nearly 2 months whilst helping SS investigate the Handmade issue which resulted in nothing - a workaround that I had identified early in the process, not them) and the complexity of trying to do what I need to via feed files (so stuck with doing them one-by-one via the UI), I have many issues with the listing process. This will do for now.
Oh, and not once, has clicking on any of the AI 'enhancements' buttons, AI image generation, or other AI 'help' buttons actually done anything useful. I either get nothing, a hanging process, or 'suggestions' that make no sense."
I would like to start a discussion about Amazon introducing an Auto-Rating system for Seller Feedback.
Currently, the vast majority of our buyers don't leave feedback unless they are upset. We all know that customers rarely go out of their way to leave a positive rating unless an incentive is offered (which is strictly against Amazon policy). Because the 99% of happy, silent customers don't count towards our metrics, unfair negative feedback hurts our accounts disproportionately.
Why not introduce an auto-rating system where sellers automatically receive a 5-star Seller Feedback rating if the buyer receives the item and raises no issues within 30 days?
Platforms like Vinted and eBay have already successfully implemented this type of strategy to reward sellers for smooth, problem-free transactions, but Amazon is lagging behind here. If a transaction goes perfectly and the customer is satisfied enough to keep the item without complaint, that is by definition a 5-star fulfillment experience.
Has anyone else thought about this? How can we get the Amazon forum moderators to pass this suggestion up to the leadership team?
If Amazon are keeping to their policy you would have had a warning when OTDR first dropped below 90% giving you 30 days to improve. If your OTDR was still below 90% after that 30 days then they would take action
55.37% for a 2 week period is very low, the heatwave could have knocked it this low but you would need to have had issues before this for them to suspend your listings.
Other sellers have reported issues in getting reinstated once they have had listings deactivated for low OTDR. Policy says that if you commit to use buy shipping, Automated Handling Time and SSA for 180 days then you will have your listings reinstated.
We had an order with reference number 026-8647000-8013930. The buyer initially felt the price was too high, so we negotiated a refund, and on 30 June, Amazon sent an email confirming that the refund had been processed successfully.
However, yesterday the buyer left us negative feedback
6 July 2026 026-8647000-8013930
Order cancelled with the seller’s agreement – credit promised but not received
We feel very wronged. We have already issued a refund as requested, so why are we still being affected by this negative feedback? Amazon won’t let us remove this feedback either.
If he hasn’t received the refund, he should seek assistance from Amazon Customer Service; alternatively, there may be an issue with Amazon’s refund system.
I feel so helpless.

Hi everyone, and hello to the Amazon Community Managers.
I am writing on behalf of a British business (Edinco LTD) to flag a severe backend ledger glitch that frontline Seller Support has completely ignored for over 30 continuous days.
Amazon’s fulfillment centers have physically received, opened, and completely missed our high-value products without taking any responsibility. Instead, frontline support is stuck in a loop, continuously using an automated 6-month system expiration flag to close our files without human review.
🚨 The Scale of the Warehouse Loss
Amazon has physically lost a massive total of 1,297 high-value units across four shipments, destroying our business capital:
Shipment FBA15L3B8X2W: 200 Units Shipped, 199 Units Completely Missing.
Shipment FBA15HSQZP31: 400 Units Shipped, 399 Units Completely Missing
Shipment FBA15KB3ZQBG: 200 Units Shipped, 199 Units Completely Missing.
Shipment FBA15HJS2JM4: 500 Units Shipped, 500 Units Completely Missing
⚖️ UK Statutory Law vs. Internal 6-Month Policy
Amazon's internal dashboard timelines do not override United Kingdom law. Under the UK Limitation Act 1980 (Section 5), contract breaches carry a statutory limitation window of six (6) years, not six months. We filed five separate structural disputes well within your internal operational windows (Case IDs: 11994869532, 11994717782, 11750264242, 11750415922, 11750459212). Amazon’s internal operational backlogs cannot erase our statutory legal rights.
🔍 Irrefutable Proof of Physical Custody & System Glitches
1. Flawless Physical Weight Match: For shipment FBA15L3B8X2W, our manufacturer's packing list logs the box weight as exactly 12.70 KG. Amazon's internal carrier workflow dashboard records the carrier weight as exactly 12.70 KG. The system could not log this identical weight down to the decimal point if the physical package was never handed over.
2. The Single-Unit Warehouse Liability Admission: Across three separate shipments (FBA15L3B8X2W, FBA15HSQZP31, FBA15KB3ZQBG), Amazon's warehouses checked in exactly 1 single unit as "Warehouse Lost" (Reimbursement IDs: 8237695182 and 7145363182). Under the common law of Bailment, a warehouse cannot log a unit as "Warehouse Lost" unless the entire box was successfully delivered and opened by your staff. Amazon cannot take custody to pay for 1 unit and then claim the rest of the box disappeared.
3. Duplicated Ledger Glitch: Support agents are reading corrupted backend data—claiming Reimbursement ID 7617569582 (£470.00) covers these shipments, when that specific ledger credit belongs entirely to an unrelated, paid shipment (FBA15K615H48).
🙏 Request to Amazon Community Managers:
Frontline support is stuck reading a glitched database screen. We have uploaded matching supplier invoices, carrier receipts, physical box photos, and clear weight confirmations across all of these cases, but have faced 30 days of absolute silence.
Could a Forum Moderator please step in and manually route Case IDs 12871419682, 12892057382, 12900425722, and 12895029312 to a Senior Inbound Operations Lead or Technical Account Manager? We need a human supervisor to bypass the automated policy blocks and review these cases on their true physical merits.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
