Hello @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP
We’re experiencing ongoing Buy Box issues on several of our listings. The affected ASINs are: B004OA1XD0, B004OA1XE4, B00ULFHPNY, and B00ULFHOOE. Please see the key points below:
-We are brand registered on Amazon.
-Nobody else stocks our brand, Texpeed, as we do not distribute to other sellers or companies.
-Therefore, we are the only eligible seller and should rightfully be winning the Buy Box.
-The product is listed at £89.99 on our own website, and £79.99 on eBay.
-Our Amazon price is also £79.99.
However, Amazon keeps insisting that we lower the price to £69.99, which is simply not viable due to our already small margins.
We meet all other Buy Box eligibility requirements, including customer service metrics.
I’ve already contacted the Managing Director team and, unfortunately, the responses I’m receiving have become increasingly repetitive and dismissive. It seems the core issue is not being properly understood.
Removing us from the Buy Box serves no one’s interest:
-We are experiencing a 50% decline in sales.
-Customers are missing out on a good value, well-reviewed product.
-Amazon loses the associated fees from potential sales.
Important: This issue has occurred before. A few years ago, we faced a major Buy Box problem where around 80% of our listings were affected. After weeks of back and forth, the issue was finally resolved when a manual override was applied to the Buy Box by Amazon’s technical team.
Given the clear similarity in circumstances, Amazon needs to apply a manual override to these affected ASINs. This solution has previously resolved the issue effectively and would avoid further unnecessary disruption to our business, so please just help and listen to me!
