This Book is from 1978 (almost 40 years old) and is listed as NEW !

Obviously it isin't and is misleading to the buyer and it's just to get the buy box (featuted offer)

I have messaged the seller about this scam & I hope Amazon take note and take action, its just NOT fair

Actually, a letter before action addressed directly to the customer usually gets a result before it gets anywhere near Court. . Its an inexpensive solution, just a few minutes to google a template and a tracked signed for stamp !

I would appeal it for the sake of it first as its evidence to the Court that legal action is the last resort. . If you are successful though do not expect a full reimbursement. Amazon usually withhold commission and postage and in my experience give you a refund based on their estimated cost of sales in the case of apparel it a flat rate deduction of around 40%.

Any moderators out there that can give some advice on this please

My shipment was confirmed delivered 27 days ago, but it's been stuck without any updates or progress since then.

I cannot open an investigation into this delay even though it was been checked in supposedly on 6 June, it now seems to be stuck.

Had over 40 shipments since all go through as they should.

Any advice on how to deal with this as getting nowhere with seller support just the standard generic replies that really make no sense at all.

Really disappointed in Amazon. Chinese seller has created a listing for a new product using a previous ASIN. this 'new to the market product' now has over 400 reviews all of which are for a completely different product to the one they are selling. I believe this is called review/ ASIN hijacking?. I have reported it at least 30 times and Amazon have done nothing, even though its against seller guidelines. Our brand is being personally affected by this and we have seen at least 40-50% loss in sales as soon as this product came on. The ASIN in questions is ‎B0DZ2C151C . Does anyone know what we can do for Amazon to actually take action?

Hoping we can get some help here, we’ve made many cases on SS but the majority are not understanding the situation and we are losing thousands per month which will only increase if this is not sorted soon. We are currently 6 months in regarding the issue without a resolution.

The issue:

Amazon automatically and suddenly after 1 years of selling decided to change the visibility of our Brand and ASINs (not sure how, maybe browse node?), which in turn has made our listing unsearchable for all organic keywords. (not indexed)

We are only currently searchable by Amazon ads / searching our ASIN directly / searching for long tail low volume phrases / searching our brand name. Everything else, we have completely lost rank for.

I have provided evidence of this attached to case ID: 11204681412, for our main high volume keywords our ASIN used to have around 2.5% share of the impressions (we were consistntly top 10 on the first page organically) but 6 months ago this has fallen to 0%. Since then our organic rank has disappeared completely with our ASIN not being able to be found on any of the pages for the same keywords (hence 0% asin impression share).

We can also tell we have lost rank because our sales have gone from 40+ per day to 1-2 (which the ads are contributing to, as these still seem to work)

I have also tried to manually do an upload file to try to change the browse nodes, but this has not worked. The browse nodes were fine for 1+ years and are still correctly asigned in the backend of my listing.

Seller support say the listing is active, the asins in question are not flagged as adult products and the search feature is working as it should before proceeding to send me listing optimisation articles all of which I have read.

I am running out of options, therefore decided to put out this post to see if an Amazon admin or anyone on the forum can help us solve this. We are generating no organic sales, and losing all our rank to competitors which we spent 1.5 years gaining.

I've recently noticed my listings are showing a 2 or 3 day window for delivery on my seller fulfilled listings. They used to be next day, which helped me get the buy box.

I've started using Royal Mail 24 hour service which is a next day service, but delivery to Scottish addresses often take a day longer. which has really impacted my OTDR and dropped it down to about 90%.

I tried asking Seller Support for advice on how to remedy this but got the usual 'cut and paste' type response that the OTDR percentage reflects my performance - after being on hold for 40 minutes.

But I need to know what's the best way to workaround this from the following options,

Automated: Use Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) for precise calculations - will this actually help improve my OTDR?

Manual: Customize transit times by region (Scotland) through shipping templates - is this easy to do - and will this actually help improve my OTDR?

OR - Do I manually set my delivery times to 2 days now so that my OTDR picks up? - This would improve my OTDR, but would I still be losing the buy box because of it?

If any of the AMZ admins are on hand to offer some advice it would be much appreciated @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP - is this your field?

Report them to Amazon for making threats and clearly trying to scam you.

It is possible in some cases where items are left on doorsteps, they go missing, but I have been selling online for over 40 years, and that message rings every bell as being a scammer. And most importantly, do not resend, or you will just end up losing 2 items.

Hi All

Anyone else noticed an issue with their Premium Delivery Performance Metrics?

In particular On Time Delivery Rate. Ours has dropped to 94.7% which has made us not eligible. However, my experience is that the time period Amazon should be assessing is a trailing 30 days up to 10 days ago (so in effect 40 days to 10 days in the past).

When I look at my metrices it says the assessment period is 15th June - 21st June. That is a 6 day period up to 6 days in the past.

Tried seller support with the usual outcome (nonsense). Althoug one of them said Amazon assess the last seven days AND 30 days. Does that make any sense?

Hello all,

For years I was using a cheap £40 HP printer to print my amazon FNSKU barcode labels. It largely worked but did have issues and so I thought I'd upgrade.

I print on A4 paper which has 21 barcode labels per sheet.

I then bought a Brother printer which was useless, and since then I have bought an Epson EcoTank which is even more useless! I'm so tired of these printers. The Epson was recommended as a good printer of labels but yet it jams so frequently.

Thermal printers are not an option for me for a number of reasons I won't get into.

I was just wondering and praying really that someone could recommend me a decent regular printer for this?

Reimbursement for lost items

Has anyone noticed that Amazon are suddenly paying less for lost items?

I have just been reimbursed £40 for 3 units that would have sold at £180 in total.

Last week I got reimbursed £117 for 6 units that would have sold at £240.

I understand that the reimbursements are meant to reflect the net amount we would have received but these 2 seem very low.
