Thank you for your help. We had five products that were unavailable for sale on July 30th. One has been restored, but our appeal for the remaining four has been rejected. I believe I have provided sufficient evidence. We also included blade length dimensions in the product images. Our blade is only 0.22 inches, and other sellers also sell similar products.

Regarding the funds seized from my UK store

I have the same situation and I haven't received my funds for 8 months. They said they seized them. Amazon is a big fraudulent company that makes money by seizing the funds of sellers through this business and they do not respond in any way. Because their employees are completely uninformed and ignorant people. I hope you can get your funds but it seems very difficult. They will not give those funds to me, brother.

Hi

Everyone,I have 4 ASIN that was blocked from being sent to FBA due to a compliance request for an SDS. I submitted the SDS, and it was approved very quickly.However, when I try to create or resume the FBA shipment, I still get an error saying the shipment is restricted for compliance reasons.

"This ASIN has been identified as a product which requires safety compliance documentation."

Seller Support confirmed that everything is approved (and that my ASIN has been classified as non-hazmat) and that this is a known technical bug, but it’s been 8 days with no fix or update.I’m now out of stock and really need this resolved. Has anyone experienced the same issue, or is there any way to escalate this with Amazon?

Dear Amazon Account Health Team and Community Managers,

We urgently need support regarding a prolonged KYC review that is putting our entire business at risk.

We have been selling on Amazon for nearly eight years and have always had a positive relationship with the platform. On request, we submitted all KYC documents over A MONTH ago and have since had little to no feedback. Our last disbursement was in mid October, and although our account continues to sell as normal, we are unable to withdraw any funds.

We are currently owed a significant amount that we cannot access, while Amazon continues to charge advertisement costs directly from our bank account, incurring substantial daily charges. This situation is bleeding the business dry. We are now struggling to pay staff, suppliers, invoices, and other essential monthly expenses required to keep the business running.

Having spent years building this company, creating jobs, paying taxes, and supporting our supply chain. Watching it slowly bleed dry due to an unresolved verification issue, with no clear timeline or explanation is causing us immense problems.

We respectfully request that Amazon urgently review our case, release our funds where appropriate, or at the very least provide a clear update and realistic timeframe so we can plan accordingly.

we have a return that has been opened that day after the 30 days it sem they have used a dubious reason we have contacted them through amazon message for them to expand on the reason and they have chose to ignore us completely they have not got a contact number either they also have not even attempted to return the product i have some fishy feeling they will open a atoz for some reason and still not return the product this is the reason used as mentioned the buyer hasn't or will not expand on what they mean as we have sold 100s of these emergency lights to customer's like the nhs and they have never said anything about the quality and they a compliant to British regulations there is just something fishy about the whole thing as it is now 8 days since opened and no response to us at all and with no buyer phone number make me suspicious about it like they are hiding something from us

New FBA listing - 8 day delivery window

Hi

We launched a new product on Amazon UK about 6 weeks ago, in the cookware category.

Everything was checked in without issues during the first few days.

The problem we have had is that half the time the listing is showing as Prime next day delivery, the rest of the time it is showing a 7-8 day delivery time.

For example yesterday it was showing Prime next day delivery. Today, 5th December, it is showing delivery 12th December for Prime members.

I've checked the inventory ledger to see if the products are in FC transfer but they are not. The stock is also spread across many different FC's, so it's not an issue with a particular FC. This is massively impacting sales as you can imagine, we are selling 5 units per day when it is showing next day delivery, but then selling nothing when delivery switches to 7 days. All the other products in the category are showing Prime Next Day Delivery. It's also massively affecting our advertising conversion rate, so I'm thinking of stopping ads until this is resolved.

Came in the post today and also on email.

Seems that 8% fuel surcharge (although fuel prices have dropped massively since this went up from 4% to 8%)

Green charge levy on business customers (stealth price raise)

Christmas surcharge on business customers (although Royal Mails quality of service is the worst in years with the largest ever fine for 2nd year running with even bigger QOS target losses) and your paying more for less service

2 price increases a year.

Now charging for things that were free to the business customer, seems this Czech billionaire wants to catch up with Musk and Bezos

An example of the negative impact of SSA - parcel is on it's way and will likely be delivered tomorrow, a day late on the 5th

BUT...

Customer Return Request Comment - 'On the item it said it would be delivered today, however according to Amazon it won’t be until 8/9th December! I ordered it specifically for the next day delivery'

It will be delivered before the 8/9th but customer is after a return specifically because of Amazon estimated delivery being so loooong - and wrong

C'mon Amazon admin - do your thing please - this estimation of delivery times is harming us!

Same spot as you. They cant verify my business which is stupid as other payment provider platforms like ebay/vinted pro both had no issues verifying my business. And yes im a UK resident and business thats traded on Amazon for 8 years. All from changing my address.

Ive not had any support or appeal process since day one back in September. Its their rubbish automated systems and lack of effort mentality to be bothered manually reviewing stuff.

Id recommend going down the Financial Ombudsman route as I've heard some have had success getting their documents verified this way. My investigator still looking into my issue.

Not much else you can do as Amazon wont listen or care as its all copy and paste responses from them.
