on Oct 10, all of the parent ASINs in my "Manage my inventory page" were gone, leaving behind scattered standalone Child ASINs. I dont know why and how it happened. talked to support agent and they had no idea, couldnt find the reason or provide help except for telling me to make new parent asins and add all child asins again. but i have more than 500 individual listings and there were atleast 40 variations in some of them. What should i Do? Does any body else faced this issue. All listings in my inventory are standalone, parentless No grouping no variations together.

Premium Delivery Not Showing!?

Any idea why my premium delivery isn't showing to customers? For the last 2 weeks it was showing customers 2 days for next day delivery instead of 1, now these last 2 days its not even showing customers the option, my metrics are fine all 100%. ive changed nothing so why would it suddenly dissapear? Doesnt make sense, also sales are down 40% on last year which seems very unusual.

I tried seller support for the first time in a year and wow its got even worse than it already was, i couldnt even open a proper case the only options were phone or live chat so did live chat and had to chat to A.I bot that didnt have a clue, each message took about 5 mins for them to send, told me that because my VTR is 83% my premium delivery has been revoked, yet my premium delivery metrics are all 100% and says im eligble.

Hi, do you have any update regarding your situation? Same thing happened to me 3 days ago, I used have BB share between 40-70 % across all my 350 ASINs, from out of nowhere it dropped to 0% on all ASINs in DE. My account metrics are fine, I am using only FBA and have 700 health. Seems like other regions were not affected, only my main one - DE.

Amazon have changed all my print sizes, for example each variation button would have the relevant size like "A1 Print Only - 23.5 x 33.1 inches" now each variation button has the size in cms ie 80 x 40 cms and i can't seem to change it back or overide.

Since the change has accurred my print sales have desceased, any ideas would be welcome on how to chnage back.

Until sellers are given the option to comment on reviews i'd prefer it to stay down there.

Unless your willing to give away stuff for free (Amazon Vine) the usual amazon launch is just waiting long enough for the courier to mess up an order and then your hit with a 1 star review, which heavily effects getting products off the ground on launch. The customers are also free to post blatant lies about your product and you can't even get it removed.

Real life example.

We sell luxury Linen Sheets which are made from pure 100% linen, a customer has just straight up lied and said out sheets are 50% cotton and 50% linen this is completely false and damages the reputation of the product. I've contacted Amazon and even included a picture of our label and composition and they refuse to remove it even though it's a straight lie.

Has anyone else suffered from the Delivery Promise Extension problems?

We sell using SFP, and have lost all of our Next Day delivery offers, which are now at least 2 days. This means our buyers see delivery in 2 days, Amazon forces us to use Next Day options, unfairly making us spend extra money. As we all know, we also lose all the featured offers as these go to the sellers offering Next Day delivery (Including Amazon themselves....) and often at higher prices. We are effectively being blocked unfairly here.

Seller Support are as normal, useless, and direct us to the metrics page without answering why this is happening. See below the Amazon reasoning for the 0.4 day delivery padding:

Your delivery promises were extended by 0.4 calendar days on average to reduce late deliveries to buyers. This improved your on-time delivery rate by 0.1%.

Promise extensions:

0.4 calendar days

On-time delivery without promise extensions:

99.8%

On-time delivery with promise extensions:

99.9%

What I would like to know is where can we appeal this? Where can we change this? What can we do about this?

If you sell volume on Amazon you will understand that things like this cost 50%+ of daily sales revenue to disappear, and yet what more do Amazon want? 99.8% OTD (Without extension) 100% on the other metrics....

We received an email from amazon telling us our account has been placed under temporary review. We responded to them via email within an hour of receiving the email with recent order delivery confirmations, screenshots, tracking ID's etc. All of our labels are purchased via Amazon buy shipping and the tracking numbers are automatically updated immediately.

No email response has been given as of yet. I have called Amazon regarding this and they have said the review could take up to 30 days.

Also we have noticed our PPC budget pauses at 50% which has impacted sales and loss of product rankings.

Has anyone else faced this issue and how do we expediate this review?

First Listing, Product approval issues

Hi All,

We are new to Selling on Amazon, we have recently purchased our 1st Product (800no. units) our payment terms with our manufacturer is 50% deposit to allow Production and the remaining 50% prior to Shipping.

we have successfully register our Brand & achieved GSIN exemption, however we are encountering issues with the product approval (proof of ownership) we have submitted the invoice multiple times, bank statements showing transactions and we keep receiving rejected applications for or product approval, We think the issue is due to the invoice only showing payment of 50% (Deposit) and not settled amount

can we ask experienced sellers what is the most practical way to launch a new product ?

1. Purchase the minimum amount in full and receive fully satisfied invoice - Risk product been rejected by Amazon and stranded stock issues, then re-order once product is approved

2. request 2no. invoices per order, as such, we submit an fully satisfied invoice for the initial 50% deposit - the issue with this is complicating bookkeeping and accounting

We just wondered how the experienced sellers navigate this process,

Yesterday I listed a 1980 paperback with a cover price of £1.85. I thought it was quite an interesting book and was well worth ££6 (+ £2.80 postage) There were 5 other sellers. 1 "Collectable" at about £25. There were 3 at about £2.(all GOOD or VERY GOOD But the buy box holder with a NEW book at £1.85 with free postage was .................... Amazon!!

Within 2 hours of listing my book was suspended for "high pricing"

I currently have 9 books suspended for high pricing most of them with this same scenario . ie Amazon claiming to have a NEW copy of a 45 year old book -- listing it at a 45 year old price -- and then saying the average delivery time is 5-6 months.

The reality is ,of course, Amazon do not have a NEW copy of the book and have no prospect of getting one.

When I try to "rectify my error" one of the solutions is to match the lowest price ie £1.85 with free postage. What normal sellers can sell books at this price?

What is really puzzling is that although they are preventing other sellers from selling they themselves cannot sell as they dont actually possess the book.

I am assuming that many other sellers must have noticed this problem. This combined with the "you need permission to sell" problem means there must be many hundreds of thousands of books lying in seller's store rooms with no prospect of ever selling.

Amazon must be persuaded to stop this iniquitous practice
