I have the same issue this morning.

I have over 1000 notifications about category changes on my products. Checked them and they have no sales rank in any category.

Checked a few "top 100" sales and for example the top 5 lines in "Mens Slippers" are sandals?!

I have products that were ranked literally 3000 in fashion yesterday and are now 250k in fashion this morning, its impossible to drop that much in 12 hours.

There is so much that doesn't work, as others have said. Things that have been raised repeatedly over many years, which still don't work. We don't even bother reporting issues any more, just move products to other channels.

1) Customer services do not/cannot resolve simple listing issues. It's not uncommon to have a thread with 10-20 messages in, where another platform would resolve in a single contact.

2) Products constantly removed from sale for X reason, Y reason, by mistake, suppressed etc etc. Other channels don't do this so you have to spend zero time fixing listing issues, trying to get listings reinstated.

3) Product listings impossible to correct if there are errors in them. Revising a listing on other channels takes less than a minute. On Amazon this can take (and I'm not exaggerating) days or weeks, or usually go unresolved.

4) Wrong images in listings which are impossible to fix

5) Showing customers 'size guides' which are generic and have nothing to do with the actual product

6) EANs assigned to incorrect products and impossible to change, so you can't list a product to begin with.

7) Sizes listed incorrectly (e.g. barcode for a UK size 10 is listed on Amazon as a size 8) - impossible to fix, therefore impossible to sell. We have thousands of products that we can't even list on Amazon one reason or another. 100% of items are listed on other channels.

8) I am amazed that Amazon still rely on spreadsheets and CSV files so heavily to list. This is a block for lots of people who are not tech savvy. It can take ages to troubleshoot a file issue sometimes to list an item.

9) Difficult to assign child items to parent listings and/or change the child items in a listing (e.g. if you get a new colour of the same product)

10) 'Contact Seller Support— Request corrections to product detail pages when standard edits aren't working' - this is hilarious. 95% of issues we report to Seller Support are never resolved (they might mark them as resolved, but what actually happens is that they either just do this or we give up with the issue after 10-20 contacts going round in circles and getting auto-replies). In our experience it's pointless contacting Seller Support. We just give up and sell the items through a different channel, where listing is simple and quick.

11) Mis-matching information. We have products that we add to listings where the product title says Medium and the dropdown says Large for example. Then you get returns from customers saying things like "I've ordered this item 3 times from 3 different sellers and you've all sent the wrong size"

12) Telling us that listings can't be changed without the brand owners permission when the brand is not a retailer and has never sold (and will never sell) on Amazon. The brand have no relationship with Amazon. Listings are just dead at this point.

13) Licensed products. Good luck with this one! You try listing Disney, Marvel, Liverpool FC, Paw Patrol etc on Amazon. I totally understand that you need to protect buyers and brands and have proof of our supply chain. We send endless letters, contracts etc and they are just repeatedly rejected. Barcodes are assigned to the licensed manufacturers, manufacturers provide all letters/agreements. Manufacturers of licensed products that we have had relationships with for 10-20 years. No issue listing on any other platform. Given up trying to list on Amazon. All the fees for these products go to other marketplaces. Absolutely pointless exercise trying to sell on Amazon (unless you want to have a mental breakdown). Generally a retailer has no direct relationship with the brand owner. Here's how licensing works,

BRAND OWNER (LICENSOR) (e.g. Disney) signs a licensing agreement with a MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER (LICENSEE), who supply licensed products to a RETAILER, who sell products to a CONSUMER/CUSTOMER. The retailer has a relationship with the licensed manufacturer, who make the products. Asking a retailer to get authorisation direct from Disney is just not going to happen (it's like saying you can only film a school play if you get full permission from Steven Spielberg or Christopher Nolan!)

There isn't a 'Disney factory' who make every Disney product!

Amazon need to protect authenticity by contacting Disney and asking them to provide a list of authorised licensed manufacturers. If a retailer can then prove products have been supplied by one of these authorised licensed manufacturers, with invoices/letters etc, problem solved.

Most of these issues have existed for years. Just a few that I can think of off the top of my head!

we pay a premium subscription with premium fees attached is it to much to ask for a professional support instead of what appears to be now a fully automated support system that is not fit for purpose not only cannot it not read messages in English but is unable to even look or recognise images?

I now have a seller support case open with 100 pages of back and forth not 100 replies but 100 pages.

Does anybody have a list of current active mods so that I can tag them?

@Seller_l7Jtck9jxnEA0a few points the brand I was trying to list is not on Amazonthe brands that your brand registry has accepted have nothing to do with this brand. The Brands they have accepted have the word Albion in them but are nothing to do with each other mine is a world famous football club WEST BROMWICH ALBION an English football club your brand registry say I need to contact a Japanese pottery firm or a Canadian food company and ask the, for approval for an English football team if this does not show the absurdity of Amazons brand registry then nothing ever will this afternoon I have a zoom call with Amazon management in which this will be one of many issues that will be discussed

No @Seller_l7Jtck9jxnEA0this has not helped as you have not addressed the questions I am waiting almost 2 months on so I will repeat them for you

Having a case that has over one hundreds pages ues pages not 100 replies how is reporting a named rep on this case for inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour end up with me getting a violation? Is it now acceptable for Amazon reps to behave in such a manner and if we complain we will get violations and threats from Amazon for doing so?

Unfortunately, a 100% deduction wasn't possible because of Amazon's system limitations. I also didn't want to give even 1% of the refund to this scammer.

I get what you're saying, but by not giving them 1% you've guaranteed they received 100%. Even if you win the appeal at this point, the buyer won't have their card re-charged for the transaction, you'll just be reimbursed the value of the refund by Amazon.

Either way the scammer got away with it.

It sounds to me like you contacted the buyer through the messaging system and uploaded the images there. It sounds like you didn't perform a refund reduction.

If that's right, you've been shot in the foot by Amazon's ridiculous system. If a return is received and no refund is put through within 48 hours, an A-to-Z will always go against you. What you're supposed to do in situations like this is perform a 100% refund reduction through the returns system. Unfortunately it's not possible to perform a 100% reduction due to system errors, so you actually have to do a 99% reduction.

Your best bet of it being overturned now is the managing director email. Beyond that, you might have to start looking at legal options.

What I didn't expect was that the A-to-Z system would ignore the actual evidence and focus only on whether a refund had been processed within the timeframe. Had I known that, I would have handled the refund differently, despite believing the buyer was attempting to commit return fraud.

Anyway if moderator not help i will took to small claim court.

Premium Delivery not working
by Seller_UdCB3aWxjRwo9
Amazon replied

Any other FBM’ noticing their premium delivery options have stopped working on their listings since yesterday?

Our otdr is 98% and vtr is 100% and PD eligibility is allowed. We hit our PD metrics with 100% each week so this isn’t performance related.

Our standard delivery is working and showing correct so know we’re not being padded either. It’s just the ‘or fastest delivery by…’ is missing off all listings. We don’t use SSA so know it’s not courier predictions either.

Scrolling through the search page in fact I can’t see any ‘or fastest delivery by…’ on anyone’s products so have Amazon removed premium delivery off all FBM sellers running up in the final week to Father’s Day?

Hello Moderators,

I am writing here as a last resort because our account validation process is completely stuck in a loop, and standard Seller Support channels have stopped responding to our open cases. We are facing a critical deadline and need a moderator to escalate this to the internal compliance/verification team.

🚨 The Issue:

Our account (KESEM TRADE S.R.L., based in Romania) is currently deactivated due to incomplete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We spoke with the Account Health team, who initiated an internal review and stated we would be able to supply our updated documentation within 72 hours.

However, it has been well past that window, and our dashboard under Settings > Account Info > Identity Information remains hard-locked with a red "Verification Failed" banner. Because of this state, the portal is completely locked down - there are absolutely no upload fields, "Change," or "Submit" buttons available for us to provide the files.

We must complete this KYC process urgently to clear our DAC-7 tax information requirement before the strict August 16, 2026 enforcement deadline.

📄 What We Have Ready:

We have worked extensively to ensure our compliance documents are 100% airtight and ready for a manual review:

Statute Document: A single combined PDF containing our official Articles of Incorporation (Actul Constitutiv) paired with a fresh ONRC Extended Company Extract (Certificat Constatator), explicitly verifying the company name, registered address, 100% sole shareholder name, and business activities.

Registered Business Address Proof: A recent gas utility bill (ENGIE) where the company name, billing address, and physical consumption/service address all match our Seller Central registered address exactly (Piata Sfatului no. 12 Ap. 3, Brasov).

🛠️ What We Need:

Because Seller Support is not responding to our emails, we need a technical reset on our portal. We need our identity section forced back into an "Information Required" or "In Progress" state so the document submission widgets reappear.

Case ID for Reference: 12947467202

Could one of you please look into this case and escalate it to the European KYC specialist team to force-open our document upload capability? We have all compliant documentation sitting in our files ready to go.

Thank you for your urgent help,

Tom

EPR Registration in Ireland
by Seller_7daRy4dj9pQX0

recently received an email from Amazon about the EPR packaging requirements.

I'm a very small seller and use only around 100 kg of packaging per year

Has anyone else been in the same situation? Were you able to claim an exemption, and if so, what was the process? Did you need to provide any documents or simply contact Seller Support?
