I have had an ongoing Seller Central case since 22 July 2026 and I am hoping someone from Amazon can actually look into it and get it resolved.

This is affecting my Account Health, where I currently have a rating of 252, and the issue is still showing as pending with a critical/high-risk impact. I am a relatively new seller and I do not want something this serious sitting against my account while Amazon continues an internal review for weeks.

The original issue was a simple and genuine mistake. An AI-generated suggestion was used when creating the listing and I did not review the suggested wording carefully enough before it was submitted. I accept that I should have checked it properly, but there was no intention to mislead anyone or breach Amazon policy. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I tried to correct it and have cooperated with the appeal process ever since.

I have repeatedly supplied the information and evidence requested, including being asked for substantially the same information more than once. On 1 August, Amazon told me that the investigation could take up to 10 business days, yet that period has now passed and I am still being told to wait additional business days.

A normal listing mistake which has been acknowledged and actively corrected should not turn into weeks of uncertainty over a seller's account, particularly when the seller has complied with the requests made during the review.

I know Amazon Seller Support receives a lot of criticism, and situations like this are exactly why people increasingly question whether very large online platforms need stronger independent or regulatory oversight when their decisions can have such a serious effect on small businesses.

For now, however, I simply want this case resolved. If somebody from Amazon who can actually access and escalate Seller Central cases sees this, could you please get this in front of the appropriate team and obtain a final decision?

Hello Amazon Moderators,

I need help escalating Case 13143295052 concerning what appears to be an FBA receiving/reconciliation error.

Shipment FBA15M1RS5S0:

248 units of CURATICK-10 (FNSKU X002J1U6HN) were sent.

Amazon's reconciliation initially showed:

6 units received

242 units: “Different item received from shipment FBA15M0GJNJ1 as FNSKU B0GM87NKP3”

The problem is that FBA15M0GJNJ1 is a completely different earlier shipment, and B0GM87NKP3 is CURATICK-5.

Amazon's own records now show those 242 + 6 = 248 units as CURATICK-5 inventory under the earlier shipment reference.

However, that earlier shipment contained only 360 CURATICK-5 units, and its own reconciliation shows 360 expected / 362 located.

There is also an important comparison: a subsequent shipment, FBA15M380BB6, contained the same CURATICK-10 product with the same packaging and labelling method, and Amazon correctly received all 52 units as CURATICK-10.

Seller Support has suggested “mislabelling”, but this does not explain Amazon's own contradictory shipment and inventory records. Even if an isolated unit had a labelling issue, that would not establish that all 248 units were mislabelled.

I have contacted Seller Support three separate times about this issue, but despite explaining the discrepancy in detail, I have not been able to obtain an explanation or resolution.

Could an Amazon moderator please escalate Case 13143295052 for an FC-level physical inventory investigation?

I specifically need Amazon to:

  1. Locate and physically check the affected 248 units.
  2. Explain why they were attributed to a different shipment/FNSKU.
  3. Prevent the affected units being fulfilled as CURATICK-5 while investigated.
  4. Correct the inventory to CURATICK-10 where confirmed.

I have screenshots showing all of the above and will attach them to this post.

UPDATE – Seller Support is not addressing the actual discrepancy

I have now received another response from Seller Support regarding Case 13143295052, but unfortunately they are answering a different question from the one being asked.

The Amazon records show a very clear sequence:

FBA15M0GJNJ1 – CURATICK-5 (B0GM87NKP3)360 units were sent on 7 July. Amazon recorded 360 units received on 16 July.

FBA15M1RS5S0 – CURATICK-10 (X002J1U6HN)We then sent 248 CURATICK-10 units. Each unit consisted of two 5-piece retail boxes sealed together in clear cellophane, with the visible manufacturer barcodes covered and Amazon FNSKU X002J1U6HN applied to the bundle.

However, on 23 July Amazon recorded 242 CURATICK-5 units as receipts against the earlier shipment FBA15M0GJNJ1, despite the 360 units from that shipment already having been received.

Amazon says these 242 units from FBA15M1RS5S0 were “mislabelled” and provided photographs of single CURATICK-5 boxes.

We therefore asked Amazon for the traceability evidence proving that the single CURATICK-5 boxes photographed actually came from FBA15M1RS5S0.

Seller Support specifically asked the FC team for this proof.

The latest response says the FC reviewed “physical units and traceability records”, but does not provide or explain any record linking those photographed single boxes to FBA15M1RS5S0.

Instead, we were given the general inventory reconciliation for X002J1U6HN (667 receipts, 10 returns, 640 shipments, etc.). That does not answer the question.

Three fundamental questions therefore remain unanswered:

1. What evidence proves that the single CURATICK-5 boxes photographed by the FC actually came from FBA15M1RS5S0?

2. If 242 units were found mislabelled in FBA15M1RS5S0, why were they recorded as receipts against the completely different earlier shipment FBA15M0GJNJ1?

3. What physically happened to the 242 CURATICK-10 bundles – two boxes sealed together in clear cellophane and labelled X002J1U6HN – that we sent to Amazon?

This is no longer simply a question about a labelling error. Amazon's own shipment, receiving and inventory records require reconciliation.

Could an Amazon moderator please help escalate Case 13143295052 to an appropriate senior FBA/FC inventory team that can investigate these specific questions rather than returning the case to the same standard Seller Support loop?

I have screenshots of the shipment contents, receiving transactions and FC responses supporting all of the above.

Hello Sellers,

If you fulfil your own orders on Amazon.co.uk, two metrics on your Account Health Dashboard deserve your close attention: Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) and Valid Tracking Rate (VTR). These directly affect your ability to sell through the Merchant Fulfilled Network — and when they slip, the consequences can be swift.

For this event, we also invited an experienced seller to provide you with real, actionable insights. Please welcome seller @Seller_d8YGbIjNqwFxn!

This post breaks down what each metric measures, why it matters to your business, and how to stay on the right side of the thresholds.

📉 Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)

What it measures: The percentage of seller-fulfilled orders where shipment was confirmed after the expected dispatch date, calculated over rolling 10-day and 30-day windows.

Threshold: Must stay below 4%

What happens if you exceed it: Your seller-fulfilled offers may be deactivated.

Common triggers:

  • Confirming shipment after the expected dispatch date
  • Delayed carrier collection or first scan
  • Inaccurate handling time settings in Seller Central

Why it matters: Late dispatch confirmations mean customers can't track their orders on time, leading to increased A-to-Z claims, negative feedback, and contacts to customer service — all of which erode your account health.

✅ Valid Tracking Rate (VTR)

What it measures: The percentage of your shipments with a valid tracking number that Amazon can verify through carrier scan events, calculated over a rolling 30-day period.

Threshold: Must maintain above 95% (at product category level)

What happens if you fall below it: Your seller-fulfilled sales in that category may be restricted.

Common triggers:

  • Using a carrier not integrated with Amazon
  • Entering incorrect tracking information or carrier name
  • Confirming shipment after the parcel has already been delivered
  • Tracking ID not generating a valid scan

UK-specific exemptions — these shipments are NOT counted towards your VTR:

  • Cross-border shipments below £20: Shipments to and from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Sweden or Belgium below £20 (including shipping, excluding VAT) are exempt from VTR if shipped using a “letter” method.
  • Untracked Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Letter stamps and franking are exempt from VTR if purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping (at no extra cost).
  • Digital products such as audiobooks.
  • Self-delivered shipments (that is, shipments that are delivered using your own logistics).

🛡️ Best Practices to Protect Your Metrics

  • Check your Account Health Dashboard weekly — don't wait for a warning notification
  • Use Amazon-integrated carriers such as Royal Mail (tracked services), DPD, Evri, Parcelforce, or Amazon Shipping to ensure scan events are received
  • Verify tracking details carefully — select the correct carrier name from the drop-down and double-check your tracking ID before confirming dispatch
  • Set realistic handling times — if you can't consistently dispatch within your stated window, adjust your settings in Shipping Settings
  • Consider Amazon's Buy Shipping service — labels purchased through Buy Shipping automatically reduce VTR defect risk and provide integrated tracking
  • Dispatch and confirm before your cut-off — ensure your carrier collects and scans parcels on the same day you confirm shipment

Hi

I have created some new products on Gs1 to obtain the barcodes. I did this about 10 days ago. I have checked, and they are active; however, they are not coming up on Amazon.

Anyone had similar and what can I do? I have emailed support but no response yet.

Thanks in advance Debbie

SFP and DELIVERY ETA ISSUES clear issue
by Seller_GGJOfKg6aTRV0
Amazon replied

Hi,

I've seen a lot of posts about this recently, so I wanted to share where we are after opening multiple cases with Amazon and still receiving no meaningful response.

Our Standard Delivery shipping profile is set to 0-day handling, 7 days a week, with all orders shipped via a 24-hour courier. Despite this, customers are currently being shown an expected delivery of Friday. Today is Monday.

Based on our settings and our current account padding of 1.3 days, the latest estimated delivery should be Wednesday, not Friday. This is clearly incorrect and is costing us a significant number of sales. This issue only occurs when our courier is linked to our shipping profile using SSA.

We've also tested Amazon's new Delivery+ system, but the delivery estimate is exactly the same. My understanding was that Delivery+ was intended to improve delivery speeds, so this makes no sense.

With SFP, our Prime offers are finally showing next-day delivery again after weeks of incorrect estimates. However, non-Prime customers are being shown delivery dates of 21st-23rd, even though today is the 13th. That's up to a 10-day delivery estimate for orders that we actually dispatch using next-day delivery as standard.

Amazon, the delivery padding being applied here is clearly wrong. It's having a direct impact on sales. We've opened three cases and spent countless hours on the phone, yet we've still had no explanation or update.

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We physically cannot dispatch orders any faster than we already do.

Can someone from Amazon please investigate and provide an update?

One final point: if our SFP offers are correctly showing next-day delivery, why aren't our standard offers?

As a comparison, if we switch to a shipping profile that doesn't use an SSA-linked courier, our estimated delivery immediately changes to 2 days. That strongly suggests this is now a technical issue rather than a configuration issue on our side. I have also spoken with many contact within DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail, DHL and they currently all assure us that they are not running with any SSA Delay.

Hello Amazon Staff and Seller Forums Community,

I am seeking urgent assistance regarding an **Amazon-initiated Automated Aged Fulfillable Removal order** that we have been trying to cancel for more than two months.

**Marketplace:** Amazon UK

**Removal Order ID:** mufj1l3XW7

**Removal order created:** 10 June 2026

**Original quantity:** 4,237 units

The removal order was automatically created by Amazon on **10 June 2026** as a disposal order.

On the **same day the order was created**, we contacted Seller Support and clearly requested that the disposal order be cancelled because we did not want these units to be disposed of.

Unfortunately, despite repeatedly contacting Seller Support and opening numerous cases, the order has never been fully cancelled.

The current status is:

* **4,237 units** originally included in the disposal order

* **1,540 units already disposed of**

* **1,545 units successfully cancelled**

* **1,152 units still processing**

Our most urgent concern is the **remaining 1,152 units**.

We have continued contacting Seller Support asking them to stop the disposal process, but so far we have been unable to get the remaining units cancelled.

Some of the related cases include:

* Case ID 13154157902

* Case ID 13114234612

* Case ID 13144073452

* Case ID 13097339962

* Case ID 13001987712

* Case ID 12905955182

* Case ID 12896817352

* Case ID 12892597982

* Case ID 12891182372

There are additional cases related to the same issue as well.

### Important background

The main listings associated with this inventory were deactivated on **21 April 2026** due to a product safety review.

We successfully appealed the deactivation, and the listings were **reinstated on 3 July 2026 and became available for sale again**.

However, the automated disposal order created during this period continued to process.

What is particularly concerning is that **we requested cancellation immediately on 10 June, the same day Amazon created the disposal order**, and we have continued requesting cancellation ever since.

Despite these repeated requests, 1,540 units have already been disposed of and another 1,152 units are still showing as processing.

### We respectfully request Amazon's assistance with the following:

1. **Immediately stop the disposal of the remaining 1,152 units** under Removal Order mufj1l3XW7.

2. Escalate this case to the appropriate **FBA / Removal Order internal team** for manual intervention.

3. Review why the disposal continued even though we requested cancellation on the same day the order was created.

4. Review the **1,540 units that have already been disposed of** and advise whether reimbursement or another resolution is available, considering our repeated cancellation requests.

5. Confirm the final status of all remaining units under this removal order.

At this stage, we are not looking for another standard explanation of how removal orders work. We have already contacted Seller Support many times.

We are asking for an **Amazon moderator or Amazon staff member to help escalate this specific removal order to the appropriate internal team before the remaining 1,152 units are disposed of**.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also WE SUBMITTED BELOW REQUESTED INFORMATION

Explain your process for ensuring that products sent to customers exactly match the listings on Amazon – including how you source inventory and how you fulfil orders.

We have established a comprehensive inventory management and order fulfilment process to ensure that every product shipped to customers exactly matches the corresponding Amazon listing.

1. Inventory Sourcing

We source our inventory exclusively from legitimate manufacturers, authorized distributors, or reputable wholesale suppliers. Before purchasing products, we verify the supplier's authenticity and ensure that all products are genuine and suitable for sale on Amazon. We retain invoices and purchase records for all inventory as proof of authenticity and traceability. We also check business information of suppliers, we cross verify their VAT registration and we also cross verify their company. We also check business reviews on trust pilot and also on google to make sure supplier is genuine.

2. Product Verification Before Listing

Before creating or matching a product listing, we carefully verify every product against the Amazon detail page. We confirm the brand, manufacturer, model number, UPC/EAN ﹙where applicable﹚, size, colour, quantity, material, specifications, packaging, and any other identifying attributes. Products are listed only when they are an exact match to the Amazon ASIN. If a product does not precisely match an existing listing, we do not list it under that ASIN.

3. Inventory Receiving and Quality Inspection

When inventory arrives at our facility, every shipment is inspected before being accepted into stock. We verify that the products received match the supplier's invoice and purchase order. Products are inspected for authenticity, correct packaging, physical condition, expiration dates ﹙where applicable﹚, and any signs of damage or defects. Any products that do not meet our quality standards are segregated and are not offered for sale.

4. Inventory Storage and Management

Approved inventory is stored in an organized manner using clearly identified storage locations. Each product is labelled and tracked by SKU and mapped to the correct Amazon ASIN. Similar products or product variations are stored separately to prevent picking errors. We conduct routine inventory audits and stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.

5. Order Fulfilment Process

When an order is received, the order details are reviewed to confirm the correct ASIN, SKU, quantity, and customer requirements. The assigned item is picked from inventory using the SKU and storage location.

Before packing, the product undergoes a second verification to confirm:

• The correct product has been selected.

• The brand, model, size, colour, and quantity exactly match the Amazon listing.

• The product is new, unused, and in saleable condition.

• The packaging is intact and suitable for shipment.

After verification, the product is securely packaged using appropriate packing materials to protect it during transit. Shipping labels are reviewed to ensure they correspond to the correct customer order before dispatch.

6. Final Quality Control

A final inspection is completed before shipment to verify that the correct product is being sent to the correct customer. This includes confirming the order information, product details, packaging condition, and shipping documentation.

7. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement

We continuously monitor customer feedback, return reasons, order defect metrics, and any listing-related issues. If any discrepancy is identified, we investigate the root cause immediately, correct the issue, and implement preventive measures such as updating inventory records, improving staff procedures, or revising listing information to prevent recurrence.

Through these controls, we ensure that customers consistently receive products that exactly match the Amazon listing, maintain high order accuracy, and comply with Amazon's policies for product authenticity, listing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Provide an explanation for why customers are complaining about receiving incorrect items.

We take full responsibility for the customer experience issues that resulted in product condition and wrong item complaints. After conducting a detailed investigation into our Voice of the Customer reports, return reasons, and internal fulfillment processes, we identified the root causes and have implemented comprehensive corrective and preventive measures.

1. Root Cause Analysis

Our investigation identified the following root causes:

Product listings did not accurately match the physical inventory, including product descriptions, images, size, colour, quantity, and packaging.

Certain products were listed under incorrect ASINs, resulting in customers receiving items that differed from the listing.

Inventory fulfillment errors led to incorrect products being shipped.

Similar-looking products and packaging caused picking errors during order fulfillment.

Incorrect SKU and barcode labels resulted in inventory identification errors.

Some inventory was stored in incorrect bin locations, increasing the risk of picking mistakes.

Multiple product variants ﹙different sizes, colours, and models﹚ were stored too closely together, leading to confusion.

Manual order processing increased the likelihood of human error.

Quality control procedures before dispatch were insufficient to detect fulfillment mistakes.

Packaging procedures were not consistently followed, resulting in damaged products during transit.

Temporary and newly trained staff were not sufficiently familiar with our fulfillment procedures.

Additionally, several ASINs were enrolled in Amazon's Easy Ship pilot programme. At that time, our staff were only printing shipping labels and were unaware that Easy Ship packing slips also needed to be printed. As a result, packers could not verify the product description before dispatch, increasing the likelihood of shipping incorrect products.

Following discussions with our Amazon Easy Ship Account Manager, Hans Malhotra ﹙hansmal@amazon.co.uk﹚, all fulfillment staff have been retrained on the correct Easy Ship packing process, including printing and verifying packing slips before every shipment.

2. Corrective Actions Taken

We immediately implemented the following corrective actions:

Conducted a complete audit of all affected ASINs to verify product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, quantities, and packaging against our physical inventory.

Corrected all inaccurate listings and removed any listings that did not accurately represent the products.

Performed a full warehouse inventory audit to ensure inventory records matched physical stock.

Relabelled incorrect SKUs and barcodes where necessary.

Reorganised warehouse storage so similar-looking products and different product variants are stored separately.

Introduced mandatory barcode scanning and SKU verification before picking and packing.

Retrained all warehouse staff on inventory management, order fulfillment, product verification, packaging standards, and quality control procedures.

Retrained all Easy Ship staff with guidance from our Amazon Easy Ship Account Manager on printing and verifying packing slips before dispatch.

Implemented a mandatory final quality inspection before every shipment to verify:

Correct ASIN

Correct SKU

Correct quantity

Correct product variant

Correct packaging

Product condition

Introduced stronger packaging procedures using appropriate boxes, cushioning, and bubble wrap for fragile products.

Removed ASIN B0756H4G84 from our inventory and permanently stopped selling this product due to recurring customer complaints.

3. ASIN Investigations

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, packaging quality, and customer satisfaction.

The corrective and preventive measures outlined above have strengthened our operational controls and will ensure customers consistently receive the correct products in the expected condition.

✔️ I understand Amazon’s Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct about material difference and why they’re important.

✔️ I verify that all information I’ve provided is accurate and complete.

✔️ I commit to maintaining accurate product listings that match exactly what customers will receive.

✔️ I will ensure that all future shipments match the product detail pages exactly.

Dear Review Amazon,

We had very high sales due to starting to provide prime service recently.

We Joined Easyship programme and FBM ship + programme.

This has resulted in increased sales.

Hans Malhotra is our account manager for both programmes.

ASIN Suppressed for a week
by Seller_hr8R6JmVgagtv

My ASIN B0G4S836KW has been suppressed for over a week, and my revenue has already decreased by approximately 10% as a result.

I have carefully reviewed the original notification in Performance Notifications and completed the required changes to the product detail page. I have also reviewed Amazon’s Restricted Products Policy and ensured that the listing complies with the requested requirements.

I have now submitted the required 3D image of the product as requested, but I have not yet received any update or confirmation regarding the reinstatement of the ASIN.

Could you please review the submitted changes and reinstate the product as soon as possible? The continued suppression is having a significant impact on our sales and revenue.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the relevant team could review this case and assist with reinstating the ASIN.

ASIN: B0G4S836KW

Thank you for your assistance.
