We have had this issue for years with Amazons inaccurate delivery dates over weekends.

Parcels dispatched on T24 on Friday, all confirmed as being delivered on Saturday, week after week.

Saturday dispatch, confirmed as delivery Sunday...

Still, amazon shows 2-3 day delivery over weekends. Friday shows Monday, Saturday shows Tuesday...

4 x staff in on a Saturday to dispatch orders

99% on all delivery metrics, 200-300 parcels per day.

Seems to be the case for all FBM sellers, FBA doesn't have the same issue.

Annoyingly, Amazon seem to be doing this to force customers into choosing FBA over FBM.

Not sure if they will ever listen to us. I don't see why they do this, a lot of what we sell is unique, so it's not giving us a disadvantage compared to other sellers, just harming customers expectations.

Hi, I wouldnt wait for a reply from the testers as they have an 8 month backlog due to Amazon's crazy new policy - luckily they delayed it as they originally started it in October! Standard Amazon. You need to approach the testing companies directly - some are better than others but all are overloaded. Then you will send them product iages and the test doc - if its less than a year old and up to date they will submit the DV number you gave them to Amazon with a positive result and the infringement is removed - It does look like you need to do this for all the countries - generally the cost is $50 - $100 for the submission. If you need a test $300 - 500. Interfracht tried to charge me $1200 before I called them out and they dropped it to $600 - so they are all trying it on and probably making heaps of money from this nonsense - I believe Amazon are doing this as a lot of Chinese sellers were just faking the tests and Amazon wasnt able to check the actual test numbers etc. If you need more help let me know and I will give you a good/fast tester in China

Royal Mail Manifests through Amazon Surcharge

I have just received a surcharge from royal mail for nearly £300 for undeclared post, I print my labels and pick stock on a Sunday ready for Monday, RM say it is illegal to manifest on a non postal day, how does anyone get round this when Amazon will automatically manifest as the end of the day, you have no choice. I have been doing this for 3 years so do not know why it has suddenly happened.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a refund of approximately £300 that was issued from my account without my knowledge or authorisation, which I have only recently become aware of.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that this refund appears to have been processed over one year ago, yet I was never notified, did not request it, and did not consent to it. I am extremely concerned about how such a significant transaction could occur without my awareness.

Our eBay sales are more than Amazon now, for years our amazon sales were 3 x more than eBay not anymore. We focus more on eBay, less issues, eBay customer support is very good they look after sellers, Amazon free returns are problematic and very expensive, our Return rate on Amazon is over 300% higher than our website and eBay so we charge more for products sold on amazon. We get many customers ordering multiple items and only keep one “return reason Ordered from multiple sellers choice”. Customers returning incorrect or used items refunded on first scan open Safe-t claim amazon refunds £1.94 doesn’t even cover the return postage. Amazon is no longer a cheap place to buy due to all the hoops sellers have to jump through and buyers can see this.

Hi all,

I’m posting here because I’m genuinely stuck and hoping a Community Manager might see this. About a week ago my account suddenly lost the Buy Box across every listing. Not one ASIN or category – the entire account. Since then, Buy Box hasn’t returned on a single listing. What makes this confusing is that my account is in very good shape:

- Account health 1000/1000

- No policy violations or enforcement actions

- IPI in the 600s

- 4.9 feedback with 150+ ratings

- 300+ listings priced at or matching Buy Box

- FBA, stable pricing, no major changes

Sales were normal, then dropped off a cliff when the Buy Box disappeared. I’ve contacted Seller Support many times and only get the same generic replies about Featured Offer being “privileged and confidential” and algorithm-based. I’m not asking for secrets — I just want to know what I’m supposed to fix, because I don’t see anything wrong. I’ve asked for a second-level escalation or account-level review and keep getting brushed off. Account Health said they don’t handle Buy Box and sent me back to Seller Support. Executive escalation hasn’t replied.

Has anyone had this issue?

My inventory is wrong i ordered 1000 units of each SKU and only showing 300 units and 1400 - my worry if customers buys 1 unit and another is delivered as it's wrongly recorded.

What's the best way to deal with this, as Amazon has been useless

Hello,

I’m reaching out via the UK forum due to lack of response on the DE marketplace forum.

On amazon.de, our Premium Shipping was suspended due to OTDR, despite the fact that:

– All orders were dispatched within declared handling time

– Delays occurred after carrier handover due to severe weather

– MFN Prime performance assessment was officially paused due to weather (2026/01/04–2026/01/10)

Since the suspension:

– Buy Box share dropped to nearly 0%

– Daily sales decreased from approx. 4,000 EUR to 300 EUR

A full Plan of Action has been submitted and multiple cases are open, but we have not received a substantive response from the responsible Performance team.

Could an Amazon moderator please review this situation and advise on escalation for the DE marketplace?

Unfortunately Amazon no longer allow the seller to submit the documents and you have to go through the testing route via Amazon and not via the Manufacturers. Its a completely ridiculous new policy and can cost 300-500 PER ITEM.

I dont know what Amazon are thinking doing it this way, but its very likely another greedy cash grab and they get commision from each of their 'trusted testors'.

I was trying to find this out myself earlier but couldnt find any useful info, so you'd just have to get a quote from one of the trusted testing providers on Amazons list. Searching on google and looking at different peoples posts just told me that it could be anywhere between £20-£300 per item, maybe even more depending on the item and what tests need to be done and what company you use....
