I’m posting here because I’m genuinely stuck and hoping a Community Manager might see this. About a week ago my account suddenly lost the Buy Box across every listing. Not one ASIN or category – the entire account. Since then, Buy Box hasn’t returned on a single listing. What makes this confusing is that my account is in very good shape:
- Account health 1000/1000
- No policy violations or enforcement actions
- IPI in the 600s
- 4.9 feedback with 150+ ratings
- 300+ listings priced at or matching Buy Box
- FBA, stable pricing, no major changes
Sales were normal, then dropped off a cliff when the Buy Box disappeared. I’ve contacted Seller Support many times and only get the same generic replies about Featured Offer being “privileged and confidential” and algorithm-based. I’m not asking for secrets — I just want to know what I’m supposed to fix, because I don’t see anything wrong. I’ve asked for a second-level escalation or account-level review and keep getting brushed off. Account Health said they don’t handle Buy Box and sent me back to Seller Support. Executive escalation hasn’t replied.

This is detrimental to my business, it's been ongoing for 2 weeks now and I'm losing a lot of sleep over this. I genuinely have no idea how to resolve this, I feel I've done everything in my power to try and resolve this.
