We are having trouble before with the reviews. Before it shows that all of the reviews are synced (1,770) for the parent ASIN.

But right now, it has been different: For UK it is updated to 1,770 reviews but for US - it is only 300.

Can this be possible? And is their any email we can reach out aside from cases inside Seller Central because they are just sending auto reply and not answering my questions.

I am not big expert in Amazon Seller Central.

I come up with simple math: I shipped 35 units, 23 were sold, and I see only availble 9 (12 is expected)

Result: 3 units lost (cost of each $300)

I was trying to create the case but it says that FNSKU is not aligible.

I am not even sure what I can do at this point. Can anybody suggest some solution pls?

on day 18th June I’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on my account as a postage adjustment - Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label , it's about 300 false claims with amount from £0.05 to £1.25 by EVRI again

seller support just replies that I need to contact Evri!

This is becoming a massive issue for us too. I am getting 10-20 emails a day!! who i believe may be playing the system.

We send over 300 letters a day. I cant see a way around this unless i inflate my prices and post all my mail through our linked CRL business account and send via 48 Letterbox. Does anyone else have any recommendations

How do we get our products showing on other marketplaces, we have set up accounts on all the European marketplaces, we have over 300 products listed on the UK source shop but I cannot get them to show on the European markets. I've followed all the advice from reading the forums, have tried creating new products using our old ones and then adding them to the other marketplace but still nothing. For some bizarre reason, the Irish marketplace has over 200 of the listings transferred to but not all.

What am I doing wrong?

All advice and help would be most welcome.

FBA small box at LBA4 stuck on Checked In Status

Hi

A few weeks ago I sent in a small box for FBA, it came up to send to LBA4 so off to Doncaster it went, I had sent a box there before and it was actually quicker than BHX4 where mine normally seem to go to.

It has been stuck on checked in since 3rd May. I have never had them stuck for this long, its only a fairly small box of 300 cards - some were VE day and some were exam good luck cards, both of those occasions have now pretty much past but my parcel is still stuck on checked in and not moved to receiving.

Is there anything I can do, I have sent a lot of boxes in the last couple months and all have been in received and in inventory after about 7-10 days of UPS collecting them.

I am sorry to hear that it has not worked for you. I am sending another shipment shortly so now I am worried.

There is no way to track the discounts. The help pages say that the info shows on the track my saving tile but they have since said this is not true.

It is possible to see some transactions going through with no FBA charge. This is the benefit. I have no idea if we are getting what we should be getting.

I sent a 1500 unit order a few weeks ago. It took me 8 hours to prepare it in the pack groups. When I went to move to the next stage it said I had to remove a product.

So I was stuck. If I removed it all the packs groups would be wrong. I wrote to seller support but they didn't have a clue. They seemed totally unaware of the entire scheme.

In the end I had to remove the ASIN and then the pack groups totally disappeared. I had to send them as one shipment in the more expensive smaller boxes. I lost the £300 saving.

We started using Linnworks back in 2016 on their Free plan, which at the time seemed like a great way to manage our growing e-commerce operation. By 2019, they transitioned us to a paid plan costing around £300/month — a steep increase, but we accepted it because the software handled order management and label printing fairly well.

Fast forward to 2021, and the cost has skyrocketed to an eye-watering £14,323 per year. That’s a nearly 48x increase in just a few years with no matching improvement in value or functionality. It feels like we’re being penalised for growing our business.

To make matters worse, we attempted to use Linnworks to list products on Amazon — a feature that’s advertised — but it simply stopped working. No clear explanation, no real support. We were left in the dark, paying a premium for features that don’t even function properly.

In truth, the only thing Linnworks does reliably is manage orders and print shipping labels. Everything else is either broken, outdated, or not worth the cost. For the price we’re now being charged, we expected a much more robust and versatile platform.

I’ll be actively looking for alternatives that offer better value and transparency. Linnworks has unfortunately become a cautionary tale in our tech stack — good at one thing, but wildly overpriced and underdelivering on the rest.

I tried a Brother printer and although I've heard they're good, I spent £300 on it and it was useless.

Just can't seem to catch a break with them. Shocked that none of these more expensive printers are able to print a few labels out despite having "anti-jam technology" and all that stuff!

Oh well... I will perhaps go with your recommendation! If it worked for you, it's got a chance of working for me
