Order ID: # 205-9850833-0898704customer bought an item worth £680, opened a return request saying the box received had 3 bottles of water and rubbish…Absolutely impossible and clearly can see the customers intention to get a refund..Have been selling on amazon for the past 12yrs and have seen buyers like these.the customer hasn’t contacted us just opened a return request.please help how to deal with this person .I can’t see an option to report the buyer thanks 

Could someone clarify why Amazon Fulfillment sellers are treated more favorably than Merchant Fulfillment sellers, particularly regarding the cancellation of negative feedback? It is understandable that if an item is delayed or incorrectly sent by the fulfillment center, sellers should not be penalized for Amazon's mistake. However, this policy creates an imbalance in the competitive landscape, as observed in the following scenario.

Totally Agree. I cant believe you got 3 downvotes for saying they owe it to the country?!?! Every one of us UK sellers is facing going bust as we are constantly undercut by those not paying their taxes, from home and abroad. Also it was very difficult to compete with those those who shipped parcels with Royal mail as 'large letters' until RM finally took action. Our public services have been suffering because the country has been ripped off as you said. Now we just need to tax the billionaires and greedy corporations.........

Definitely several typos or someone who doesn't understand the metric system. It might be a mirror for worms or stick insects. 3 millimetres (or is that litres?) long, wouldn't work for us humans :)

I previously created a discussion where I explained my problem, but no one from Amazon helped me.

My account has been inactive for almost 3 months.

Even though I do my best, I cannot solve this problem.

I submitted dozens of different appeals.

I get the same email response and rejection every time.

I am a new seller with no sales yet.

If I unknowingly made a mistake while creating my account, I am ready to correct this mistake, but no one contacts me.

You have no right to push new sellers like me out of Amazon like this, without any explanation, by deactivating their accounts and then without providing any help in resolving this issue.

I spent money and effort for this job. And I've been waiting for 3 months to get help.

You have no right to treat me like a criminal!

If I made a mistake unknowingly, you must give me the opportunity to correct it.

I am not an expert on Amazon, as I said before, I am a new seller so I may have made a mistake when setting up my account.

You have no right to disable me like this just because I made a mistake.

If you need to extend the DD7 policy exclusion until September 2025 for your Amazon seller account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email request from your Amazon email address to eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk

2. In the email, make sure to include your Merchant token. Your Merchant token is a unique identifier for your seller account, and it's essential to include it in the email for proper identification and processing of your request.

3. Once you've sent the email with your Merchant token, Amazon will review your request and provide further instructions or assistance as needed.

Amazon Handling time - Important

Hi everyone

We have a frustrating problem. We need to set some longer handling times on some products, say 5 days, and Amazon appear to just be ignoring it, resulting in a load of "late shipments" from us. I've checked the listing in manage inventory, opened it up, and the handling time is correctly showing as 5. However, when I search for the product as a customer, the delivery date being given is for 2 days handling time. Likewise when our orders for the product come in, the promise date is too soon and we are inevitably shipping them "late".

Has anyone had something similar? I'm really not sure what else to do other than set the handling time. It isn't everything, some of our products are picking up the handling time we have set, others are ignoring it.

We don't have the new automatic shipping turned on.

We are not getting any help whatsoever from Amazon and it is extremely frustrating.

Product Compliance Requests saying for products that are not Childrens items

I have been made aware that amazon are now requiring declaration of conformity documents on all of the products that require CE/UKCA markings. This is not limited to children's toys but everything listed below.

If the item your selling has a CE/UKCA mark, then we now have to upload this. I have over 1000 items that was listed under home that are now required in the UK alone and they have given us 2 months to do this. If they are bulk requesting hundreds, if not thousands of DOC's they need to give us more time.

I would like to point out that amazon buy a couple of product lines from us and sell them directly, but never have they requested a DOC from us to sell the goods.... one rule for one and one for another.

As of 1st August 2024, all goods sold in the UK must display the UKCA mark. Good sold in Northern Ireland must also display the UKNI mark.

Today at 4 p.m. BST finally could enter the so awaiting on-line meeting call and filmed all the process just in case. At first everything normal, I identify myself but when he asks me to show my personal identification document he claims the image is getting blurry with bad connection. In the all process I listen very well to the employee and he also lestens to me. I'm in my store's office near the router with optical fibre connection of 300 mb/s...So it didn't take one minute and the employee just disconnected leaving me talk alone and didn't give me the chance to connect another equipment or just try again. I have several phones on my office. This first was an IPAD and never had problems with it. So once again this all process is annoying and frustrating and no one just cares. I'm being treated as a garbage. I have this process filmed but unfortunately I can't place the link here.
