So i have been facing this issue for around 1/2 year now. I have reached out to almost every team and at times I get a response and the others I don't.
They underlying issue is due to my previous seller account being literally unrecognizable on the amazon login system, this is because my amazon.com (normal buyer acc) account linked to my seller account had been accidentally deleted. This made me think that the prior seller account had been completely wiped off their system, hence why i created this acccount.
I have been on the phone with the support teams, tried to reset my password, contacted customer support to try to reinstate the old amazon.com account linked to my seller account and emailed a bunch of people.
It all just ends in a loophole of me getting back and forth to the same people that do not understand my issue.
Due to the previous seller account I had, I have been flagged on their system for using 2 accounts at the same time while I also recieved a inauthenticity claim on my previous seller account which I cannot login to, it says my gmail isn't associated with any seller account.
Now I'm stuck with over £5000 worth of stock just sitting here in my garage. All my sales and profits gone down the drain from last Q4 due to heavy removal costs, etc. It's honestly dissappointing because I have all the documents needed to reinstate the old account but cannot do so as I lterally can't login.
I am told the same "solutions" with every person i speak with, leaving me helpless.
I know it's a silly mistake I had made by deleting my amazon.com account, but I hadn't known at that time that seller and buyer accounts were related and linked.
If any helpful team or person could advice me on this, it would be helpful.
