H, got the an e mail about that, i m accept that its virtual address or shard work place or you think that its make error. i m have the really address, i m not sell on FBA, We are ship from my rent warehouse for have the 6 years lease. I m paying the rent each month, i have the Business Rate letters, shipping letter, bank statement and etc. i m confirmed that this is my owner renting warehouse . nobody share with me any type. before ask me to send these documents to VATSUBMINTTED@ but now open a case and upload the documents, hope for the best

Hi. i'm taking EVRI to county court on 14th November at Wakefield courts for 5000+ overcharges! they overcharged on every single Amazon Evri booking! even when the items weighed just 100 grammes, they'd come back with an extra £3.05 charge for being 5kg etc! They refused to acknowledge the fraud and Amazon cited that Evri is 100% liable and using this evidence against Evri.

We recently started selling selling on Amazon as FBM, we ship all of our items tracked with Royal Mail and get pictures and GPS coordinates for every delivery.

We shipped 5000+ parcels last year with Royal Mail through our other sales channels and have had 2 claims of parcels going missing once delivered.

In less than 500 parcels with Amazon we have had 7 claims already all of which Royal Mail has successfully delivered but the customer claims they have never received anything, are we getting extremely unlucky or is this a Amazon culture where buyers file false claims to try and get refunds? I've found that through my other sales channels customers are always understanding and helpful willing to file reports contact Royal Mail and genuinely are worried by their item going missing, however Amazon customer seem to jump straight to demanding a refund?

What protection does Amazon give us the sellers for dealing with these false and unsubstantiated claims? Are we protected financially?

Any other seller experiences and tips on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated as we are starting to get worried.

Hello,

So i have been facing this issue for around 1/2 year now. I have reached out to almost every team and at times I get a response and the others I don't.

They underlying issue is due to my previous seller account being literally unrecognizable on the amazon login system, this is because my amazon.com (normal buyer acc) account linked to my seller account had been accidentally deleted. This made me think that the prior seller account had been completely wiped off their system, hence why i created this acccount.

I have been on the phone with the support teams, tried to reset my password, contacted customer support to try to reinstate the old amazon.com account linked to my seller account and emailed a bunch of people.

It all just ends in a loophole of me getting back and forth to the same people that do not understand my issue.

Due to the previous seller account I had, I have been flagged on their system for using 2 accounts at the same time while I also recieved a inauthenticity claim on my previous seller account which I cannot login to, it says my gmail isn't associated with any seller account.

Now I'm stuck with over £5000 worth of stock just sitting here in my garage. All my sales and profits gone down the drain from last Q4 due to heavy removal costs, etc. It's honestly dissappointing because I have all the documents needed to reinstate the old account but cannot do so as I lterally can't login.

I am told the same "solutions" with every person i speak with, leaving me helpless.

I know it's a silly mistake I had made by deleting my amazon.com account, but I hadn't known at that time that seller and buyer accounts were related and linked.

If any helpful team or person could advice me on this, it would be helpful.

There were units there when the remeasurement request was made, and measurements were taken (per my original post where you can clearly see the measurements - L, W and H are all correct and clearly indicate the item is not Oversize.)

Now the units I sent in have sold, so of course they are no longer there.

Can you understand why both the seller support case responses and your responses are frustrating?

AVASK and IT VAT INVESTIGATION

We pulled outof EU trading just after Brexit made it not commercially viable.

At the time back in the day i was registred in 7 EU countries and used AVASK for our compliance to good effect. When we deceided it was just wasnt going to be viable anymore we systematically deregistered in all EU countries,recovered or sold out all our stock and paid all our due VAT returns..in the process of deregistering....that was back in 2021 and we have not had any relationshp with them since.

Fast forward to last week when I receive a recorded delivery letter from the Italian VAT authorities (in Italian). I did my best to google translate it and it appears to insinuate an investigation into the 3rd party tax partner Avask were using at the time in Italy STUDIO CARRERA .

It looks like some sort of legal case whereby over 5000 businesses that were trading on Amazon at this time including ours and using AVASK and their 3rd party representative in Italy have been dragged into what could be some sort of iregularities and that we have 60 days to respond to them to clarify the figures.

I'm certain the tax i paid was correct but could this 3rd party in Italy have been as i suspect doing something underhand that has resulted in an investigation?

I approached AVASK and they said that the 3rd party the y use(d) are aware of the case and have responded to the IT VAT authorities already and that no further action is required by ourselves.

They could tell me anything i suppose and ive no reason to suspect this is the truth but something does seem fishy to me!!

Have any other sellers had any such letter or experiences recently?

Hi all,

Looking for advice on a frustrating situation. We shipped an order exactly to the address on the buyer’s order. It was delivered and signed for successfully. The next day, the buyer messaged saying we’d sent it to their old address. We showed proof that the label and order address matched and advised them to contact the new residents.

No reply — then they filed an A-to-Z. Amazon refunded the buyer, took the funds from our account, and rejected our appeal, saying the funds were used but our ODR wasn’t affected. Now we can’t file another appeal or Safe-T claim.

Has anyone managed to resolve something like this? It’s a high-value item, and we’ve sold on Amazon for 10+ years without issue. What’s the next step — escalation to the MD’s office or legal route (LBA)?

I see where you're coming from regarding the definition of "comprehensive." English isn't my first language, so I always appreciate feedback on word choice. However, I would respectfully argue that girth actually does provide a more comprehensive assessment, as it captures the total circumferential space an item occupies in a single measurement.

While it's true that individual L x W x H measurements give us detailed point-to-point dimensions, girth (2W + 2H + L) gives us a fuller understanding of the actual space envelope required for handling and storing the item in real-world conditions. This is particularly relevant for irregularly shaped items where the total "wrap-around" space matters.

h @Seller_5WsK3rrVFyBk9 i unfortunately got declined for my application again. I am yet to hear back on the other application. I have looked at the invoices in detail a thousand times and they meet the invoice requirements. It will be helpful to get more specific explanation of the issues so this can be properly communicated to the suppliers, as even they are at a loss. I keep requesting that Amazon contact the suppliers directly as this is the ultimate verification check. I really appeal for this to be done for my pending application. Thank you.
