Yes my late dispatch rate is 100%. That was part of the argument with them. I use buy shipping for 99% of my items. I have taken away the option for Amazon to change my handling rate, I'm losing a few sales, however in a matter of a few days my late delivery rate has gone from 59% to 74%, says it all with Amazon in control you can't delivery their targets. Maybe one to reassess Amazon.
