buyer today, 3 messages for 2 orders,1 order in dec & the other in jan,item not received,want a refund,

yes 3 messages,so obviously getting a little confused as to who she has already messaged as she works down her list,

she is obviously just working down a line of orders and sending these messages to any orders which have the "May be lost" banner

plus what are the chances of 2 orders going missing to the same address over a short period,

Not surprisingly they are NOT lost at all,both had tracking and royalmail website confirms delivery for both with a date and time

Just when is this going to stop!

I have previously been told that I can use BIL to sell my UK inventory in EU marketplaces. The person told me that I didn't need to register for VAT in the different EU countries if I use BIL option at the bottom when creating a listing.

They said that VAT and Taxes are built into the price by Amazon, and therefore this is why I didn't have to register for VAT in other countires.

They said if I went down the Pan Europe program where stock would be held in each country this is when I would have to register for VAT in each country.

Just wanted clarification on this?

The reason I want to do this is I can source a large quantity of products which have EU plugs and would not be sellable in the UK, but would be great for selling in EU marketplaces

is not English there:)

Amazon need to release sellers money more quickly to stop people having to rely on these loans which only make more money for the big loan companies. DD+7 is a crazy long time to hold onto sellers cash IMO
