There's been a couple of us posting about this. One other person and I have a Halifax account. I had an exclamation mark about PSP KYC, re added the same bank account. Withdrew that week's money after waiting the 3 days, no problem.

Next time I went to withdraw it said Assign bank account - after several attempts as the link for Approve/Deny often didn't come through... I saw an exclamation mark against the bank account again. Asked Seller Support....mmmm - you can probably guess how that went? Several screenshots later and my final reply was telling me how long disbursement takes!!

So, I've opened a Virgin M business bank account and got that verified within an hour. It DID assign, but I only did it yesterday, so 2 more days to wait to see if it works or not. (no fees on automated debits and credits, just if you use the card with this bank account)

However, I hadn't fallen into the period of not dealing with it before the 45 days penalty kicked in.

If your bank account is suffering the same issue, then it might be worth applying for a different business bank account and assigning ready for when the 45 days has passed.

The approve/deny doesn't come through for the Assign link when the bank account won't assign, I discovered. But when I went to add my new bank account (which has worked) instead of my existing bank account again, it did send the approve/deny link for assigning this one and it all went through smoothly.

As Virgin M don't charge fees for automated payments (they do for card transactions) apparently. I figured I'd get my Amazon money sent to Virgin and I've set up a template to be able to send the money back to my 'proper' current account that I actually use for my business, which is the high street bank. Long winded, but at least it's got around the PSP KYC debacle.

I think I have solved it (Seller Support kept repeating that PSP KYC needed to be done and then after several screenshots from me, sent me a message to tell me that disbursements take 3 - 5 days!! at which point I gave up...)

However, I decided what I would do is open a NEW business banking account and add this account. My previous account was showing verified, with a PSP ! -and wouldn't allow me to assign it. This one allowed me to assign it. I added it on Sunday and today, I tried to action a disbursement. I now have it showing as having done the disbursement.

For anyone else suffering this problem, I opened a Virgin M online business banking account if this helps

It seems that you have registered for a global account. @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 thank you for inputs, as advised please go through all the marketplaces like NA(.com,.ca, .com.mx etc), FE(Japan, Australia etc) and check the reason of de-activation in performance notification and try to reactivate it.

Once your other marketplace account is reactivated you can submit your appeal from your UK account by clicking on "Submit Additional Information" and confirming that the policy violations in other marketplace accounts have been addressed.

I thought I would have a go at selling on Amazon so once my seller account was activated I filled in the form for a brand name approval. However just minutes later I get a denied message telling me that the name was miss-using a brands intellectual property rights. I have been using this name for years and I own both .co.uk and .com domains. I have checked and found that the brand name is not a registered trademark in the UK nor have I found it in the U.S.A. After replying to seller support and asking for further help and an explanation, all I am getting is the first denied replay pasted in response to every message I send. If there is no trademark then what else could it be?

just an update I just passed kyc on Amazon .com no problem, yet no one in uk can help me or at least tell me what’s going on …so frustrating . Do I create a new account?
