Incorrect reimbursement
by Seller_7PacxW89ekGQ7

I have checked that information, they are now using the correct sourcing cost but only reimbursing 50% of it despite accepting that I was given incorrect information regarding the disposal throughout the process and was not able to have the units returned to me. I would appreciate if you could look into this for me as I am seeking 100% of the sourcing cost as reimbursement

My Amazon UK selling account was deactivated on 29 September 2026 due to product authenticity concerns for ASIN B09TLFY4GP.

I have submitted original supplier invoices covering the 280 units requested by Amazon, together with payment, shipping and authorization/authenticity evidence.

However, the latest response states:“Supplier name: SKIN1004”This appears to be a misunderstanding of the submitted documentation.

SKIN1004 is the brand, not our direct supplier.

Our direct suppliers shown on the invoices are:

Craver Corporation / UMMA – 130 unitsAsianBeautyWholesale (Hong Kong) Limited – 150 unitsSKIN1004’s official website also lists UMMA as an Authorized Seller.

The 280 units are fully reconciled to our original purchase invoices:

ABW – 50 units – 11 Sep 2025 ABW – 100 units – 15 Oct 2025 Craver/UMMA – 100 units – 17 Nov 2025

Craver/UMMA – 30 units – 27 Apr 2026

Total: 280 unitsThe 50 units purchased on 11 September 2025 were opening inventory before sales commenced in October 2025, which is why that purchase invoice predates the corresponding sales period.

I would greatly appreciate it if an Amazon moderator could review the case and, if appropriate, escalate it for a manual review of the supplier documentation.

Hello Amazon Moderators,

I urgently need assistance with an ongoing suspected inventory-hold / abusive ordering incident on our Amazon UK account.

Seller Support Case ID: 13297740942

This activity has been continuing for more than 48 hours and is still happening right now.

Several of the affected bundle listings normally receive only around 2–3 orders per day. However, we suddenly started receiving abnormal orders approximately every 30 minutes.

We have currently identified 50 separate suspicious Order IDs. What makes the pattern particularly concerning is that every one of these orders contains exactly 5 products.

The pattern is:

• 39+ separate Order IDs identified so far

• Exactly 5 products in each order

• New orders appearing approximately every 30 minutes

• Pattern continuing for 48+ hours

• Orders remaining Pending / Unshipped

• FBA inventory being reserved

• Normal sales velocity is only around 2–3 orders per day on the affected listings

• The activity is still continuing as I write this post

Because these orders remain Pending/Unshipped, our available FBA inventory is being progressively reserved, creating a serious risk that the affected listings will be forced out of stock and become unavailable to genuine customers.

We have already opened Seller Support case 13297740942 and provided the suspicious Order IDs and details, but the activity has not stopped.

We are not making any assumptions about who is responsible. We are asking Amazon to investigate whether these orders are connected and whether this represents deliberate inventory-holding abuse.

Could an Amazon moderator please review Case ID 13297740942 and escalate this to the appropriate Buyer Abuse / Marketplace Abuse investigation team?

This is an active incident rather than a historical issue. New suspicious orders are continuing to appear while we wait for assistance.

Any urgent help from the moderator team would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Delivery dates and padding
by Seller_2oAtlj7UwEmtU
Amazon replied

All my items are shipped tracked 24 and will arrive within 1-2 days. Yet my delivery dates are showing 7-8 days for delivery. It’s absolutely ridiculous I have went from selling £4000 a day to selling £700. Can’t sustain my business this way, if it was true fair enough but it’s so incredibly inaccurate. I send same day until 2pm so I would say 50% AT LEAST arrives next day and 50% 2 days MAX.

They have removed over 50 for me. They decided Penguin and Middleton Press were brands.

Hello

I’m interested to know whether other sellers have experienced anything similar, because the numbers on one of our ASINs are starting to look very strange.

We launched a standalone supplement ASIN in around March 2025. It is not part of a variation family and has generated approximately 2,254 genuine customer sales since launch.

At its peak, the product had approximately 96 ratings, with around 30 of those originating from Vine.

Earlier this year, around April/May, more than 40 ratings disappeared from the listing. We never received a meaningful explanation for this.

Now another batch has disappeared and the ASIN is currently showing only 43 ratings at 4.1 stars.

What concerns me even more is the breakdown of the reviews that remain.

Looking through the current review page, almost all of the written reviews appear to be Vine reviews. Since launch and approximately 2,254 units sold, I can only see around three written non-Vine customer reviews remaining. The rest of the non-Vine feedback appears to be star-only ratings.

At peak, if approximately 30 of the 96 ratings were Vine, that would mean the ASIN had accumulated around 60+ normal customer ratings, which seems entirely reasonable for more than 2,200 genuine sales over nearly two years.

Today, with only 43 ratings remaining, it appears that a very substantial proportion of those ordinary customer ratings have disappeared.

For context:

Approximately 2,254 genuine units sold

Peak of approximately 96 ratings

Around 30 Vine reviews

More than 40 ratings removed around April/May

A further batch removed recently

Current total: 43 ratings

Current rating: 4.1 stars

Only around 3 written non-Vine reviews currently visible

Standalone ASIN, not part of a variation family

We use Amazon’s normal Request a Review function

We have never used a review agency, offered free products or discounts in exchange for reviews, incentivised reviews, or run any external review-generation campaign.

We have also spent heavily on Amazon PPC over the life of the product, so these are not sales appearing from nowhere. The product has had sustained genuine traffic and genuine customer orders.

I’m not claiming to know why Amazon has removed or suppressed these ratings, but the scale of the reduction now looks very unusual.

Has anyone else seen something similar on a standalone ASIN?

In particular:

Have you had ratings disappear in large batches?

Did the ratings ever return?

Did Amazon explain why they were removed?

Were mostly non-Vine ratings affected?

Did you manage to get the Reviews/Community team to investigate it properly?

Did the issue continue happening afterwards?

I’m mainly trying to establish whether this is an isolated problem with this ASIN or whether other sellers are currently seeing similar review/rating removals. We don't have any issues with any other ASINs just this one.

Thanks

Rhian

Hello Sellers! 👋

Enabled Easy Ship Prime but don't see the badge on your offers? You're not alone. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

1. Guaranteed Delivery isn't enabled

Easy Ship Prime requires Guaranteed Delivery to be turned on first. If it's off, Prime won't work. Go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Easy Ship tab and make sure both are enabled. If your Prime slider is on but Guaranteed Delivery is off, disable Prime first, enable Guaranteed Delivery, save, then re-enable Prime.

2. Your item exceeds size or weight limits

Your item must be below 50 x 35 x 30 cm and under 9 kg to qualify for Easy Ship Prime. Check your product dimensions in your listing details.

3. You've hit your daily Prime order volume limit

If you've set daily limits through Control Easy Ship Prime Order Volume and they've been reached, Prime badges are removed from your offers for the rest of the day. Review your settings under Shipping Settings > Easy Ship.

4. Your performance metrics need attention

If your Prime slider is greyed out and shows "Not eligible for Prime," your account health may need improvement. Check your Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, and Cancellation Rate under Performance > Account Health.

5. You're not viewing as a Prime customer

Only Prime customers can see the Prime badge. If you're checking your listing from a non-Prime account, the badge won't appear. Log in with a Prime-enabled customer account to verify.

6. SKU-level restrictions are in place

If specific ASINs/SKUs were previously removed from Guaranteed Delivery, they lose Prime eligibility too. Submit a SKU restriction removal request to restore them. This can take up to 7 business days.

⏳ After making changes to your Prime or Guaranteed Delivery settings, allow 1 to 7 business days for the badge to appear. If you've recently re-enabled Prime, allow up to 24 hours.

For more details, visit the Easy Ship Prime help page in Seller Central.

Have you run into the missing Prime badge issue? What was the cause and how did you fix it? Share below, your tips could help a fellow seller! 💬

Crazy.... most delivery companies can't do this......

Hello,Effective September 30, 2026, we'll introduce a Business Hour Delivery Rate (BHDR) requirement for Amazon Business eligibility. You'll need to maintain a BHDR of 90% or higher to keep your seller-fulfilled offers available to Amazon Business customers.Amazon Business customers need packages delivered during business hours to ensure secure, timely receipt. Meeting this requirement can help you increase sales. In 2025, sellers with a BHDR above 90% had 50% more sales per business customer.BHDR measures the percentage of your seller-fulfilled shipments delivered to commercial addresses within business hours over a rolling 14-day period. If your 14-day average drops below 90%, your seller-fulfilled offers may be deactivated for Amazon Business customers. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and retail offers won't be affected. To give you time to prepare, we won’t deactivate any listings for BHDR compliance until January 2027. At that time, if your offers are at risk, we’ll email you 30 days before deactivation to give you time to improve. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and retail offer eligibility will not be impacted. To review your Business Hour Delivery Rate, go to Delivery Performance. For more information, go to Business Hour Delivery Rate. The Amazon Business team

who will win?
by Seller_xU4h6ZbAduf0O

Sorry to hear that this very common fraudulent behaviour by an Amazon customer and Amazon themselves has happened to you.

From our experience there are a few things you can do...

1. Report to Action Fraud or their local police station directly to get a crime reference number and get this buyer on their system. (sometimes the police will actually go to the address with your delivery evidence and make enquiries, to respond to the crime reference number) This also forms a basis for further escalation if needed.

2. Re-Appeal the Amazon rejection insisting on a human to look at the evidence properly and supply all the details including the full end to end tracking to show status (although you probably have already done this) include google street view screenshots.

3. Make a claim with your courier, supplying the evidence from Amazon of the refund and any customer messages where they are making a legal statement of not receiving the parcel. (this will give you further evidence down the line when your courier undoubtedly rejects your claim due to their delivery evidence)

4. Wait 15 days from day of refund and re-open case as "not returned after 15 days" and supply delivery evidence

(This has a 50/50 chance of them refunding you as the item was refunded but not returned)

5. email managing director email with the complaint and evidence gathered, referencing the existing case number of the A-Z claim.

6. Send a LBA to Amazon and follow through with a small claims court procedure once all avenues exhausted.

Amazon is the most biased, one sided platform with next to zero seller protection on the planet.

It is interesting that 2 weeks since you posted this, and no community manager has responded or stepped in to take a look.
