Hi Glenn

The 3 open cases are 12122786662, 12121408242 and 12198995292.

We were told by Seller Support to message buyers via them. However, they just forward the message to the IBA team who, as far as we can ascertain, just sit on the message.

Communication with the buyer has ground to a halt!

URGENT: Stop the disposal of 7,645 units
by Seller_wzswmhhHbGGBl
Amazon replied

We urgently request an immediate stop to the disposal of our inventory. The units continue to be disposed without cause and without any prior notifications.

After an emergency call to Amazon Support, we were informed that our case was escalated to an internal team, and that all removal orders would remain frozen in pending status during the investigation.

However, the inventory continues to be disposed,

Our existing cases have received no meaningful update, while the removal orders continue to be processed.

We need immediate action to preserve the remaining inventory — not only a root‑cause investigation.

This situation indicates a high risk of wrongful disposal, which may result in significant financial loss and potential reimbursement liability. Immediate intervention is required to prevent further damage.

This is extremely URGENT, as Amazon is still disposing of our active FBA inventory even after cancellation requests were submitted.

The disposal process has accelerated — an additional 326 units were destroyed in the last 18 hours.

We have exhausted all normal Support channels in our attempts to stop the ongoing destruction of our inventory.

On August 28, Amazon confirmed that all disposal orders would be paused while the investigation was in progress. However, the destruction has continued to this day.

We urgently request that this case be escalated to the appropriate internal team capable of applying a manual FC‑level stop to halt any further disposal of our inventory.

Please help us forward this request to the specialized team that handles emergency FC interventions:

*Escalate to internal FC Operations team or other

*Apply manual FC‑level stop

*Immediate intervention required

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thank you!

URGENT: Stop the disposal of 7,645 units
by Seller_wzswmhhHbGGBl

URGENT UPDATE – 3,478 units remain at risk

Amazon continues to physically dispose of our sellable FBA inventory despite the previous escalation and despite Amazon confirming on 28 August that the affected removal orders would remain paused/pending while the investigation was ongoing.

An additional 700 units were disposed of within approximately the last 18 hours.

At this stage, we are no longer requesting another general investigation. The investigation itself is not preventing the irreversible destruction of the inventory.

We urgently request the following:

1. Immediate escalation to the FBA Removals team for cancellation/interception of every unit that is still Pending or In Process.

2. Immediate escalation to the Executive Escalation team, or confirmation that one of our existing cases is already being handled by that team.

3. An operational hold / physical interception of the remaining units before disposal is executed at fulfilment-centre level.

4. Written confirmation that the operational hold has actually been applied to the affected removal orders — not merely that another investigation or cancellation request has been submitted.

A directly comparable UK case involving an Amazon-initiated disposal order created on 26 August is currently being handled by Amazon's Executive Escalation team (Case IDs 13224783292 and 13226674282), as confirmed publicly by Abbie_Amazon on the Seller Forums.

In another current case involving more than 44,000 pending sellable FBA units, Josh_Amazon specifically advised the seller to request cancellation of the pending units and escalation to the FBA Removals team.

Our affected cases:

13218824522

13218239422

13217277932

Affected removal orders:

PEeKAzQQXD

kOnuqV/wa+

s5v8n/jNKU

dziT7K+5bp

UnXs2zoUK2

PxGTGMJbmo

LcUP8ERxxC

3,478 units are still at immediate risk.

Amazon was already notified of this issue and advised us that the removals would be paused while the investigation was ongoing. Nevertheless, disposal has continued.

We urgently need an operational intervention capable of stopping the remaining inventory from being physically destroyed.

Thank you in advance for your help

Please write to national tv/news to get them to pay attention, that's the only quick wa I see Amazon actually having humans(not bots) looking into this. Tens of businesses essentially bankrupted...
